Dr. Michelle is a rock star. Professional service and the best set of hearing aids Ive ever had. Had a warranty issue, she got me in right away, set me up with a loaner and I was in and out in 15 min.

Hear 4U Homestead is wonderful. They truly care for you and treat you like family. The quality of their product is well worth it and I now enjoy being with a group of friends in a crowded restaurant or listening to my grandbaby coo in her sleep. In addition, no one realizes I am wearing hearing aids as they are so small and compact. I enjoying hearing through Hear 4 U!

First I would like to encourage anyone who has hearing difficulty to really give hearing aids a try ! For 20 years (Im 51)I put it off because I was worried people would see them and I felt embarrassed. Surprise surprise ! Nobody, not once even knows I wear them. I can not tell you enough, how much they have transformed my life. I can follow a conversation, watch a movie and just hear, I cant believe how much I was missing and for how long. Please, do yourself a favor, try them.Now for my testimonial, Saturday afternoon ...at closing time, I strolled into their office in key West with a broken hearing aid and was met by Doctor Michelle Couture-Souvenir. She graciously met me with a smile and although did not have the part needed, called the company, ordered the part and sent it to me. She did this even though they were not her hearing aids nor did she even charge me. She was more concerned that I would be able to hear again!! Her passion for helping and her craft were very evident.Thank you Doctor Michelle Couture-Souvenir !!

Great place there is a clinic call South Beach Medical Center in which they have great doctors and they also do a lot of test I really recommend this place

They are kind and are very informative. The hearing devices are great and they improved my quality of life. Dr.Michelle is who I would recommend she is very friendly. The doctor was very bad Professional ethics was not even able to face me after making an appointment he canceled when I was there I went underwater with my 1 year old girl I do not recommend it to anyone
