Just left the Hoover post office because they are rude, lazy and unhelpful. Came in here to mail a package. The gentleman that helped me was extremely helpful, thorough and made suggestions for mailing my package the best way. I may pay a little more here but so worth it!! Thanks!!

Such amazing customer service! This is how a business should be run. Such courteous and helpful personnel. I had a bunch of files I wanted to put into a book and then asked to make three copies of the book. They took the time to go through every step with me from start to finish. They produced an absolutely stunning product. Thrilled beyond belief!!

Very nice experience! I’m sad I can’t remember the name of the gentleman who helped me, but he was very polite and easy-going! I had no idea what I was doing and he very easily lead me through the process! Much better than any time I had to go to the US postal office, that’s for sure!

Closed randomly at 3:20 pm on a random Tuesday. No signs. Just randomly closed. Called the phone number. Message just says closed.

The person that helped me, Brittany, is the kindest most professional person I have ever dealt with in a FedEx store. She took the time to understand what I needed, and took even more time to explain everything to me, even though the store was busy. Even though this post office is farther away from my home, I’ll be using this one from now on!

Probably the BEST customer service experience I’ve had in a decade. Everyone was so friendly and funny (funny is important these days). Brittany was my helper and she was exuberant and personable.I’m not a big FedEx delivery fan due to past ‘mess-ups’ but today I’d have to change my mind about the company due to this staff. Big thumbs up!

Five stars is all Google will allow me to give, but if I could give more I would. I printed my wedding invitations and RSVPs here and the work is fantastic. Each invitation and RSVP looks so perfect. Steve did an incredible job helping me achieve exactly what I was looking for. He went out of his way to make sure I was happy. FedEx is extremely lucky to have him as an employee.

I called ahead of time to make sure this office would accept ORM-D shipments and they indicated they would. I had the package shipped here because I would not be home during normal shipping hours to sign for the package. This office turned down the package and had it sent back to the distribution center in Irondale, so I had to make the trip to Irondale to pick up my package.

This place is trash. After an hour I had to walk out without the copies I needed. Customer service was a joke. All I needed was double sided color copies made. Lines throughout the pages, had to ask for a refund I could have printed that from home if I wanted garbage prints. Not even sure I got my full refund back. Unless youre just dropping off something to ship with stickers already in your package, dont go. Definitely dont go for prints.

I called this morning, Sunday Aug 25th, to ask if they still spiral bound books. The guy that answered the phone said yes. I asked can he do it now he said yes they arent busy. I drove 25 minutes to get there. The lady took my books and told me it would take an hour. So I went across the street to the Galleria to kill time. I came back an hour and a half later and my books were still sitting where she laid them. She said she had to wait on other customers that there was only two employees in the store. There was no one in the store when I got there either time. I think her socializing and extremely long finger nails make her very inefficient at her job! I will never go there again!!!!!! She was very rude to me.

The fedex office location in Hoover, AL is awesome! They printed our wedding invitations quickly, arranged them in such a way that fewer sheets (and therefore lower cost) would be needed, and were very courteous. Then, disaster! Our invitations were wrong! We thought we had wasted the money printing the first set, and went back to reprint and pay again. The employee listened to our woes, reprinted quickly, handed us our invitations, and waved away my debit card. I will use this store any time I need printing done. Great job, guys! I dont know either of your names, but you were working on Saturday, 8/6/16 and Sunday 8/7/16, so thanks to whoever you are!

For a highly critical and custom print job that the Fedex online submission system was making me nervous about, a quick visit to this location and their friendly people helped a ton. Gabe in particular listened and helped professionally and courteously through all of my fiancees specifications (for a DIY wedding stationery project) and ran the project in an extremely impressive and accurate fashion. I appreciate the knowledge that this location has got my back when it comes to doing nice printing right.

Tuesday November 14th at about noon, I was helped with a passport photo by a gentleman and checked out by a lady. Both very professional and attentive to my needs/wait time, as well as others in the store. Great job, guys!

Went in this morning only to get a print of something, that I emailed ahead of my arrival to speed up my wait time. Upon reaching the location, I walked in and was greeted 5 mins after my arrival, I saw (the employees were right there not working with anyone) the camera would show I was the only customer in store at the time around 9:15am. But Im standing there and these 2 female co-workers are conversating as if Im not there. Both using profanity as normal language. One female worker was pregnant and complaining about her job assignments for the day, didnt get her name and the other had long braided extension with red hair whose name may be Jessica, I could only see the letters J.E.S. because her hair was blocking the name badge, whom was the utter most aggressive with her words. However both were extremely unprofessional and unbecoming...not only with their language but with the customers calling in as well. I could not wait to leave. So when I was finally waited on, it was a relief to leave such ignorance and NEVER to do business there again. I used this place back in my college days to finish projects for class, but now I see they have at least two people there with absolutely no true CUSTOMER SERVICE. What a shame!!!!

Horrible. They NEVER answer the phone. I have been calling this location since 9a this am trying to get a simple email to them with attachments to have printed. After about 30 attempts someone finally answered the phone then promptly hung up at 3:35pm. I also tried placing an internet order, but if you use google Chrome or Safari, forget about it.Finally I called the 280 location. The staff picked up on the first ring and was very helpful and friendly. I dont know who manages this poorly run location but they should be ashamed (and retrained along with the staff). I will never attempt to do business at this location again.

(I feel bad that I didnt ask her name before leaving ) but she was more than helpful, I was being a bit picky. But she made me copies until I was completely satisfied. I had a print that was 21x4 needed on glossy photo paper. The two ladies today (12/30/16) told me that it would take 48 hours. Ive had larger things printed there before in several hours. They were horribly incompetent. I took the picture to Staples and the young lady there printed it in about 5 minutes.

Apparently this is the only shipping facility that cant find out my address. the last two times ive had a package out for deliver through these guys i got a measage saying exception made to delivery or couldnt locate address causing me to have to go pick it up after work through crappy bham traffic(dhl, usps, ups all are great and can find my house)
