Allyson at Penske was FANTASTIC! She was very friendly, and helpful to us during our moving process. The store is clean, the truck was getting cleaned while we waited, and overall it’s just amazing experience. If you ever need a truck rental, please come to Penske. This is my first time using Penske, and I can guarantee I will be using again!

Excellent customer service! I was coming from out of town and had to have a guarantee of a truck, to use for a few hours. Christian, who took my reservation, could not have been any more helpful. He scheduled what I wanted efficiently, called the next day to again confirm. I got the truck as agreed upon, paid a very reasonable amount. Karl graciously chedked me out; Christian checked me back in very efficiently. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Allyson was amazing today! Uhaul dropped the ball on us and she was able to get us in a truck immediately and get us on our way! We’re so happy that she was there to help us.

The company rents truck space on the premises to Buffalo rock distribution company. And the drivers for Buffalo rock are so rude!. When they pick up their truck,they park their personal vehicle in front of the fuel island which block traffic for other drivers getting fuel at the fuel island.. Buffalo rock drivers should be more considerate and park their personal vehicle in the parking lot like everyone else who does business on a Penske owned lots....GO FIGURE! ...daww.Its just common courtesy!....

We reserved truck way ahead of time so we would have a truck to move furniture. Arrived at appointed time .NO TRUCKS at the site.They told us “since you reserved ahead of time thought you probably changed your mind!!!” They also told us they had tried to call that day.There is NO record of any call.They gave our truck away.They then told us we could drive 20 min to get a truck at homedepot and they would give us a discount. We had no choice but to drive. As we got to our car realized the “ discount” was more than our original rate!We had to go back again to show them.It s very frustrating to plan ahead andhave a company ignore your reservation.

Reserved a truck with a lift gate in advance because my husband and I were doing the moving. Arrived at 9:30- no truck!! Wanted to substitute it 26’ truck which was way too big for our driveway! . Finally after we asked for the manager they said they would bring one directly to her home in a half an hour an hour and a half later he shows up with the truck with the liftgate. Said it would be no charge we’ve already lost half a day. We load the truck up we’re now looking at 3 o’clock in the afternoon just starting with the first load and we get in the car the windshields cracked the glove box is taped shut and truck itself is filthy. We have always chosen Penske for a rentals because they high-quality trucks and give good customer service. the fact that we’re getting it free doesn’t mean much when we only have one day to move!
