I called this company earlier this week trying to get my windshield replaced. I was told the guy and his other tech were busy at the moment, but would get back to me to give me an estimate on price and when they could get to me to install the windshield. The guy took my number down buy he never returned my call. I attempted to call them back the following day and nobody ever answered the phone and I never got a call back. Its almost like my business doesnt matter... I am rating this 2 stars for such lack of communication. If you can communicate with your customers, they may have a better understanding of why it may take you longer to get back to then. Otherwise, people will think customer service comes last in the eyes of your business.

Couldnt help me bc of a glass shortage but they were nice and helpful when I visited

We were actually taking a vacation on the way back we were driving through Alabama we stopped in for a car wash and a guy came up to me and explain to me you can fix my windshield think I cracked a longer vacation and it was horrible was right and my direct line of vision I told him I had insurance and I was going to wait till I got home and he was actually affiliated with my insurance company and with the policy I had he was able to get the replacement done the same day at no cost to me I was amazed they were very professional very polite and made me feel comfortable enough got my windshield replaced 1200 miles away from my house and drive home confident and where are you free on top of it all I was worried about my insurance company raising my rates which he assured me they wouldnt and when I got home I spoke with my insurance agent and everything he told me was correct I dont know we should get that lucky for once it was truly reliable honest respectful business I recommend them to anybody that has any damage to their Auto Glass thumbs up and thanks again guys at Pro Auto Glass

Alex did a fantastic job finding and fixing a chip in my windshield. I used to do this myself so I know a good job when I see it. He actually did so good I couldn’t find the chip once he was done! Plus it’s free with most insurances! Best spent 15 minutes of my day.
