THE BEST!!! I’ve been taking my boats to Jeff and his family for almost ten years now. You can’t find a more honest and knowledgeable shop. The shop may be old, but it is very well stocked and the parts are all top quality. And if they don’t have it they’ll order it for you. I believe shop labor is currently $95 p/hour, and worth every penny. They don’t overbook and Jeff oversees all work himself. I can not recommend them highly enough. THE BEST!!!!

Short Review: Jeff is world-class! It’s very rare, especially in the marine industry, to find someone that is HONEST and SKILLED, Jeff and Dalton Marine are definitely both.Long Review: I had a problem with my 9.9hp cutting out after it ran for about 5 minutes. Since 90% of the issues are fuel related, I began changing out every part in the fuel system: fuel pump, carb assembly, filter, tank etc.. and nothing worked. I asked all my friends at the sail club and watched every youtube video on the topic and nothing worked. A friend recommended Dalton Marine so I took it there and they called the next day and told me the cooling lines were completely blocked with salt and debris. The tell-tale was working previously but the main lines that cooled the powerhead were blocked. The engine would heat up after running for 5 minutes without water and the thermostat would kick-in and shut the engine down (ahhh now I get it). Jeff took apart the powerhead removed the salt build-up and now my engine runs like new. Prices are reasonable and the service from Omar and the Dalton Team was excellent. I’ll continue going there for all repairs and purchases.

This one of the last mom & pop marine stores in So Florida with knowledgeable staff and decent inventory. Their pricing is reasonable and if they don’t have it, they can get it. They stock some unique & hard to find products that West Marine does not carry.

They need to stop sending costumers away to other businesses when all they have to do is open the pro marine or donoval book and find the outboard part or items needed because theyre there available and easy to find and order

Best service you can get for any trailer or boat you might have. It doesnt matter if its a Honda or a Yamaha..i have received superb service from Jeff the mechanic as well as everyone I have encountered on multiple trips.They will custom order almost anything you can imagine or point you in the right direction to get whatever you need. Ive had them do complicated impact damaged lower unit work, simple wiring, insurance work and replace an axle on my trailer just recently.The only problem is its difficult to get in to see the mechanic sometimes. Its usually one or two week wait.

Great place to find all your boating necessities. If they dont have it. Theyll get for you next day most of the time the same day if you come in early. Friendly staff. If you go ask for Josh or Omar.
