Highly upset. They towed my car from a paid garage but the I let used my car parked in a space that said reserved. So my upset comes when I see the break down of the charges. They over charged me on the mileage. From 235 Beach walk to their tow yard on sand access rd was only 7.9 miles away. Yet they charged me for 11 miles at 7.50 per mile so $82.50 just for mileage.I asked how did they calculate the miles. The lady at the window stated they used Google maps. Soooo thats funny I pulled up the directions on Google not one of the routes shown an 11 mile trip.All I wanted was to be charged for the actual correct mileage and for them to do the right thing.If you know how I can file a complaint against the company please respond. Id hate to have to file a lawsuit over this as this is a simple fix.F. Y. I the longest route was 9 miles not one route shows 11 miles.This is truly sad.

Really disappointed with VIP towing customer service. We have USAA insurance which has amazing customer service, but even they had extreme difficulty working with VIP towing. It took a week for VIP towing to get our Tesla to the body shop. Interesting that they racked up lot storage fees for a week. I wouldn’t recommend VIP to anyone unless they are your only option.

Sam helped tow my husbands car from the side of the freeway to out house. It did take a while for them to come. Once Sam got in touch with my husband, he had better expectations. He came and picked up the keys, then returned with the car. We currently have a big roll-off trash bin in the driveway and we live on a flag lot. I honestly didnt think a tow truck driver was going to get in to our garage area. He has great skills for reversing it into a tight turn. Did an amazing job and was very considerate thinking of my husband spoiled car.

I called to request towing on our recovered stolen vehicle that was found in terribly unsafe spot and without a battery. I barley got done explaining our situation before the incredibly rude individual stated that they would not be sending drivers to our location. When we asked if they knew of anyone who could get our car, they said nope and hung up.Its 7pm at night in a unsafe part of town. Thank goodness the police officer who recovered our truck was kind enough to wait with us while someone towed our vehicle.I dont know who I spoke to at VIP towing but Id really love to find out. They made a bad situation completely worse and didnt even have generosity to refer us to someone else......One star, but I wish I could rate worse.

Just make sure y’all do a walk around on your vehicle before taking it off their lot. When they towed me I found a pretty good size dent and scrapes on the side of my vehicle the next day. I was in a rush that night so I didn’t think to do that. They also had it parked against a wall so there would’ve been no way of me seeing it unless I pulled my car out and then did a walk around.

According to state law if your present when they tow your car they are suppose to stop and drop it, but apparently this company does not abide by that law and will use illegal methods to get your money... People make human error but this place does not care.. beware of VIP towing.....

My car needed to be towed. VIP took the job. I was left waiting 5 hours for a tow. Initial text stated 120 min 2 hours is acceptable mid day not 5 hours stranded. I kept calling VIP hourly could not get a straight answer after 3.5 hours I received a call from the driver. His location where he was over 20 miles away not within the 10 minutes I was informed by the office person taking calls. He showed up 1.5 hours later. I asked for a manager, no one in the office. I was given a name and told to call back the next day after 1130 am. Called the next day left a message with a person. Manager never called back. I will never use them again. If you cant provide the service than don’t take the job. I will report this to my auto Insurance company. The owner of the shop was also inconvienced because the shop closes at 5pm car arrived after 630pm. My next step is to contact the owner so he/she knows what’s happening with the business.

Awful experience. Lady at the front gave me the stink eye even after I paid.Car was dirty as heck when picking it up. Place sucks.

They charged us a 25$ FEE stating that they held our car for ONE WHOLE DAY (24 hours) but literally had our car for LESS than 20 minutes!!!! Rip offs!!! Terrible service. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Employees are rude. They have no idea why they towed a vehicle. When I called they said, they towed my vehicle cuz somebody called it in. My vehicle have a parking pass with my husband’s phone number on it but no one called us to let us know that our vehicle got towed. Lady that works there was not receptive of the people’s concerns. It’s a horrible towing company. It’s all about the money. I would definitely not recommend this to anyone. Don’t use this company, they don’t care about your car, they only care about your money.

I waited 4 hours for a tow truck and no one showed up! I was on the road next to Kapiolani park, and I sat and watched every car that went by -- not one was a tow truck! They charged my insurance anyway and claimed that they came by and no one was there! When I called VIP and spoke with the dispatcher, she refused to send someone and told me to call my insurance back to start a new request! Do not use this company!!

**** Do not sign the sheet they give you to get your vehicle back!In very small print it says by signing that you agree they are not responsible for any damages***Thiefs and criminals, I dont know how a company can be so immoral. Dont park anywhere on island, heads up youll get towed within minutes. This company made me pay them to not only drag my vehicle 30 minutes away and store it ( i got there before they even processed it in and still paid for a day of storage ) but i also paid them to scratch and put chips in my brand new truck!Long story short VIP towing is legal theft and a gross excuse for a business.

Great service for popping a lock. Quick, efficient and props to da braddah that helped me at Kahala mall while an old “karen” screamed at him calling him obscene names while he was wearing his VIP shirt and clearly had a logo from the business on his car. This “Karen woman” cussed at us while we were trying to turn my car alarm off. Bless this guy for being so professional and restrained after being harrassed. They came within a 1/2 hour and made a bad situation good!

Totally uninterested and you must make appointment days after it is towed causing more money to be paid for storage when you pickup your towed car !!!! Super unfair and making money off unfortunate circumstances!

Tow was fine, driver arrived a little late, but seemed professional and had a good looking truck and equipment.

The service was excellent although the dispatcher needs to be re-trained or needs more experience with customer service because she has the worst attitude ever and is very rude.

Friendly staff. Made the whole ordeal easier to swallow.
