Checked in my vehicle at 1245, for a 1pm appointment. I waited over an hour for two tires to be checked and possibly patched or replaced. No follow up call, I looked outside to see my truck parked. Checked I. With the service person, said one tire was unable to be patched and a new tire was needed. I waited another hour half for them to change replace the “bad” tired. I didn’t leave till after 430pm.No calls to ask Permission to change the tire first hour, and second hour. I think waiting her 3 hours to check a puncture and replace a tire is excessive, and service could’ve been more proactive with follow up calls. You also don’t offer any warranty on the tires other than to cover defects.Waste of time, money, and patience. Will not return or recommend to anyone.

Service rep understood the problem with my truck and courteously provided an educated analysis. Upon the technicians further inspection they promptly ordered the replacement screen display without hesitation. Much better then Cutter Chevy who doubted the problem, asked a bunch of nonsense questions and wanted me to do a daily monitoring and recording of the problem.

Bought a used car, Guyson and Mark were very helpful in guiding me through their inventory and patient while I decided what I wanted. Walked out to the parking lot a few times to see different makes and models at different price points. I really liked that they did not have a big mark-up on the price of their used cars in spite of the current scarcity on the island. Their price was in line with the blue book value which was great. Highly recommend.

JN has the worst Service Dept. I emailed and chatted with two different individuals about a battery warranty that on their site says has a 30 month replacement. My battery had already died and I needed a jump to get to work that day and no one bothered to contact me back to simply verify if there was any other stipulations. I would have been happy to take it in but I knew 100% it was a faulty battery. Long story short, four days and 3 jumps later I bought a new battery. My car has not had any issues since. Thanks for nothing JN. Once again this is specifically for their Service Dept. Just go somewhere else. Trust me.

We came to JN just to check out the cars on the lot, as we have been looking at cars for the past 2 weeks. As soon as we pulled in, Guyson came onto the lot to meet us. He took the time to get to know us and our needs, and proposed a few cars that were within our preferences and budget. We ended up choosing a Hyundai Tucson with very low mileage at a competitive price. He was super helpful with the entire process, even staying late to get the car ready for us so we could leave the lot the same day with the car. Although we were initially approved at a decent APR, Guyson and the JN team were able to secure us an even LOWER APR a few days later. Overall, it was a smooth process and were very grateful for Guyson and the JN teams help in finding us our first car.

Just had a pretty terrible experience. Went on their site and got a quote for selling my car. Then they required an on-site appraisal appointment. I took off work and drove 30 min. They agreed the condition of the car matched what I had entered (basically new w/ a little over 5k miles) but then offered $10k less than the quoted price. They offered me $23k!They said the offer is from Carfax. I said the link is on your webpage.Then they said they had a similar car on the lot and it took awhile for them to sell, which they did for $30k.They lowballed the offer that came from their own site, but also wasted my time by scheduling an appointment and having me leave work.I guess the manager felt his time was more important than a customers.Next time JN maybe be upfront with the customer. I could accept that you felt you couldnt sell the car...thats business. What isnt acceptable is that your process is deceptive. Dont quote a price, schedule an appraisal, then not honor the offer.$23k is $7k below the lowest value from the quoting tool on YOUR SITE! It never switches to Carfax.com..it is YOUR SITE!

I got my vehicle at a wonderful price but I am beyond annoyed with this dealership. We purchased my car over 3 weeks ago. They needed a weekend to look up what was wrong with my AC but they also needed to get the plates switched and oil changed. I understand it is difficult to change an AC but ever since then we have been given the message of Hopefully next week we can have your car ready for you. I was suppose to be getting my vehicle today. This is what they sent me and I was told maybe next week.

** This is for the Service Dept. Only! **BLUF: Lied to, overcharged, and unsure of they actually did anything.Took our Acadia in because the airbag light came on (apparently a common issue for these models) after searching online found out the cause is known by GMC. Normally the soldering in the seat sensors goes bad. There is a service bulletin from GMC talking about it.Took it in to get serviced and the service Dept charged twice the labor from the service bulletin, and didnt fix the issue. The seat was not pulled, so they did not re-soldier the rear sensors. Requested the oil changed/basic services but the tires were not rotated, and filter looks the same(most filters do)... so I paid $500 for potentially nothing!THEN WAS LIED TO!My wife and I were specifically told, multiple times, that it would not pass safety if that light was on. I called multiple shops/inspectors and all of them said it was fine...Got the inspection done somewhere else and passed, no problem.Make sure to take pictures before and after so you can ensure they actually did the work.

My husband had someone call him from this dealership to let him know they had a ZR2 in stock and asked when we could come in. He’s been texting him throughout the morning and when we arrive at the dealership we started the process of getting our trade in value. As we started this, my husband watched another salesman sell the truck right in front of him. We drove all the way down to Honolulu to buy this vehicle, had been in contact with the dealership all morning and then watched them sell it to another person. It doesn’t seem like they have great communication between salesman and managers. Please don’t waste peoples time.

Took a friend to pick up her vehicle yesterday but when we got there we were a little early which was fine as my friend was told that her vehicle would be ready more towards the end of the day. When we got there, there was this very unreasonable family, the parents and their two sons where being very hostile towards one of the female advisors there. The advisor stayed very professional even when this family just degraded her in front the the whole department. They kept throwing out names and saying that they spoke to so and so and just kept badgering this poor woman. The family finally left, so my friend and I decided to go upstairs to sit in the waiting area till her vehicle was done. The family was then upstairs speaking with people up there. Around a quarter to 5 my friend got the call that her vehicle was complete so we headed downstairs, when we got there the family appeared again looking like they won a battle with smug looks on their faces, still giving the female adviser a hard time, they were there for a little bit and then left. You know I’ve worked in the customer service industry for many many years and the biggest thing that has always bothered me is when company’s cater to difficult people and accepting whatever excuse they give them, that they know this person or they work here or there, the customer is not always right. Good workers are hard to find and after a while hard to keep if you keep stepping on them. I have to wonder if everyone even knew the whole story or even thought to think about how their staff was being treated. So for me I give their service department 5 stars and beyond for having to put up with such unreasonable people and the company who put unreasonable people first and the wellness of their staff second a negative 1 star and below.

I haven’t have the chance to work with the sales department so I dont have anything negative to say about sales, But the service department from front desk to manager have zero interest in Customer service. I have been trying to fix my vehicle since last year 2020, calling the service advisor to track an Special Order part. They replaced the wrong part and challenged me that I took it in for that issue when I have a paper copy of my concern. If I have the option to not work with this dealership I will take it somewhere else, unfortunately is a warranty claim and Im stock with people that hate their job or maybe just where Im from. I have been nothing but respectful and patient, but when Someone that is supposed to help me tell me that my concern is wrong it speaks for itself. If you want to fix my vehicle just release it and I will take it somewhere else, don’t waste my time by telling me lies.

This place is the biggest ripoff Ive ever had the displeasure of going to. They charge over double what dealers on the mainland charge just for a diagnostic. They claimed my car had an issue that would cause it to fail safety inspection. I took it elsewhere, and passed inspection no problem. They disrespected a member of my family when they called to find out why a diagnostic and a brake fluid flush (dont do this, its a joke) cost so much. They make you sign all kinds of paperwork waiving your rights to various things like estimates under HI law, or theyll refuse to serve you. I will never go to this money-grubbing establishment again. GM should be ashamed to have a dealership that operates like this.

Had my truck serviced on March 19. They serviced it fast but when I got home there were oil smudges on the hood and left fender. I would have thought the mechanic would have at least took the time to clean it. So today I get my diagnostic check from Onstar and my tire pressures are 55psi when the recommended pressure is 35 psi. It even says that on the door. I was wondering why the ride felt stiff. I truly am disappointed.

These guys are horrible... purchased 2020 Chevrolet 2500HD Duramax Diesel in November 2020. After a dozen plus emails, going down to dealership 3+ times i finally have license plates and registration the date 5/4/2021. The worst part is after almost six months I still dont have a safety check. Mike Marcelin(salesman) text me a google address where apparently i can take care of it myself. Jason Hattori(General Manager) apparently doesnt care although I have an email from Him stating the Safety check will be finalized by JN once the plates are in.... bottom line these guys horrors.This truck is 1 of 14 I purchased island wide for our company. In contrast to Servco Chevy, Cutter Chevy and Servco Toyota JN leaves it all out there to be desired. JN scores and F and would get no stars, had to put one to warn you. Aloha

Took my car in having electrical problem. Every now and then the car battery completely dead jump start car runs for weeks then dead again. I have the extended warranty truck is 2016 Colorado they had it in JN Chev 2 days and didnt fix anything and this is not the first time l had problem before with them. So lm telling my family and friends and anyone who listing dont buy a Chevrolet buy a Ford or a Honda the services sucks.

Customer service in the service department has always been great whenever Ive gone in. If I lived and worked closer and didnt get a discounted price for normal maintenance at a shop closer to me, Id probably take for all my servicing. I only wish they would do noral maintenance on my pleasure car. Im told that they dont service cars older than 10 years, so I end up at specialist shops that charge an arm and a leg.

Royally ripped-off on my trade in, truck had apparently been sold before it was sold to me.... so had miles on it not from the dealer and wasn’t really “new”. Found a chip in the paint and back of steering wheel and cluster was scratched up after “detail” that put swirl marks in the paint of my beautiful new truck.I spent six hours at this dealer waiting to sign papers....excuse after excuse and they still fudged the paperwork up, put the wrong signed first. Now I will have trouble reregistering the truck. then they didn’t pay my trade in off for over a month while I still had to continue making payments on it... they sold it to someone in their service department the week after I traded it in..... while I was still having to pay for it!!!! Then the dealership owed me money and that took weeks of calling daily to get them to figure out where the check was.I have major buyers remorse from this dealer. I was misquoted for bed liner, steps and service before purchasing the vehicle. Salesman didn’t stick to “deadlines” on providing me with info on where my check was. Said “I’ll text you this day”, then when I reminded him the day after, I never heard back until I went into the dealer. This happened on three different occasions. Now I won’t be purchasing any steps/ bed liner from the dealer.The whole mess was frustrating to me. I regret trading in my car looking back. The other Chevy dealer on island is just as bad. At the time we considered buying our second car at this dealer but will be going elsewhere. I’m replacing the truck as soon as possible. This whole experience made me regret going back to a Chevy.

Best experience purchasing a car by far was with Gavin. Before we even looked at a vehicle I had an idea of what I was looking for, style of vehicle, range in years, and approx price range. Instead of showing a bunch of cars that would not meet my needs, he listened and lined up 5-6 cars that I may be interested in. We didn’t have to walk the entire lot he made it really simple to hop in each one. I only test drove the ones I was highly considering. And at the end of it I was pleasantly surprised by what I chose but also meeting the terms I was hoping for! If ever I should purchase a vehicle again it will be with Gavin. Thank you for your help I really appreciate your hard work and service.
