Ill start off with the pleasant customer service received; customer service isnt what typically completes the job though! I brought my truck here a few weeks ago due to bad high pressure fuel lines, which then made the truck inoperable. I was told by one tech around 7a Wednesday my fuel lines would be in. Another tech called me around 2pm saying they were on national back order (inconsistency in communication)! Labor alone was 1052..$ while my bill was about 2400..$!The frustration stems from these professional techs not check the DPF filtration system because they wouldve known it was 90% full even though they had to perform work regarding the DEF air line fitting that was leaking air! In addition, the main fuel line had a crack in, the fire wall also had to be replaced due to air leaking. I left this shop on the 7th, my check light engine didnt come back on until that following Friday, a few days later! Coming here was a huge mistake because I was back in a different shop the following week so they could actually perform what was supposed to be done! In this industry, you tend to realize that certain people ONLY do the bare minimum to get by. If some of these techs owned their own truck, running their own business efficiently then these mechanical problems would be addressed correctly. There was no way in hell I was coming back !

Well i dont know if i was very lucky or what get my truck in and the next day was ready. I was total surprised but i loved, litle $$$ but we all know that, the job was beutiful and fast...

I still get them five stars I do have to take my truck back in so they can look at it where they fixed it they told me to bring it so at the moment its all good I have no complaints
