This was my first trip to this Indian store. Its a much smaller store compared to other Indian stores in B-ham, but still had a decent stock to pick from. Pricing is good. The only problem was, I did not find some of the brands I was looking for specifically. Will recommend checking this store out!

We stopped by the place to pick some Thums up ( The Indian cola drink). We were at 5-10 minutes away when we decided. However the Google was telling that the place is about to close. Then we called them and requested to hold. And the person was nice and kind enough to keep our request. We did not have much time to explore the shop. However, it’s a small one with Indian groceries and what not. There were a lot of exotic ethnic clothes and beauty products, ornaments ( lots of churis / bangles ) and puja stuffs. The grocery collection was rather very small.

Great place to buy all Indian Pooja samagri. Nanda always have these type of material. Never leave this place with disappointed.

Its sad that is going out of business Im going to miss them

Very knowledgeable, we were looking for Black Salt for this vegan recipe, they were helpful and engaging. Pricing was comparable.

They are closing the shop permanently and moving to Texas.

So glad to find this store! I came looking for some ingredients as I’m trying new things for my diet and implementing Ayurvedic nutrition for breastfeeding. Store also has lots of meal packets to make delicious Indian dinners. Nanda is a sweet lady who helped me find all that I needed and was very informative!

I called all over Birmingham looking for a single spice, finally called Heritage and there it was, along with a very knowledgeable and kind store owner.

Had exactly what I was looking for!! Extremely helpful and a great value! Highly reccomend!

Its a cozy market. The staff was friendly and helpful. They sell food, cooking supplies, clothes, jewelry, all things India.

Not too hard to find, they have almost everything you need if you are making Indian dishes.Tried to go there today 8/24/13 and their sign says they open at 11:00am. Waited till 11:15am and left. Glad I have most everything I need to make curry tomorrow, I will find another place to go that opens on time.

The place is the best in town. You can get everything you want. If you want anything special they can order it for you

Nice small cornet store to but all things Indian (desi). Perfect for a quick stop and fast shopping. Affordable prices!

Get one of their heat and serve meals from the front refrigerator; delicious and you could not make it yourself for the same price.

Fairly Cost effective and open till 8:30 PM. Best for packaged or frozen products when all other desi stores have closed.

If your looking for Godrej Shave cream then this is the only place in town that has it!They have the Godrej Rich Lather and this is by far the best traditional shave creams on the market. I drive 85 miles round trip just to purchase this item from the store. Great store and great people to do business with.I hope they expand the selection of Godrej Creams and add some Old Spice creams as well!
