I was greeted as soon as I walked into the store. The store was very clean and the store was merchandised well. I was just looking around with no particular thing to buy. It was very pleasant to hear the customers and employees speaking as if they were friends. I did not buy a thing but I enjoyed the experience.

Found the loony tunes Lego mini figs. They were hiding in some bin under the aisle. The staff helped in finding them seeing as how the online app showed them all up front on one of the display walls near the checkout. Their own digital inventory system had no idea where they really were. It was the fourth older lady who finally jumped in and pulled out the bin where they had been safely stashed away.

I visited Micheal’s looking for items to make some crafts I’m working on. I was pleased to find several items which was on sale! Needless to say I was happy at this visit! The store is clean, organized and the atmosphere is nice! The staff was friendly. HAPPY SHOPPING!

Its gotten to the point where I dont even try to check hobby lobbys selection. they never have what I need. Michaels always seems to have exactly what I need, even if theres just one left.trying to build my knitting needle supply back up after moving and losing most of them, Michaels hasnt let me down. I find a pattern I like, see that I dont have the right needle size for gauge, drive to Michaels, and then Im set.plus their staff is super friendly. Michaels is my preferred big box craft store in the area!

This is my go to crafting store. I just love to shop there, I spent over hundred dollars every time I go in there.

Associate who helped me was very courteous and knowledgeable. Some stuff she did not know, but she stuck with me until we found the answers.

Craft wonderland!!!! I found things I forgot I needed. Also affordable mini projects to keep the kiddos busy. Service is awesome.

I am hoping I found them on the day before a truck, or just after a Massive Sale, because it was heavily picked over. Much of what was left was tattered, or I would have sent back as Damaged, rather than sell.The old floors desperately needed a good stripping and waxing.What WAS there they had organized and labeled clearly. Bless You!

Staff was helpful but the store doesnt carry what I was looking for.

They moved the online purchase pick up to the front classroom of the store. You dont find that out until you walk all the way to the back where all of the signs are telling you to go back to the front and see a cashier. 🤔Slows the online pick up process down quite a bit because you still have to stand in the regular line to see a cashier, who then has to call a manager, who then has sends someone out to classroom. There were 2 employees in the classroom but no one holding your bag ready. Still had to do a check out process.Plus classroom makes you feel all closed in. Dont forget to have your id for pick up.Could have just went in store shopped as normal. It would have taken same amount of time. Hopefully they will fix that process to flow better.Besides that the employees were very nice and helpful and the store was clean.

I visited about 2 weeks ago to find some decor items for my daughters new apartment. Specifically for the guest bathroom. I was in there for about an hour & purchased only 2 small wooden letters & 1each A Ceramic Egg & A Basket that you Paint & Decorate.Im staring this to let you know that after an HOUR of being in the store... This is ALL I could come up with. I was NOT impressed with the Prices! In my opinion they are higher than the competition. I was really surprised 😯 & shocked! Plus.. I had just purchased candy for my her Easter Basket (yes, I still make her one because why not? & She loves it & looks forward to it!)(anyone reading this-I encourage you to step out of the Norm & do it too!! 🤗) Anywayyyyyy, back to the candy, the same EXACT candy I had purchased hours earlier at a different retailer for $1.00 ea. was for sale here @ Michaels for $2.99 ea! 🤔. Hmm. Not sure Ill go back.

We drop off a jersey with authentication paper to be put in pocket in back to be framed.. Two weeks past they said it was ready ...went to pick up...the jersey was framed backwards...told they will fix it...next day they called said it was ready ...went to pickup.they lost the authentication paper.. Now it ia no good. lost a ton of money...Will not go there anymore...horrible... rude...service.

Placed an order for pickup. for one item in the am. Received an email stating, We received your order but its not quite ready . I was told to keep an eye in my inbox for additional email updated on the progress of my order.. Next email said Stay tunned. We are processing your order now.. We will notify you when its ready for pickup. So I went out at noon awaiting a notification that never came. Its now 2 days later and the $ has been taken from my account. Never a notice that my item was ready. Fool me once.

Good to browse ideas for fall decor

I make jewelry for a living...it uses to be a hobby but after covid19 it turned into a business...the sales and coupons really help me plan ahead in purchasing supplies! They are usually short handed but staff is always helpful and they take competitors coupons! Better to go during the week as everyone shops on Sat/Sunday! I literally go here weekly! Would love to see them sponcer a sale sometime from their customers products!

The employees are all super-nice and helpful, and the store is always clean and well-organized.However, today, I had yet another failed curbside pickup attempt. They need to get better about checking and fulfilling those in a reasonable time. I ended up just canceling the pickup order at the point I arrived and it hadnt been filled yet. I had ordered in the morning, and it still hadnt been filled at 5:30 in the afternoon.

Had a odd experience with the employee. I work for a large shipping company so I was still in my uniform, but off the clock. As i went to pick up my internet order I was addressed with some aggravated attitude as she told me to go to the back to do the pick up. Took some time to explain I was a paying customer not a shipper.

The people who work there were very nice and helpful. They saw me trying to find my way to their frames and came to my rescue. Thank you Michaels staff!

They have the Christmas stuff out. This is a good time to go especially if you like to give handmade gifts. I like to go in this store. Seeing everything first hand gives me new ideas. Not the same as online for me. Employees are courteous and helpful.

It was great, staff are really nice and helpful. I saw one person in frount of me they were stirring up some trouble and they handled that really good! I would go there if you want some crafty stuff!

The store is very clean and LLC items are easily marked. The store is a little hard to navigate, however, with items I have seen one not necessarily being easy to find in store - but the associates are very kind!

Stopped on a road trip to pick up a 12x12 halloween paper pack. I searched all of the halloween items and then paper crafts with no luck. Found a male associate to ask if hes seen them and he rushed to get rid of me telling me that theyde be with halloween and thats all out... The store was a complete mess and there was stacks of boxes about 6 ft tall x 8 ft wide x 10 ft long and about 6 - 8 carts of boxes... but all Halloween is out. Only leaving 2 stars because the one female associate was extremely friendly.

Very interesting place. Not exactly the hobbies i like There paints and supplies... But i wish they had more wood working stuff. They have alot but its already made. Not much fun in that... But my wife loves it.

Most reviews I leave are positive. Sadly, I can’t give 0 stars, in this case. Company policy prevented me from returning a $50 gift because I didn’t have a receipt. Their policy is anti-customer and horribly environmentally unfriendly because they are creating economic and physical waste with this ill-conceived policy. No more Michael’s for me. Will not enter the store or make a purchase again. A store credit would have been a perfect solution to keep the dollars with Michael’s yet allow us to exchange for another product that would be used. Too bad they are so short-sighted they cannot envision and support a proper customer experience.

Yesterday evening on 10/23/2020; I had one of the most prejudice and humiliating experiences with the closing manager at the register while making my purchase.As a crafter and decor consultant I spend way too much money at many craft stores; Michaels Stores being one of them, to be profiled and disrespected the way I was last evening.I will not be spending anymore of my hard earned money at this location or at any of your other locations due to your management staff at your Hoover location.The way I was mistreated and profiled is disgusting and unacceptable.It is truly sad and unfortunate the example of leadership you have in place that’s exemplifying hateful and prejudice behaviors to the other employees on how to treat your customers...This is unacceptable Michaels Stores.You need to do better.

Was here on black friday. They kept the lines moving really good. Good large selection for crafts.

Great selection on items I needed to make some gifts. The staff are very helpful and they offer classes on crafts. Right now their Christmas decorations and trees are in stock and on sale. We got some wonderful bargains.

They are hands down the craft place to go. They have great prices and coupons. They are very helpful and know where the stuff is located. Great customer service. The framing department does an outstanding job. Even if you are not a Martha Stewart this place will help you become one. It is great for holiday decorations. Conveniently located and liberal return policy. I will definitely return.

When we enter the store no one was at the front registers. We continued looking through the store which was very sloppy and a mess. We did not see any workers the entire 30 to 40 minutes we were inside the store until we were exiting.

Every time I order from this store to pick up in store they never meet my expectations. I have placed multiple orderS at this store and have had to call EVERY SINGLE TIME to get them to even put my order together.

I absolutely love Michaels and so do my kids! My kids love to do the crafts on the weekend. I love it when they do the crafts too so I can shop in peace. I try really hard not to miss craft Saturdays because if I do, I will have to do crafts at the house and I am not a crafty person.

Came in this store with my sister and granddaughter who wanted a journal that is written in and destroyed. Something the young kids do.Used the 20 0/0 off coupon on this item.My sister purchased many things and again used a coupon for 20 0/0 off. Not a bit crowded so we got in and out fairly quickly.

This place is a family favorite for us. Anything the artist in your family needs is here. From novice (me) to the experienced (my entire family) Michaels is a great crafting store. Michaels even has crafting classes you and your family can take. The crafting classes is favorite for our kids. Any craft you do any art you make this store has what youre looking for. Employees are friendly and extremely knowledgeable for which I am definitely greatful.

Grabbed some Christmas sticking suffers. They have a great selection of squishy toys. I was able to find many items from my to do list. Love visiting this Michaels location. It was crowded as it was just before Christmas but plenty of cashiers available so the wait was not long.

I like the great variety of craft goods here, as well as the good prices (of course). The staff are friendly, and ready to help you find things at need.The stores hours and location are convenient too.

The store is clean and organized. Some of their items can be a little overpriced. But there is always coupons on their app. The service is always good. Employees are friendly. The only problem I ‘be had is with the shopping wheelchair. Currently, I can’t walk very well without severe pain. So I had to use the shopping wheelchair. It was rigged together on one side with a piece of wire. And it seems there was only one. Disabled people craft more than the able bodied. One chair that isn’t up to par is not acceptable.

Michaels is top notch for craft supplies. The only complaint I have is their prices. BUT, they have coupons and if you sign up for their email notifications, you can get some really good products on sale. I love their dollar section where I usually get a few things when I visit.

Most aisles were very messy and they had almost none of the items I needed for my cross stitching project. No hoops or Aida cloth at all.
