Wonderful location really nice employees lowest gas prices

Always have to wait in line but overall service good, facility clean.

This place just looks filthy. Decent gas prices but inside and out is dirty.

Unfortunately the tone has changed. Place is closed at different hours of the night and cant go inside. Gas prices are going up big time and not competitive with WALMART.. Been going to WALMART down the street. Was a customer here with SPEEDWAY since it opened but its not the same anymore. Need to have 2 people at night so one person isnt by themself. Safety is number one

Cashier Tiffany P. Is literally one of the least nice people Ive ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Even for such a short moment. Got mad at me for presenting my speedycard in a wrong manner I guess lol. Thanks for the gas though hope your day got better.

I have loved speedway since the first time I visited the establishment. I recently moved to a o the Midwest from Seattle WA. Of course there are no Speedways on the west coast but plenty of other convenient stores. I have been to many different ones Nad none have a rewards program that comes close to speedway. I have gotten so much free and discounted items just for buying my everyday items. Speedway hands down is my favorite gas station and convenient store. I will be a loyal customer for years to come!

Love Speedway! Their rewards card program is great and my car loves the gas lol. Many times this location has lower prices in the area.

This is the third time I’ve been to this location and the doors are locked right after people have walked out less than a minute prior to me walking in. The worst part is that the employees will look at you and shrug or act like they don’t see you. If something is wrong and you can’t serve I get it but at least put a sign and don’t make us walk all the way to the door. It’s supposed to be 24 hour but I guess that depends on whose on shift. Bet speedway doesn’t want that money anyways

Speedway was closed

On January 12th 2018 at 4:30 p.m. I went to this location and bought $10 worth of gas from pump 12 for my 2013 chevy cruze and I paid cash inside. After pumping my gas I return to my vehicle which before I got gas I had 40 miles till I was empty after $10 being pumped in my gas tank I had approximately 91 miles something seem terribly off and I realize this as I was approaching the next intersection after leaving the gas station so I turned around and went back and went inside and spoke to a cashier and I informed her that something was not right and that I did not get my full amount of gas because my gas gauge had barely moved and then I explain to her how I had 40 miles till I was empty before and now I had 51 so $10 in gas basically bought me 51 miles, something was not right .the woman was insistant that the gas pump worked properly and there is nothing with the pump and then out of the blue a service tech that works for Speedway volunteered to go look at the pump while I was informed that I would have to call the 800 number on the back of the Speedy Rewards card. And proceeded to tell me that there is nothing wrong with their pumps and that I needed to go and get my car looked at probably the most unprofessional thing I ever heard from an employee at that gas stations mouth and Ive been going there for well over 15 years being its the closest gas station to my house. I had to call the 800 number right there on the spot if I wanted to try to get my situation resolved which they took my information and are going to notify me by mail but that does not fix the issue of the employees rude and negative attitude towards my problem she told me I should get my car looked at she told me there was nothing she can do( but she can take my money)and finally multiple times in front of all the other customers, told me nobody else has complained or had a problem with the pump 3 times, so I calmly informed her well somebody is now and im not concerned with anyone else, this is not the first or the second or even third time Ive seen a customer let alone myself go in there with a concern or problem and have them rudely dismiss it with the same things that they told me so basically they operate without any supervision or concern for how their gas station is running. I took screenshots of my dashboard readings the service truck that was parked next to my pump when I return to my vehicle after sitting on the phone with their 800 number for 10 additional minutes in the store, and basically left without my problem resolved and not having all the gas that I had just paid for. I had solid evidence and proof and even offered to let them inside my vehicle to see for themselves which they refused of course that would have meant they had to come out from behind the counter... so yes im extremely displeased with this location and its employees thay dismissed my concern simply because nobody else has complained, and im 100% positive my vehicle works properly and does not need any work done for i had just had everything updated in november, including crucial engine parts .my car is fine, I am the mechanic for it, and its still under the factory warrantee, and have driven it quite a bit since its last check up. The unprofessionalism of the employees working at the time was devastating I was completely embarrassed since they chose to make the issue bigger by publicly humiliating me instead of fixing their pumps problem and taking salad evidence of the problem existing and dismissing it. I will patiently wait to hear back from Speedway but every chance I can from here on out I will drag this gas station through the mud until something is done about its employees, the homeless guy that hangs out there begging for everybodys change, and how they treat their customers in front of other customers. Believe me when I say this review is just the beginning.
