This isnt the 1st, 2nd or 3rd time Ive received POOR customer service at this location. Reason for my visits was to pick up an Amazon package, the old spanish lady in the back was on a cell call, seemed very bothered that I was there. She asked me rudely what my name was. She was EXTREMELY RUDE AND ABRUPT with her communication with me. I asked her why are you treating me like this? What is the attitude about? She rolled her eyes and continued looking for my name on a list that she was confused about. Ive also had a couple of useless visits with I believe the manager, short muscular woman who seems to not have any knowledge on products or treatment of customers. If you do not want to work or perform your position, stay home. Simple as that. Sincerely, EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED EX-CUSTOMER.

I will preface this by warning anyone traveling the area against using this store as an Amazon pickup location. I went to pick up my order last night, and due to an accident blocking the road, arrived at 9:02. The lights were on, but the door was locked. While I understand they close at 9, the woman closing the store was extremely unprofessional.I knocked on the door, and she looked at me and shook her head, then looked back down to (I assume) continue closing out the register. I tried to shout through the window that I was only there to pick up a package, and she looked up, shook her head again, and appeared to point to signal for me to go away. I knocked once more, and she proceeded to go to the back and turn off all the lights.Once again, I understand the register and systems to process a customer were closed, but it shouldnt be an issue to hand someone an Amazon package and lock the door again. Being a pickup location for the largest retailer in the world, in one of the most popular tourist destinations in the country, this behavior doesnt leave me too reassured about the quality of service that employee could provide for GNCs own products and services.

I went to the store around 1415-1430. The lady was not helpful at all. Questions asked was received with attitude. No customer service at all. I bothered my being at the store. Aspect of the store, she was stocking products. My apologies for disturbing her work flow. Truly bad experience.

Excellent service and great knowledge of product information. I have been coming here for the past month and they have been helpful to me every single time. I recommend if you planning to start a workout plan or have any questions regarding protein shake or supplements come to this GNC they are willing to help.

Its pretty good, they offer great service and they make sure to give you as much information as they can on your supplements so ask questions. Over all they have a really great service and they make sure that you leave the store with a smile on your face. I honestly every time I leave the store I have a great smile. Totally recommend this store to anyone.

You are in a diet, or working out good place to shop

So I normally order my protein online with my wife. I ran out over 2 months ago and i saw that gnc carried my brand so i gave gnc a try. I was won over by the employee which had a great personality and was fit so it seems like he knows what hes talking about. He told about your match the price with local competitors and went out of his way to find a cheaper price and saved me a few bucks which i wasnt expecting. The next several times i went was completely different. They didnt believe me and also said they made changes and werent able to do that for me. Just the condescending attitude and unwillingness to help killed me giving a local store business instead of a website.

Walked in to purchase my regular items and the staff was not sure of anything. All the questions I asked about products were not answered. Customer service is not an option at this location.
