Great Job, came to my house to fix windshield and didnt take long at all!

Great service with a really professional friendly technician. However he told me after I went for the new windshield wipers that his pay was directly related to the percentage of customers who he was able to sell them to. Wich is really dumb. Safe lite if your reading this stop doing that. Im paying for a skilled repair and i want it done by a skilled repair man not a salesman. Get it together.

Extremely difficult towork with or contact and one rude woman (the woman who said she was the call center rep for my local store). Horrible customer service, but it is not the nice representatives, it is the company. Over an hour to contact someone via text or web chat, and no way to call the location you need. I have wasted hours on the phone with some person in the national call center who cant connect to the shop needed, and they do not have the information at the national center to assist with service being conducted at the store level. This company does not care about your time or convenience. Call any other company for auto glass, just do not use this one.

You guys did an excellent job replacing the windshield on my Jeep Patriot, it looks like a new car!(at least the windshield does). No other damage, it looks like a factory install. On time and no unexpected costs. Work was completed faster than expected. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Safelite AutoGlass in Hooksett provides excellent customer care and excellent results!!! Anthony, my technician greeted me on-site and assessed the broken out drivers side window. I appreciated the time he took to explain how it would be repaired and to give a time estimate. I received a call and text sooner than expected to pick-up my car. I was so amazed at the results - my car looked brand new with all the shattered glass chards vacuumed out of the front seats, console and floor. I highly recommend this team, even the front office crew was so friendly when I came in to get my receipt and keys - left with a smile under my face mask and felt cared about.

Today my technician was Joe, a personable young man who was friendly and attentive and took the time to explain how it works.He had a smile on his face he was quick, efficient, and early but he did call to make sure that I would be here. He got me a discount which was much appreciated. And I will use this company again and I will recommend it to friends and family.

Friendly easy to work with and very clean

I had a crack in my windshield, scheduled with satellite through my insurance. They had an appointment available next day! The company kept me informed the day of with a accurate window and information about the tech who would be coming. The tech called me before hand, was upfront about any risks that could happen. I decided to continue with the repair and he was able to do it while I worked. Professional service, that I am more than pleased with.

Josh helped with my car. He was very clear about how the repair would work, showed great knowledge about the service and was extremely organized. Highly recommend!

Met Nate - very personable, courteous, and professional - explained everything and put me at ease. Done much faster than estimated!! Hope I dont need them again, but its nice to know theyre reliably available.

We have been to the Hooksett, NH store 3 times in the last few years. I have seldom been so impressed by a retail service outlet. Our first trip was just a fly by. We had a cracked windshield, I saw their roadside sign & stopped in for a price. The price was so attractive, I had it done right then. Start to finish in 50 min. So, I use them exclusively now. They can come to you. You can go to them. They do it quick. They do it clean. They say please & thank you. They follow up w emails. Its a GOOD place to do business.

Fastest service I ever had less than 40 minutes

I stopped in to have a repair on my rear view mirror which had been incorrectly attached to the windshield. None of their competitors would take the chance of fixing. The tech took pity on me and fixed it within 20 minutes. They care about customers and their techs treat you like a member of the family. This was not a profitable traction for them but it saved me so much aggravation! I will never go anywhere else for my auto glass needs. Customer for life! Well done team!

I got a chip in my windshield driving to work yesterday morning when a rock hit it. :( Safelite got me in that afternoon. I was in and out in no time. The woman at the desk was very pleasant. The tech who fixed the chip was nice and honest and told me it might not look that much better after and in rare cases the windshield breaks. But I knew if I didn’t try to fix it that would be the end result anyway. Luckily for me that didn’t happen. He washed all my windows and vacuumed my car! It was a small chip and only cost $80. Great quick service!

My wife and I have used this location a few months ago for a windshield replacement. We opted for the in house service as opposed to the mobile service, as we needed it done asap. After numerous confirmation emails sent to us, we arrived to our appointment on time only to find out that the windshield had not even been ordered yet. To rectify the problem they took the upcharge off the mobile service and we rescheduled. This upset us, as my wife had to rearrange her schedule twice to accommodate the mobile service.Fast forward to yesterday (March 9, 2020). Being good people, or perhaps just foolish, we gave safelite in hooksett another shot. What a mistake. Again, numerous emails were sent to confirm the appointment, one even introducing the store manager as Joshua. And again there was no windshield ordered. I asked to speak to the store manager to see if there was a way to get it done that day, at any safelite location. A greasy little man with a mole on his nose, who smelled overwhelmingly like cigarettes, said he was the store manager for now. The actual store manager was on a phone call away from the building but still on premises. I tried to get somewhere with him but to no avail. I will not br using safelite ever again, and I certainly do not recommend this location to anyone for any auto glass needs. They are constantly unprepared and unprofessional.

I have used Safelite numerous times and I have never had a problem at all. Scheduling is always prompt and professional, Technicians have always been Courteous, professional and helpful. And on time. Would not use any other glass company.

I would give zero stars if I could! I went to an appointment made through my insurance company and they did not have the windshield I needed. I remade an appointment for a couple of days later. I leave work yet again but I was running 10 minutes late. On my way over I called to let them know of my ten minute delay and they told me because I was going to be late they would not take me in. 10 minutes and they denied me. They cost me time of leaving work 2 times in one week. I will never use this location again and I will tell everyone of the horrible service. My insurance company already knows.

Problem not resolved. Missing correct parts to complete job. Seatvelt not put back together correctly and needs to be redone.

My mother has a 2006 Saturn Vue and over the weekend her 3rd rear window got broken. Called safelite and told her that her vehicle is no longer made and she should buy a new truck or go to the junk yard (in a very rude manner) . We understand her vehicle isnt made anymore however the comments were unnecessary and people still get broken windows

The people were friendly and professional and ready when I arrived on time. The young man examined my windshield to make sure there was nothing that would cause problems doing the installation. I was told it would be 90 minutes to 2 hours to complete the work. They called about 90 minutes later and said the car was ready. When I arrived my car was at the front door ready to go. I went inside to pay and was happy to learn the final bill was less than the quote! I did not even notice anything on the windshield other than the lack of the huge crack. It looked like it was factory installed. Driving home I did not hear any wind leaks so everything seems well done. Great job!

Had the windshield of my Lincoln replaced. They did a great job, very quick. They recalibrated my Lane Departure Warning Assist camera after installing the new glass. Cleaned all my windows, and vacuumed the car. Professional and friendly group there.
