I have ordered 4 of the Mimi racerback bras from their website, they are comfy and offer great support. I have never had a problem until recently. I ordered 2 new ones on 12/30/19 and received them on 1/7/20. One of them has just broken where the fabric completely tore in 2 places. I was wearing the right size and the one that broke has only been worn a maximum of 30 times and washed a maximum of 10 times. It should not have broken. The ones Ive worn longer and been washed more have shown no signs of breaking and are in excellent condition. I reached out to motherhood asking them replace the broken bra. They responded with:Thank you for contacting us! This order was placed 12/30/20 and was delivered 01/07/20. We do have a 30 day return policy in which we can extend to 60 for defective items. We would have had to received the order by 03/07/20. We are unable to accept the return I understand they have a return policy but if an item is obviously defective I would hope they would stand by their products and fix the issue. This happened just 30 days after their return policy expired. I would expect an item like this to last more than 30 uses. I am very disappointed that they will not fix the problem and I am planning on taking my business elsewhere in the future.

After moving my old address is attached through my Apple Pay. I ordered jeans to my new address and paid using Apple Pay and that overrode the address I typed in. When I called to cancel my order the next day they would not let me claiming they were unable. The order had not been shipped and the money had not even left my account yet. I no longer live in the state it was going to ship to and had no way of picking up my $100 order. Customer service is horrible and tho the website claims you can cancel any time this is a lie.

If I could give this store a freaking 0 I would. I have tried numerous times to get in touch with someone about my order and have yet to have someone contact me. My order was supposed to be here November 24th, I still haven’t received it. My order has been lost somewhere between fed ex and the post office, I spent almost $70 with your company, and I can’t even get them to resend my clothes, can’t get them to contact me nothing!! PATHETIC!!! NEVER WILL I BUY FROM YOUR ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN!

It’s located inside Macy’s. It’s not a store but more like a little corner with a few pieces there.
