They suck at answering the phone.

I stopped the shop to check on getting a new stereo in my car. I was given a great deal, all the info I needed, and they did a great job on the installation. It looks like the car came with the new stereo. I was also shown how to use the features such as blue tooth for my phone and set up the various equalizer settings. Overall, a great experience and I would recommend this shop to anyone. JR

This guys make very good installation on my car stereo system.

Worst experience ever bought a used amp from these idiots hooked it up and it fried instantly. Was going to give it back and get my money back but Tony talked me into spending even more money to send it to Rockford fosgate to get it repaired. They said it would cost more to fix it than what its worth, now I cant even get ahold of Tony to get a refund every time I call some young kid who apparently doesnt know anything tells me Tony isnt there. This has been the case for 4 months now. So if your going to buy any car stereo equipment is refer you to drive a little further and just go to banging systems on Robeson Street.

I made the mistake of trusting this guy and wasted alot of time and money. He talks a good talk like he can do anything paint and body tint,airbags yeah right! but he put a bumper on crooked and it was new out the box! next The alarm he put in didnt work and I had to wait on the company he buys them from I guess? He ordered a high output altenator for my truck and I guess he bought a used one from somewhere that was the wrong model. So now im stuck with the wrong altenator. He never returned my calls and I even stopped by time after time and this went on for three months. I finally caught him onsight and got store credit for merchandise because there is no refunds. He should just stick to radios
