Best cvs store/pharmacy Ive had an experience with 😁🤩Pharmacy always puts my best interest first when it comes to filling my medicine.The staff is absolutely amazing sweet and helpful.Highly recommend CVS.My favorite location is off main street.

Rudest, most apathetic, careless, selfish associates Ive come across. I went to pick up two items: Tylenol and some gauze for wound management. I stood at the counter for over 5 minutes watching them in the back room off the left before the two associates chose to pause their conversation. No apology, no greeting, just a get out of my face attitude. Thanks for nothing Malorie who completed the transaction. I hope I didnt bother you too much for shopping there.

The people at the front of store are really nice and helpful but the pharmacy are rude they don’t want to take your insurance information Over the phone you wait on hold for 30 mins just to ask about your prescriptions and Monea is rude after being on hold I specifically requested do not put me on hold and she did. Having dual insurance does not help they don’t want to use both and come to find out she removed my secondary out of the system when that was my primary since I lost my primary. Pharmacy needs to be purged.

Normally a very good pharmacy. Almost all of the employees are very professional and nice. Sadly recently on more than one occasion, The employee named natalie has been extremely rude. My bestfriend is a disabled, United states war veteran. While attempting to pick up his medication this particular employee has interpreted me while i was speaking. Made rude comments referring to covid 19 social distancing and myself (i follow all cdc guidelines). Basically i am uncomfortable while visiting this location. Please be weary of this particular employee. Otherwise i truly feel cvs is a blessing in mine and my friends life. Side note: it cost absolutely nothing to be kind to a paying customer or any human being.

For two days on a row, from out of town trying to resolve a prescription issue but after being kept on hold every time, forced to just give up waiting and hang up, I had it with this location.Customer service “0”.

Fairly new store. It is one storey so it doesnt need an elevator.Easy to get in and out from Hope Mills Road and Cameron Road.

Natalie the pharmacy manager is hands down the best.

This is by far the worst cvs I have ever been to I’ve used this place more than a few times and haven’t ever had a good experience and they are the slowest place I’ve ever been for example if you drop off your prescription and they say it will be a hour wait go ahead and prepare for a 4 hour wait and then you will still have to call and hassle them to get it done after that and it’s been like this every time I’ve used this location but they don’t have to worry about that no more I will be taking my business somewhere else from now on do your self a favor and spend your hard earned money somewhere else
