Wow this place is a dump. Many camping outhouses are cleaner than this place & smell about the same. Flies throughout the store & bathroom, toiletries not stocked, trash overflowing, & customers moving around because pumps dont work2 stars is probably generous

Its a gas station 💁‍♀️Although, the pastry had just just been delivered so it was super fresh and really really good...or I just had the serious munchies 😋😉

Think they could use some more help but great place clean facilities and easy to get in and out. Large selection of food and they have the hotdog rollers.

Slack as all get out. How does a gas station run out of coffee? Went get the columbian and it was out on all four machines. Pretty slack. Just makes me go elsewhere for whats in need.

Can’t pump gas, if you were intending to get gas. At the gas station. At 4am. Third pump, still can’t pump gas.

When I stop in at a store while traveling, a clean rest is the most important thing to me .This was just uncalled for at 8:45 am with 4 employees there working (only 2 registers running )Urine on the floor, tissue on the seats and the toilet over flowing with tissue in it .Will not be stopping in here anymore to use the restroom.

I went there to buy cigarettes and they informed me that the regional manager told that all licenses must be scanned. I find that to be intrusive for long as I show my license to show my birthday which I am in my 50s should be enough.

Bathroom was horrible.

Here is a well-kept BP convenient store right off interstate 95. Theres a full selection of fountain soft drinks and coffee. Theres a safe place to walk your pet.

I have lived close to this store for 5 years. Sadly in the past 2 wks especially I have walked out 7 times because the line is wrapped around the store&the floors are filthy...bathrooms filthy....coolers not stocked....food(hotdog area) disgusting just to name a few. After being a regular at this store(almost daily) it saddens me to see such hardworking employees like Tonya being the only one to be doing any work while the so called new manager just sits back on conputer or her phone and does nothing while the store is in complete disarray. And thats just day shift. 2nd shift is also a joke. One female employee busts her tail while the guy Oliver moves as slow as he can, never does any cleaning or stocking&is always miserable&borderline rude. It saddens me that I will no longer do anything in this location besides getting some gas at the pump to avoid having to go inside. Other than that Ill be going to the next closest store down chickenfoot rd. This store seriously needs a complete overhaul with most staff&needs better District Manager involvement.

Came in and have been waiting over 15 minutes for the bathrooms to be cleaned. I asked if any of the bathrooms are cleaned yet and she says no I should just go somewhere else.... super rude, unprofessional and unlikely! Will never give a dollar to this company or any parent or daughter companies!

This store is beyond ridiculous. For beginners every time I go, half of the lottery tickets are not stocked. There have been a few times that no tickets are stocked AT ALL! 75% of the time the floor is pure filthy! No jokes. Management is clearly a joke here. I go every single day. Ive seen dedicated hard workers quit because of the way things go. One of the best works that store has seen in the 4 years Ive been a customer quit. Why? Because for all of his hard work he was awarded a 20 cents raise. Not to mention he worked the shift all the crazies came in. The trash outside is unkept. Tonight I went and there a dude wearing head phones chilling holding up the line if, a customer doesnt have their complete order you dont let a line build while they continue to shop! There are just so many flaws with this place. I manage a gas station my ticket are ALWAYS completely stocked. My floors stay mopped. The cashiers know how to handle large volume customers. The place is well kept and rums smoothly and thats with steady/high buisness. The ebt machine at this place stays down for days. If that happens Im sure to have it fixed same day. Please, someone please, give this place the help it needs. This place is ran like it belong in the slums, not a place right off the high way with good buisness.
