One of the best experiences I had. I went in very impromptu expecting to see what they had available. Most were gone to lunch but one really nice lady was willing to whip together whatever I needed. Most places arent too willing to go ahead and make whatever we want at that time. Soooo, I got a dozen berries, half white chocolate half milk chocolate. About 15 minutes later they were brought to my car. Theyre massive and delicious. Thanks again!!!

I ordered my mother in law a dozen of doughnut rings ( green apple) with a bouquet of balloons ( mothers day)... well she received the rings which were left on the porch but no balloons. When I called the manager she informed me they couldnt get any balloons out for 3 days or refund my money 😒. I wanted my mother in law to have the balloons so she got them 3 days later. They were accompanied by a half dozen chocolate covered strawberries 🍓hence the 2 stars given. Customer service is EVERYTHING especially in these days. I would do edible arrangements again but definitely at another location.

I ordered the Mother’s Day treat box and it did not come in the box shown when ordering, I received 4 cookies not 6 like it said it would have, then instead of 2 mini cheesecakes I got 1 and a brownie, the strawberries did not have the Mother’s Day chocolate piece on top like the description stated. Very unhappy, when a person orders something they expect it to be as shown and as the description states.

They lie. They told me they werent taking order anymore at 2pm. That i could schedule an order for the next day. The person I was getting them for went online and placed the order. So now she thinks I lied to avoid getting it.So if you call and they lie just place your order online. Customer service is garbage.

The driver went above and beyond when making the delivery! My mom wasnt home at the time and told him where to leave the package. She said he called back a few minutes later to let her know there were two men parked at her house since she told him there was no one there. I really appreciate that your driver took the time to make sure everything was okay!.

I am not one to give reviews but this was one of the worst customer services experiences Ive ever had. I ordered this for an employee to be delivered on their work anniversary. It is 2 days later and it was never delivered. They said they attempted delivery and now it needs to be picked up in store. I will never order from this location again.

I ordered online Monday Feb 9th to have delivered to my husbands wk. Extremely easy online order & Exceptional delivery!! Fruit was fresh, ripe, & tasty. Were still enjoying the fruit 3 days later! A bit pricey with double delivery charge, but it was Valentines. Busiest day of yr probably. I would recommend this to anyone.

If I could give zero stars I would this location was so unprofessional, the fruit was old and smelling. The manager admitted to the fruit being over ripe but wouldnt give me a refund nor send another arrangement and demanded pics like I was lying. They are too high to be sending out old fruit and bad customer service

Received Chocolate covered Strawberries. The strawberry was not sweet.

Set up a pick up for 10:30 and used my 30 minute break to go get it and bring it to my girlfriend for her birthday. Got here at 10:30 only to be told it wouldnt be ready for another 10 minutes and I wasnt the happiest but I understood and went to wait in my car. Sat in my car for another 20 minutes before I had to go back inside to check and see how much longer it was going to be. So not only was it not on time I am now late for work and I wont even get to bring it to her for her birthday while she is at work. Terrible customer service. If you schedule a time it should be done at the time not whenever it suits the workers.

Placed the order online and used a coupon. It was ready before the time I requested which was really nice. Overall very happy

I live in GA and I wanted to do something special for my Aunts birthday in Bessemer. I placed my order online at 1:14pm swear to God I got a confirmation at 2:56 pm saying it had been delivered! I was in shock. I thought oh maybe they did a crappy job or maybe the left out my additional items NOPE! She loved it and the personal note. Thank Thank You!

Way over-hyped!! Save yourself some money and head to any supermarket to buy your own fruit and play around with arranging it. The presentation just wasnt all that great for the money.

Worst customer service ever. I live out of state and for my sisters 16th birthday we wanted to do something special for her so we decided to have an edible arrangement with balloons delivered to her high school. 72$ later they didnt deliver the balloons and when I called to get a refund for the balloons a man named Bryant answered the phone. I really just would have been fine if they were apologetic towards the situation and cared but instead in a monotone voice the response I was given was well sometimes we miss things, do you have the card so I can refund the money. Outstanding response sir. Needless to say I told them my fiancé would call them with the card information. When he called the owner answered and again was not very sympathetic to the situation. He decided a refund wouldnt matter since the surprise for her birthday was ruined anyways. She had the balloons delivered the next day that we paid for already and a box of 6 complementary strawberries sent with it. At the end of the day if someone in this business would have ACTED like they cared that their business took away from what should have been a special sweet 16th birthday delivery I wouldnt have such a bad taste in my mouth for this company.

The customer service at this franchise is HORRIBLE. the manager, Rebecca, had a horrible attitude, as did the delivery driver, and made what was supposed to be an awesome gift a pain to receive. I almost called back to tell them to cancel the delivery entirely and to credit the person who sent me the gift. I was not home for the initial delivery at noon on Wednesday. I was left a message on my cell phone by the delivery man to call the store to reschedule. I called, was placed on hold and then REbecca picked up giving me some stupid line of, They are a very busy company and cannot schedule a delivery in set period of time. I then proceeded to ask her if I was supposed to wait here all day to receive my bouquet. She said no, I could come pick it up. They would try to make sure the bouquet was at the store when I arrived. So, wait? You cant get it to me in a 2 ot 4 hour time period and then you will try to have it there, all the way across town, should I happen to show up? WHAT? How is it that FedEx, UPS and even the USPS can deliver things nationwide but this little mom/pop business that serves the Birmingham metro (population 1.5million) cannot get it together to deliver a bouquet in a 2 to 4 hour time slot? PATHETIC.

Amazing service & food!

Placed an online order. They called and stated they couldnt deliver until tomorrow. They have 5 hours before they close so why not? I originally tried to place an order earlier this morning and they couldnt deliver to the address I requested bc it was 2 miles outside of their delivery area. Ridiculous!!!
