Matt (owner) was super professional, punctual and worked extremely hard to make sure our family had air. He explained exactly what happened with our system and was able to expedite the repair. The price was fair and reasonable for the services rendered. King Air Conditioning and Refrigeration has a customer for life! I would highly recommend.

Matt is very knowledgeable and professional. He was able to come out 30 minutes after calling him on a Sunday. He was able to fix the issue with the AC. He did not rush through the work and checked every possible reason for it not working. Matt is honest and kind. I will definitely be using him again and will refer friends and family to him.

Incredibly professional and on time. He shows up when he says he is going to. Pricing is very fair. He is very knowledgeable and I wouldn’t trust anyone else in the industry with my AC. Matt is also very genuine and cares about his customers. He purposely keeps his business small because he truly cares about quality of work and not putting anyone to work under his name. I know I’m calling the best in the business when I do need him for an issue. Matt has seen all the other questionable jobs done by other companies and is always having to play “clean up” when customers call him after their screw ups.

Couldnt be happier with the service provided by Matt from King Air Conditioning & Refrigeration. When the AC unit broke down I had called a couple of companies and keep giving me the runaround but when I called Matt he showed up in minutes because I was with no AC for a day.Of course, I had to change the AC unit and he made sure to keep running until that was possible because of Floridas intense heat.When the time came to replace the unit he recommends the best day and time to do it. HE DIDNT LEAVE OUR HOUSE UNTIL HE HAD THE UNIT UP AND RUNNING EVEN THOUGH OTHER ISSUES POPPED UP!!!My family is grateful to Matt and his company.High recommend him and definitely wont disappoint.He did and amazing job!!!!

A/C went out middle of the night Friday. It was 80 at 3am. Needless to say we didn’t sleep. I called multiple businesses at 8am before speaking to Matt. He answered the call, asked a few questions and said he would see us in a few hours. We needed a new fan motor and 2 capacitors. Matt had all the parts with him. We were back up and cooling down before the sunset. Highly recommend King Air Conditioning!

My ac stopped cooling suddenly on a Friday night,I called Matt Saturday morning and he said he would be at my house before 10:00 AM, well he was at my house by 9:30. When he went to check the compressor he quickly noticed there was a crackling sound coming from the ac wiring. He removed the cover and we saw that the plastic cover on a wire was was worn through and the wires were smoking! I live in an old wood house so this could have been a major disaster! Matt quickly corrected the problem and was done before 10:00AM. On top of all that Matt and his partner were both very professional and personable. The response was quick, the problem was solved immediately and the price was very fair. So if youre looking for a great ac person to deal with, look no further, youve found him!

The best AC company i know, called him on a Sunday around 7 pm he was here in 15 minutes. In less than 45 minutes my AC was up and running. I was worried about the cost to repair Because it was a Sunday but they were very fair with the price plus Very professional, knowledgeable, and great customer service.
