The service was good they just didnt have my size in new balance I wanted.

Great service, had the shoes we was looking for.

Not the friendliest employees. They gave me a hard time about returning some shoes. They were nice at first but immediately acted cold and called me rude when I told them I was there to return something.

Went there today for the first time and the manager working was very friendly, definitely had a great attitude and a good sales person. Bought a few things and was pleased with the experience.

In the age of all mesh shoes(which do NOT work with my pointed upward toe) I want to thank journeys for still carrying the old school new balance!!! Im 36 and was so disheartened about finding nothing that worked for me....but journeys has me covered! PLEASE keep the best style, and most comfortable new balance! Your one of like no others that has them any longer!

Convenient location inside the Galleria on the 2nd floor. They have a wide variety of Converse, Vans, Ugg shoes in mens and womens. They also have clothing, backpacks and socks. The staff has always been really nice and helpful. I highly recommend shopping here.
