I had medicine that MUST BE REFRIGERATED That I picked up once I did grocery shopping and ALL of the lines were SUPER long. There were not a lot of lines open so we picked a line and waited 20 mins then a Walmart employee came and said the last 3-4 people would have to find another line because this person gets off at 4.Nothing is communicated to say otherwise!Do NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!Here’s my cart before I left, that I would have purchased had they had more open lines to accommodate the amount of people in the store

I am very disappointed with this store cuz I am hearing impaired the black woman who had bad attitude and not want help me with gift card that I paid 60 in it ...then I went to gas station. It wont work then come back to customer service then that the woman cover her name badge label and still had attitude...I am very frustrated and disappointed....I just want some help but another manager name serra who helped me

Believe you may find this to be your experience. Not mine. This place is too big to take on casually. Know what you want. Get it. Get out. Thats my motto. Mission focused. Intently. So did not take time to notice store layout, number of staff relative to shoppers, or ambient temperature comfort level. Found it. Paid. Skeedaddled. End of story. See you next time they ask my opinion. Plan to go back looking for adult lunch pails and other items soon as a paycheck hits the books.

All Walmart stores are very friendly and have good hospitality associates working for them. You go there and you dont need to go anywhere else.

Grocery pickup is always fast. I never wait more than 5 minutes. Always have nice and courteous employees who always introduce themselves. I will always come to this location.

Since opening the Walmart by the airport, the one near my home in hope mills has not kept up its stocking. Too many times the shelves are missing multiple groceries. It also seems all the good stuff is at the other new one and the one here carries 2nd best. Not living up to past and expectations. I thought this would be a short term thing. Evidently not.

Wednesday about 18:00 hrs. I shopped at Walmart Gillespie Street. Bought 4 bottles Soda, 2 pack. Spaghetti +1 tshirt. I checked myself out. At home I discovered that I was charged for 1 bottles of Purell that I did not buy nor get. It is just a $2 extra charge, and driving all the way back from Hope Mills costs more ⛽ than this is worth. Well, I went back because it is the principle of this fraudulent charge. I received my money back, but when I ask how this could happen, the answer from the Associate was: I have no idea . So unless you want to pay for things you did not get, check your receipts when you go thru the Self Check out, I will for sure from now on.

Delivery service is sad. Always out of items and purchases not delivered. You try to do a refund and app wont let you. Store says it will send out items not delivered and hours later nothing. I paid for express to get the items they forgot😡We did not have so many issues with the Gillespie st store, but walmart decided we had to use hope mills instead.

I have been in twice for fried chicken and the deli was either out or not cooked any that day. Not sure what the case may be.

Love how convenient my local walmart is. And staff is usually friendly. I dont like how more often than not something isnt stocked (which I realize is because good workers are hard to find) & they have stopped catering to parents of multiple children. These blue double seated carts are few and far between. Our local store has 2 that ive ever seen, only 1 of which has one working lap belt. Which often leads to me having to wait till its available in order to do my shopping.

I am so sick of this store! They cant keep anything in stock.... all the shoppers here are super nosey. It is hard to find any staff who can help you.... the wait in line for cashiers is intolerable. Also, the produce here IS TERRIBLE!! USUALLY TOTALLY ROTTEN WITHIN 48 HOURS OF GETTING IT HOME.I ONLY GO HERE IF I NEED SOMETHING I CAN GET NOWHERE ELSE. I PREFER DILLONS. MIGHT COST A COUPLE DOLLARS MORE BUT EVERYTHING IA FRESHER AND BETTER QUALITY!!!

Nice store with friendly people and a smaller store, which I like. As a shopper wth a disability, I depend on the motorized carts. This is the ONLY WalMart that ever has any available! Thank you. I am very tired of sitting in the car while my husband shops.

Avoid this location. They never seen to have more than 1 or 2 checkouts open, with long lines. It takes nearly half an hour just to check out.

Walmart typically has what you need. I did notice a signofocant improvement in the staff. They seemed much friendlier than on any previous visit to this location. So excellent job on customer interaction improvement.

My husband paid for items and they accused him of stealing even though HE HAD A RECIEPT FOR ALL ITEMS!!!! Held him up for 30 mins!!! But wouldnt stop others who didnt have items in the bag smh THEY NEED NEW STAFF !!! 😠😠😠😠 VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

Anything I need I can always find it here. The costumers service is great, is easy to return products even without the receipt. Im in love with the delivery service, you can order online your grocery shopping and schedule the day and time to receive it. If something is missing or broken you can contact them and they will refund your money back for that product. It makes life easier!!

1000 check out lanes and 2 cashiers. 12 employees watching the two cashiers. Crazy system they have there.

I’m handicap. There was not a working scooter to be found. I had to walk to both ends. The ones they had were broken. Shopped and ended up making my injury worse. The reason I went in was to return t3 items from my Click-list. Customer service said they were having computer issues and couldn’t put it back on my card. Gave me two gift cards. When I went to check out, the cards said declined. I had to go back to customer service. I was told, that I had to call the 800# Customer Service. I did and they needed to talk to the CS service person there. I had to wait for them to finish with customer. The finally straightened it out. Person said the CS person that had given me cards had removed the money off the card. A total of 50 minutes checking out on top of not being able to get a scooter. I was in so must pain.

The staff took my child while his mother wasn’t looking and didnt say anything about his whereabouts until after seeing me ask everyone else. She did not know him and if i hadnt asked her directly and checked all the bathrooms I may not have found him. If i see her again there will be problems.

They lie on the phone and then when u get there it’s a different story. The ladies in the bakery rude af. i won’t ever come back. already had to straighten the lady on the phone. they must be tired of working 😂that don’t mean get an attitude or turn down a customer because YOU DONT WANNA DO UR JOB.

I placed an online grocery order here and the service was great. When I arrived to pickup it was not a long wait. The young lady loading my car acknowledged who I was and asked if I had any questions regarding my order. She was pleasant and professional. Will be shopping again!

Hard to find enough employees mannedregisters since only a few are open. The practice of self checkout often is the best option but still, we are willingly working to benefit the store. There are other customers that get an attitude if someone is not fast enough. I dont because we need to be kind

Its a Walmart. Always attacks rif-raf. Besides the atmosphere, the help is non existent as most employees are more worried about hiding in a isle playing on their phone or talking. If asked a question, no one knows? And then disappears to find an answer never to return.

The aisles were full with new inventory which was causing issues being able to walk up and down aisles. Check out was quick in self check out. I only entered the store because my pick up order was delayed 25 minutes. Employees were courteous and eager to assist. Parking lot was packed. This location really needs a bigger parking lot for the area.

It was terrible. Too hot in store, in fact a lady fainted in front of me in the checkout line. There was only two lines opened and the wait was horrible. While the EMS was working on this lady, those in line had to move to the other line. It took over 53 minutes to checkout. By the time I got out, my hair was soaking wet and instead of doing other errands I had to go home and bath.

Why is the store so hot. I thought I was going to pass out trying to check out today.

May 22, 2021Visited your store this morning. You need to hire better help. Cashiers not doing their job and stop standing around expecting someone else to do the job. Lousy experience!!!

Usually fully stocked, friendly staff.

This Walmart had a pool float that we could not find at a few other Walmart locations. The employees were decent and the store was clean.

Average quality Walmart. It does have a better sporting goods section compared to the ones on Gillis hill and Skibo road.

Hot food area seems to always be out of the highly requested food items. I am not understanding the problem here as there should be someone taking inventory and ordering supplies and food orders in a timely manner to avoid running out. I had no problem going to another store to purchase the items I needed. I am sure others had no problems doing the same. The problem here is that WalMart runs short of too many popular items that they know their customers come in looking for, on a regular basis and it seems that they dont case. They know that customers keep coming back no matter what and it has no impact on WalMart.

I go to this Walmart serval times a week . The majority of the time I can find the things that I need. My Favorite cashier there is Diane. She is always friendly and a delight to talk to as she is ringing you up.

Not enough register open stood in line 30 minutes trying check out..the lines was line down in store. Only 2 register..fast cash out was cards only..this was a mess

When have you ever gone to a WalMart and said Wow, they had some great customer service!? Never. I dont think this store even has any employees. I couldnt find any. The store pick up is even worse. They never answer the phone and you cant even leave a message since their mailbox is full. Only got one star because I couldnt write a review with zero.

I ordered a grill online at this store this morning for curbside pickup. Conformation email said it would be ready for pickup by 8pm today 4/3/21. By 7:50 I hadnt heard from anyone at Walmart. I drove to the store, only to get a text message inside the store that the order had been canceled due to the item not being in stock.I understand things get bought fast when ppl have money. But I would think that in the 5 hours before I drove up to the store someone would have checked the inventory against online orders.So tomorrow Ill spend my 500 at Lowes for the same grill and cheaper. Never really cared for Walmart because of their customer service but now I really never going again.

Dont go to this Walmart after 8:00 p.m.. they only have two actual registers open with cashiers and if you want baby formula you are screwed because you will never find somebody with a key.

I live close to this store and used to like thier produce department. Now thier produce is old, wilted or not I the shelf. For the last year it has been really lacking in quality produce. Before they attempt to blame covid, I know this aint the cause because now I go to the Walmart on Gillipsi street (301) and the WalMart on Reaford road, both 15 minutes from Hope Mills, and both those stores have had top shelf produce this whole time.

Friendly, however the garden center lady was.... Weird followed us around.

Always out of my favorite coffee creamer but its is Walmart so I keep going back.

I use the order online/pick up service and I was very happy with the service I received until this past Wednesday (6/16/21). There were slots available for 6-7 pm, I ordered several items needed for my beach trip and a few things for home. I got a delayed message from Walmart, but I thought it would be ready within the 6pm-7pm timeframe. At 7:45pm, I contacted Customer Service on Walmart.com, they apologized and said they would cancel the order. At 8:18pm I received the notification that my order was ready! I was on my way to go to the beach, and I sure wasn’t returning to pick up an order that was suppose to be cancelled and so late! I have yet to receive my money back and I’m not very happy. I had to stop and get the items at another store. I’ll make the long trip to Raeford Rd Walmart and won’t be using the Hope Mills Walmart again.

Always feel uncomfortable in this store, for some reason. My self check out machine said my debit card wasnt good. Tried again. 2nd time it took, but register said card declined yet gave me a receipt.

Man what can I say? 🤔 This Walmart is a great supercenter to stock up on either groceries, medications, gifts for a special person or loved one, the whole 9 😆. The customer-care representatives are really caring enough to go above and beyond their means and call of duty to help you out and make sure youre satisfied 👍🏿.

Cant find spanish products on shelves. Store has an almost non exsistent and very limited selection of most canned items. Employees stocking shelves dont know where to locate products or answer you with I only stock shelves. Employees walk around with their cell phones on their ears and cant help you. Walk right by you. Why are these people pretending to work when they seem more concerned about their personal life.

Went there today 7:30am for Tire rotation by 9:00. I walked back to the auto dept to come to my surprise that they said they couldnt do my car do to a impact issues with the lug nuts nobody called to tell me nothing nowhere to sit and wait for car was told to go to subway
