First time having Artic Fox servicing my home and I highly recommend them. Service guy arrived on time and was able to find the issue right away. Very professional will definitely become service provider from now on.

Sean arrived early and explained things well to us. We are not from Florida and didnt realize the extent of maintenance Florida ac require versus what we are used too. He quickly diagnosed our issue and fixed it. Now we can sit comfortably in our home without the temps reaching the 90s. Fantastic service. He even pet my dog 😊.

I had contacted another company to do the coil cleaning on my AC but the lady that answered the phone was super rude so I decided to call Arctic Fox instead and was greeted by Christine which was awesome. The technicians are prompt and professional, and they provided me with options both times i used them for my A/C repair and recently for my heating elements which hadnt been used in years. Very respectful timing was impeccable. Would recommend this company to many other very reputable.

I called this company at noon. They gave me a window of 2-4pm to diagnose my issue.I kept calling for updates, and they kept pushing back my time. It was too late to call another company for that day, and they knew it.The tech didn’t arrive until 7:20 PM!!! Almost 3.5 hours AFTER my window.Not only that, the tech kept pushing on me to replace my unit....even though it’s STILL under WARRANTY!I was told the warranty isn’t going to be honored by the manufacturer in any practical sense and it’s not worth using.I was also told it would cost $275 just to find where my leak was, and it was going to be a time-consuming ordeal, then once the leak is found, it would be $600 or more to repair the leak...even if it was repairable, which it likely wouldn’t be.I got a second opinion, they found the leak in less than 15 minutes, verified my warranty, and said I could get my unit fixed without issue in no time. Once the part was replaced I should be able to get YEARS out of my system before a replacement is considered.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.Edit: you are correct. According to my Ring your tech arrived at 6:34. However, I was still told my warranty wasn’t going to be of any use even though my unit WAS under warranty because the manufacturer of my unit was second-rate. I was told I would have to pay up front and get reimbursed weeks or months later. RCI came out and found my leak in 15 minutes (without charging me $275 )and Charged me less than $500 for labor AND refrigerant to fix and fill my system. My part was replaced without having to wait for reimbursement. Them and another company both said needing a new system was their last suggestion..because I have a valid warranty.Oh. Lastly, they arrived within their window. Not HOURS after.

Mike was very friendly, professional, and straight forward. Our A/C totally went out Friday night. He couldnt make it to our home Saturday during normal business hours, but he went out of his way to evaluate our situation after hours free of charge. He explained to us what would be the best deal for what we need, as well as alternative options. He came back the next day to install the outdoor and indoor units by himself! He worked nonstop. He was very dedicated on finishing the job throughly and correctly. When he was done he vacuumed and cleaned up after himself. Then he explained to us how to work everything. He is a great employee who knows what hes doing, and Artic Fox is a great company that Ill recommend to anyone. Thanks for the great job!
