Excellent customer service messed up by the lack of common sense from the customers. A waffle doesnt take any longer than 2 minutes to get done, and they dont make your ice cream from scratch just for you, STAY CLOSE so when your order is done, the employee doesnt have to yell your name five times! Everything was perfect, the order sheet is dummy proof, although some people may challenge it. Were very pleased with the experience and were planning on coming back soon! Keep it up!

Small shop with huge desserts! Come make your own bubble waffle cone here by choosing your waffle type, ice cream flavor, plus toppings and syrup. There is usually a flavor of the day for ice cream and sometimes a non-dairy option as well. These bubble waffles are made to order so be prepared to wait, especially if its busy. Definitely delicious though and will give you the sugar rush you need if youre looking for a pick me up!

Delicious cone and ice cream. Yummy toppings too. Fast and friendly service, even though she was the only girl working and there were a lot of people ordering. I got the chocolate waffle with the flavor of the day, peanut butter, marshmallow and reeses topping with chocolate syrup.

Soooo good! Each order is made fresh, the waffles are delicious and you can tell they are made fresh. The ice cream is good quality and taste is on point. They have lots of topping options (get to choose 2, additional topping cost more) and sauce options. They have original, chocolate, matcha, and charcoal (additional $.50) flavored waffles. We went on a Saturday evening and it was busy, with people constantly coming in. It’s a small space so not much seating when busy. The portions are massive and worth the cost (basic $7.50 plus tax). Will be coming back often!

Absolutely my favorite ice cream shop on the island. I am never disappointed. I do think they need more employees per shift just to help during those busy times, but they always handle the stress well and graciously.

Waffles are soft and fluffy, fancy presentation when you get a full blown waffles with ice cream and toppings. Only downside is the price and the fact that they only had one girl working there alone. Ill just have to assume that theyre normally not busy at 6pm on a super rainy night, which is why they only had one person working. But since we ordered so many waffles, it took quite a long time to get our order. Not the girls fault... But just a fact of life...Overall great experience even though its rainy, gloomy, and cold.

So dam good. Pretty big waffle cones. If you dont like it you really only have yourself to blame for not making a good ice cream. Might be too much for one person but not enough for two. You decide what you want to do.

This is a Novelty ice cream shop. Nothing more. The product was aesthetically pleasing, but the taste overall was subpar. The Ice Cream and Toppings are of VERY cheap quality. BUT the waffle was warm and flavorful. Will not be returning and would not recommend.

We also had this snack on Jeju-do, in south korea.Double three serves three different flavors of bubble waffle, original, matcha and chocolate. The waffles can be ordered with or without ice cream and toppings. When you order with ice cream, that also includes 2 toppings and a syrup. We went for the whole nine yards, original bubble waffle, ice cream flavor of the day - matcha green tea, almond chips, pocky and choco syrup. It was one delicious snack, the waffle is crispy, not soggy! We definitely want to come back to try the other bubble waffle flavors & combinations.The price is a bit expensive, especially when compared to how much it costs abroad. But, support local small businesses, hawaii is stupidly expensive. & its great to splurge on yummy food once in awhile!

Delicious! Waffle is all crisp and no sog. Adults and kids loved them. About $8 for a big waffle cone. You get to choose your cone (original, chocolate, or matcha), your ice cream (vanilla, strawberry, chocolate, or flavor of the day (cookie dough)), 2 toppings, and then a sauce. It was great!

Double Three is a must stop spot for the best waffle cones on the island. They have a wide variety of options for toppings and favors. This is a great spot to support local creameries that ALWAYS delivery deliciousness.

Ive never heard of a bubble waffle before but I thought it was delish. You get to choose from 3 different batter types, multiple ice creams, 2 toppings, & a syrup. I chose a chocolate bubble waffle with chocolate ice cream topped with crushed oreos & sprinkles & then drizzled with sweetened condensed milk. It was super tasty!

Tasted fantastic!Gets expensive fast with the toppings though, so I recommend just going minimalist; the ice cream and waffle are good enough on their own.

This was my first time here, and it was soooooo good! I wasnt sure what to expect, so I kept my order simple - regular waffle cone, chocolate ice cream, and Oreo crumbles. There were lots of options though! Chocolate waffle cone, Oreo, matcha, red velvet. And tons of toppings, from sauces to candies. This cone, though... this is the single best waffle cone Ive ever had.Theyre doing their best with COVID mitigation efforts. You fill out a slip to place your order, and pay in the doorway. The employees are all wearing masks and gloves.Great experience, Ill definitely be back!

It is a great place but the thing is that you should grow your business and expand the space inside, maybe. But everything else is good, especially the quality and the taste is as perfect can be. So if you would just expand the space inside or get another plot that you can put your business on would be great.

Delicious and fun! Would suggest asking to put some of the toppings at the bottom of the ice cream as well as on top. My five kids LOVED IT!!!

Crispy bubble waffles, yummy ice cream, two toppings and a sauce included for the $8 treat. We tried the daily special chocolate chip dough ice cream with Oreos, marshmallows, and a caramel sauce. So good, we would definitely come back again.

This place is absolutely awesome! Its tiny though and gets crowded fast. Also, be prepared to wait 5-10 minutes for your order. Definitely worth the wait though.
