Everglades Equipment Group was awesome. I tried ordering a hitch from Lowes for my husbands John Deer zturn and it was going to take 2 weeks to get. The gentleman at Everglades Equipment Group helped me place an order by messaging. He was able to get it delivered the next day. I cant tell you how happy my husband is now. Thank you so much. Awesome experience at this place. Robert was my sales representative. Robert when beyond his work scope to come to my property to deliver and train on the use of the equipment. Then fallowed up on everything afterwards. Very rare now at days to get this kind of service.

Worse customer service ever. The part manager Gabriel is a rude and unpleasant person to speak with. He doesn’t let you speak and yelled all the time. If you can avoid to buy something there will be better for you. I rather to go to another place than speak with this guy again.

Terrible worst ever customer service. Don’t waste your money or time dealing with these people. The parts room is full of John Deere parts and they send you else where to get the parts. They have a hard time walking a few steps from the counter to get you the part..and they act like they are doing us a favor by helping us.

Horrible customer service, one of the worst experiences Ive ever had. Yesterday morning, we visited the office. on their website it states that they speak Spanish but none of the sales staff spoke Spanish on top of the fact that none of them approached neither my husband or I to attend us for over 30 minutes. The sale staff were not helpful at all, they either had little to no knowledge or no desire to inform us about the tractors. After choosing the tractor that we wanted and waiting for the response from financing. They told us they would call back when the response was ready. However, they never did. We called today to check up on the status and an extremely rude representative answered the phone, who was EXTREMELY condescending and disrespectful. He hung up on us multiple times and clearly has no desire to help potential customers. I will be taking my business elsewhere and hopefully anyone that reads this review also will. I dont know how this place is still in business.

Customer Service is not all there and Management according to all this bad Reviews they dont care about changing this situation. Had to call store 4 Different times to just tell me the parts I ordered where already there.

I showed up this morning at opening in a hurry. Looked around, found both the Stihl chainsaw and hedger that I went for, and it was in stock. Then was able to be cashed out in a timely fashion. Got out the door and on the road to a job on schedule. Thanks a ton

Left my tractor there a few months ago for service, needed oil change, a broken small light and blade fixing, it was a mission to get it fixed and to get it back, they kept saying part hasn’t arrived and finally when it was ready after calling so many times they did nothing to it, just returned it as it was before, never did oil change and tractor almost burned. I had to call an outsider to come change oil. Terrible service.

It is a company without customer service, so far I have sent 5 emails, I have spoken with 3 different people for parts support and they always say that they or they look for parts in the manual that each client must do it! As John Deere dealers they are supposed to offer technical support! Assistance and care are bad a company that should eliminate John Deere and look for a better one to help those who have acquired equipment with them
