Very good prices. I was happy to go to them. They do headlight cleaning for $20 which is very cheap and its done professionally. I would recommend going there for oil change and cheap stuff. Their tires are also good. They are very friendly.

The 2 Gentlemen I spoke with, about questions i had in regard to purchasing, mounting and balancing, 3 camper tires, were extremely patient, knowledgeable & helpful.

Alexandria was very friendly and helpful. As were the two technicians.

Had an oil change using full synthetic and got a great price plus I was out in about 20 minutes. Id suggest you call ahead for an appointment for a quick in and out.

We went here for 2 new tires, and balancing brought the rims in and even though we didnt have an appointment we were in and out quickly. Great service.

Terrible Service!I waited forever just to get someone to talk to me.I told them I would be shopping and would stop back when I was done to pick up my car. I was informed that mine was the only car for an oil change at that point, so I assumed that when I was done shopping 40 minutes later, it would be ready. (How long does it take at a regular oil change place, 10, 15 minutes?)So I come back and my car isnt ready. No big deal, I sit and wait and the guy helping me walks away. In the meantime, 7 other people come in and stand around waiting to be helped. They ring the service button at least 3 times. No one comes. We wait for over 15 minutes before anyone comes back to help us. Because I had sat down, other people cut in front of me. An employee comes out and asks if anyone is there for auto services (apparently they do layaway at the same desk?) and everyone is up in arms trying to get served.Finally, I see a guy park my car and he brings in my keys. I pay and go out to my car to find that my carpets werent vacuumed, my tires still looked low, there was grease and other dirt on the drivers side door, and I had a tail-light out that they didnt bother to tell me about. I called back to talk to a manager, waited on hold for 7 minutes and gave up.Awful awful service. Never going back.

Great tire prices but I feel the employees in this department are lacking automotive knowledge.

So unorganized.. got here at 730am and was third in line for service.. 3 hours later still waiting here.. guy has been working on the car for an hour and half just to put tires on. The employees don’t care and get so distracted by everything that they can’t even check people in without taking forever. Only positive is the price but I certainly will not be coming back here again

Tried calling auto center several times, ringing and ringing until the kind store operator answered. She tried and same thing. Why would anyone even consider trusting vehicle to business that can’t even answer the phone.

Although they charge less money than most places but Ive been calling this place for a week and they arent answering me in any way ! And then when I call again they tell me no appointments for another week and they hung up on me! Not the first time Ive been with a bad experience from this auto center wont recommend at all

Absolutely pathetic service. Had a 1-star experience last year due to a combination of wait times + website issues, but decided to give them a second chance, leaning mostly on the website being out of employees control.Ordered tires online. Got the ready for pickup email on Friday. Went in Saturday and was told only 2 of the tires are ready. Accepted it as being yet another website problem and walked away. Went back on Tuesday at around 4 when all 4 tires were ready, but was told they wouldnt get to it before the service center closed and to come back. Went back on Wednesday at 12:30 and was told it was a 4.5 hour wait after witnessing 3 techs shooting the breeze outside- which seems to be a repeating story throughout the reviews for the Hooksett Service Center, but managers dont appear to care.They are extremely understaffed, severely lacking in basic automotive skill (given that basic is all they offer), or have terrible management in this department. Its really not worth the draw of the tire prices or cheap oil changes to do business with this location.

Without a doubt the worst place for an oil change. A simple pit crew oil change took 2 1/2 hours. I feel bad for Ben, he was the only one to show any empathy,understanding or caring. He has a poor team around him. I think they do it on purpose so you dont come back. Well it worked.

Do not come here. Ever. Seriously, stay away. Pay the extra money to go to Pep Boys.They are so disorganised its flabbergasting. I was here half an hour before, they even opened, to get tires put on. I was second in line. All the associates were 10 minutes late getting to work and it was another half hour before they even put my name down. Ive now been here 3 hours and Im still waiting to get my car back.Theyve got 5 service bays and only one person working, so they can only do 1 car at a time, 90 minutes per car minimum. You do the math.

I recently bought new tires from Walmart, and I was treated very well. They were understaffed at the time, and yet they did their best to accommodate me even though I didnt have an appointment. This was my first time going to Walmart Tire & Lube Center, and I will certainly go back again. Not only did I get great tires, I got them at the best possible price. I saved a ton of money by getting my tires from Walmart. I also learned that their oil changes only cost $19.99. Are you kidding me? How can you beat that price? Ive decided to get my oil changes there too. Just for your information, my AUTOFAIR dealership gave me a quote of $901.00 to buy, install, and balance those same tires. Tire Warehouse gave me a $550.00 estimate. I purchased my tires from Walmart for just $310.00!!! Do the math. Is it any wonder that I am thrilled with Walmart?

I called for pricing on tires, first time they didnt answer waited and called back the was on hold over 20 mins and no one ever picked up. I understand it may be busy but still. It only takes one bad experience to never go back, Id rather pay more for good customer service then this.

This was worst experience ever. All I wanted done was an oil change and to get two tires put on. I was told that it would take an hour in a half. I was there for 4 hours. And for the last forty five minutes my car was waiting for me but no one was around to check me out and give me my key back. Tons of other customers came in and got their car worked on and finished before me. I do not recommend getting the job done here.

This place was terrible. Zero stars if I could give them a rating of that. There was no cashier so the service technicians were managing that and getting cars fixed. However there was no leadership or organization to their situation. They told me 30-45 minutes which ended up being 1 and a half hours. Mind you they were also going on lunch so I had to stay or risk being stuck there for an additional hour (with a cranky 3 year old). Eventually they got a cashier but that women was BEYOND HELPLESS and she walked away every few minutes so the line at the auto care center kept growing. When I finally managed to pay my bill I was ready to get out of there. I will NEVER take my car there unless it is an emergency.

It is really painful to get service, half the staff is incompetant and have no clue whatsoever. its a shame as their tire prices are great, but is it worth the hassle??? You be the judge. The garage personnel working with the cars are the only ones who have a clue, which is good because I would be truly afraid to let anyone else touch a car.

Never come here for tire service!! Theyve ruined a wheel, stripped multiple lug nuts on multiple cars. And when they do damege things, theyll reimburse you but only after you find and pay for the replacement item. 4 times Ive come here and only once without an issue. Stay far away from this place. Service is slow also

They told me they only take walk in. No appointment. Got there 30 minutes before they opened to be the first in line. I was surprised when they opened 15 late to hear them say does anyone have an appointment.

Worst experience when I went there to get an oil change once it is done and came out found that car hood wasnt properly closed they didnt even vacuum the carpets but on the list it says done and I used windshield lever to clean up the glass but no fluid wasnt coming on to glass so went and check back and asked them to look at up they came and told me there is a leak in windshield pipe it wasnt there before I know they messed with my car and now they are like yo man your car has problems what can we do we didnt touch it.I dont recommend this center at all

Worst experience yet at a walmart tire lube.. Asked for a oil change and a tire rotation, they said they could get it done if I waited till a 12pm appt so I left my truck there at 10am. Went back at 12:30 to see the truck in the lot done so I walked in to see all the techs standing around just talking with each other at the front desk with no cars in the garage. Went to check out and they told me they did not have time for the tire rotation yet there next appt was not for another 1/2 hour. Paid and left, got the truck home and looked at the paperwork and noticed they said they added a quart over what Chevy says for an oil and filter change. Checked my oil and its about an inch over the max line on level ground. Called them back and they just gave me attitude. Will never bring another vehicle there again.
