Andy helped us find our online order and was very nice despite us coming in 15 minutes until close. The store was very busy but he took his time helping us and was very polite.

Good inventory, decent clearance items, and the staff were extremely helpful.

Why wouldnt I give this Gamestop 5 stars? :)Its exactly what youd expect from a Gamestop. Ive never seen it (what Id consider to be) crowded in this particular location, but that could just be the result of me subconsciously (or consciously) choosing to go when I dont think that it would be. Also been treated kindly and with respect. Upon my most recent visit, I had been gifted quite a few gift cards and wanted to have them merged into a single card. I was able to have this taken care of with no issue. Even having to scan barcodes from my cell phone one by one, this process was a breeze.Again, no complaints about this Gamestop location.

We are here so often the staff seem to know my son.... you dont find that everywhere. Staff are helpful and informative.... friendly and funny. Aside from that... ITS GAME STOP!

Been here a couple times. Never a complaint. Except for today when I sat outside for 15 minutes waiting for it to open from 10:15-10:30.. So I went to Walmart down the street and got the new game I wanted on sale. I’m okay with it.

Very poor customer service. Went to counter asked female for very specific item. Instead of retrieving item. Points me towards wall to get it myself. Then associate Steven drops changed into a 13 year old childs hand. Guess he didnt want to touch the brown kid.

Very helpful staff who genuinely love gaming! If theyre out of an item another location has, theyre always happy to call and verify the item is in stock. Ive had an employee offer to have an out-of-stock item shipped from an out-of-state location when able.

Gamestop is kinda strange, it gives me late circuit City vibes. Locations are disappearing near me, Im never sure where they are still open. And then when I go in, there are like a TON of people on the clock?! Well not my bottom line. Its still the easiest way I can pad a bad impulse decision of buying video games Ill likely only use one weekend--because its the easiest way to get used/ discounted games that work. (Other stores can sometimes be a gamble, GameStop is easy to return or dispute a problem). Anyway, service here was good. The buy two get one deal was very good.

Shout out to Morgan. My son and I went to the Gamestop store on 280 early to get the new Smash Bros Bundle. Some guy cut in front of us and bought the last one - not very nice and I hope he told his mom he was leaving the basement. Anyway, we went to the one at Patton Creek, told Morgan our story and she found the game/bundle for us.That is great customer service.Thank you Morgan!

Went in to pre order a new game and was told that they couldnt do it for me with a digital copy. The cashier was slightly rude and looked angry. He didnt attempt to do any thing to help my situation, other than tell me to essentially come back later.
