I was looking for a quality print shop since I just moved to the area and thought Id give Homestead Signs & T-Shirts a try. Their work exceeded my expectations....they had superb stitching on my hats and the DTG printing on my shirts were A+ quality. Some of the best quality work I have seen in South Florida! I’m not one who normally posts bad reviews but this one deserves it. My husband and I placed a order for our company on 01/31/2021 we were given a date of 2/5 to be ready for pick, which they did not meet. Mind you we paid in full ahead of time! The date was change 3 times because “they were behind in orders” Their customer service is HORRIBLE After many attempts to get in contact with them with no luck we’re done. I decided to go to the location and again zero luck they refuse to open their door although their vehicle was parked outside their location. Finally we received our order on 2/26 the shirts we order were incorrect and the hats were missing info on them! Once again don’t go here!!!! Save yourself some money and headaches. Your welcome!

Ordered something for Christmas on 12/6 specifically due to its “deliver by” date of 12/15. On 12/13 I was advised it would “ship the next morning.” It never did. I politely reached out to the seller more than 3 times requesting a status update. They refused to respond. The item never shipped. They still have not responded. Very poor service and communication. The one star is not for the end result although I am definitely displeased with it - it is for the failure to advise me of the status of my order. I would have been fine accepting the product after Christmas but I was given no choice when the seller stoppedcommunicating with me after 12/13.

They printed our open house signs in 24 hours. They also customized them better than we expected. we sold yhe listing in a day after. Thanks

This place is great! They always get my designs out in a timely manner and were very patient working we me as a newbie designing t-shirts. All of my designs came out exactly how I wanted.

Very impressed with the outcome of my embroidered hats! In lieu of my initial design Lucas helped me to reconfigure it to ensure the quality; Ill definitely order another batch soon. It took some patience cause of my design, but they got it done..

I ordered a custom Neon Sign on December 2nd due to the shops reviews and marking that I would be able to recieve the item before Christmas. I was alerted on December 14th that my order was in pre-shipment, and the item never left that status. I reached out to the seller on December 24th asking about the item and never received a response. Their Etsy shop, from which I purchased the item, was at some point deleted and I ultimately had to go through Etsy to get a refund as the shop never contacted me. Extremely disappointing as I was very understanding with the item not arriving before Christmas with the craziness of shipping during this time, and would have been very happy to recieve this item at any point as it was a gift for someone else, but to be unresponsive and leave customers hanging is unprofessional.

These guys are amazing! Very fast service, attentive to details, extremely communicative and professional. Needed to get a trailer wrapped last minute and these guys came through! I had a few ideas and design changes and these guys were in top of it. And the quality of the actual wrap on the trailer was “Out of hand” good. I would recommend them to anyone looking to get a wrap.

I was looking for a T-shirt to have a picture printed on it for my buddies birthday, it was a last minute type ordeal, but lord and behold I found Homestead signs and t-shirts, they were close to home and were able to help me ASAP..... and the price was Great!!! They printed a T-Shirt with my image of choice for me to wear to a concert. Not only did they have it ready in a few hours, but the quality is great. They have lady T-shirts in stock for printing and they fit very well. I got so many compliments on my shirt at the concert, everyone wanted to know where I got it; nobody believed I had it printed locally. They helped make my concert outfit perfect!

I am absolutely in love with this place. I recently made a big order for a family vacation and they went above and beyond to help me. Horrible service! I went to have a custom shirt done and the day scheduled to be picked up I called asking if it was ready for pick up and I was told yes but that they were at lunch that I was going to get a phone call when they got back. Didn’t get a call. I went to pick up my shirt 3 hrs later and the shirt wasn’t even there! They said it was at the warehouse and that they were going to pick it up in 1 hr!!! I called and they said it was ready! Waste ofMy time and money! When I got the they had 3 toddlers making all kinds of noise and one of them literally had a pair of scissors running around and even pressing them against their chest. No one was paying attention to them! Supper unprofessional and plain disrespectful!

Recently had these 2 shirts done as gifts and they would not stop tweaking until they were perfect exactly as I wanted at no extra charge. They are great. They will get all my business from now on. Excellent work and very professional from beginning to end!

This is the best place to get our youre printing done theyre always very professional on point and very reasonable... Sometimes with my tight schedule I forgot and he always comes through with my orders even if its at the last minute... Highly recommended anybody that needs good quality printing this is the place.

I had a small very customized order that had a strict deadline. Hurricane Irma threatened to cause some serious problems with the timeline. I had a rush order for some team t-shirts. Not only did they take my order and fulfill it on time but the customer service was amazing, very professional and friendly. The picture format I sent was not up to par and they did not go with it, instead I was asked to allow them to look it up again and reimage it as well as change color to ensure product was up to par. OMG if i could give 20 stars I would- So I found this place after searching and getting quotes from just about every place possible - and I am so glad I did !!! Not only do they have awesome quality products, and great prices but there customer service is on point!. This is a business whose heart really does go out to meet the customers’ needs 100%. I came here to get screen printing for my team and the communication was terrible. After dropping off my order on Monday, I was told that it would be ready on Friday. Friday came and I didn’t hear anything back. When I called around 4:30 she told me that my order would be done by 7pm and I would receive a phone call, that never happened. When I called Saturday morning I was sent to voicemail and when they picked up my second call the guy I spoke with told me his wife would call me in 5 minutes, that never happened. Now here it is Monday afternoon, I call the shop once again and like before I’m sent to voicemail. I wasn’t upset at the fact that my order wasn’t complete, I was upset about the lack of communication. On another occasion they told me they would call me back about my order but never reached back out. I held up my end of the deal but it was clear as day that they weren’t. I didn’t receive my order until that Wednesday and some of the work done was sloppy and there was smeared paint on the sleeve of a few shirts. I regret choosing this company and I would never recommend anyone to come. Please communicate better with your customers in the future. Waste of time and money on my part, never again.

There is only one reason why I would visit this establishment for the 1st time on the last business day before Christmas. You guessed it, I had a problem. Knowing the likelihood of getting what I needed on a moments notice was low, I walked into Homestead Signs and T-Shirts with the idea that I would walk away knowing that, I tried.I needed 2 screenprinted shirts for children that did not make it to my house by Christmas Eve. Lucas and his wife did not hesitate to help me so that these 2 children did not feel left out tonight (Christmas Eve). Not only did they pull through, the product they provided looks better than the other shirts our family had ordered. They had the colors and sizes in stock and I had what I needed within the same day.This business rocks! I will definately being doing business here again. It feels like everyone is getting VIP service here. The owners are local and they are doing a fantastic job at providing quality and fast service. Just when I thought I ran out of luck, these guys came through!! I needed a shirt printed DTG in less than 24 hrs and I got what I needed in less than 24 mins! Considering me with no minimum amount of garments nor waiting 5-7 business..I walked in with my logo and walked out with a product!! THE ONLY SPOT I WAS ABLE TO FIND DTG PRINTING DOWN SOUTH!!
