I’m not someone to share a horrible visit however I will never shop here again. The staff don’t even know what there doing so much so they try to overprice you. I asked for manager he was helpful and fixed the issue. I love having new shoes but I just wish they had them in more sizes.

I have to give Christian the Asst. Manager Kudos and Props for his patience, help and knowledge.I had to take My 76 mother with Dementia whom is really hard to shop for almost like a 5 year old, but we love her even tho she ask who we are.This rack room seriously was very clean, very nice and I enjoyed visiting plus purchasing socks and shoes for my mom. WARNING: This place does not follow Coronavirus guidelines. On Sunday, August 9th one of the Male employees working did not have his face mask on correctly...exposing his whole nose. Most of the time he had his mask down off his face, down on his chin.Customers were also in the store with no mask on and no one told them anything. With how cramped the store is...there is no social distancing being enforced.

A store full of workers and no one is offering help. Its almost closing time and I understand however someone should offer to help you to get you out .
