I called to see if they had a part for my KW. I sat on hold with the automated system for about 5 min. Then a parts person come on the line and asked me to please hold again. I am still on the phone on hold and it had been 22 min. I will be taking my business elsewhere. They need to go back to H@H. Seem to be better then. Do not recommend anyone trying to call and get parts. Better go to store maybe they will help then. Cause no one can pick up the phone.

Most expensive place and worst experience. Truck dont run like before 70 mph. From a check engine light to $5,618.02. I noticed my truck only run about 63 mph after they change my ecm and engine wire harness. Since I was in Greensboro North Carolina they said to take it to Greensboro dealer . But surprisingly I have to pay again if I want to run 70 mph. I called service department again but know manager its not there. I Dont think its fair they charge me for quality control inspection $702 and my truck cant even run like before. So I guess I will go back again hopefully they dont take 2 more weeks for a 15 minute job. I remember those days when it was H H. I never had problem.

Started out going to H&H for parts and their parts department is defiantly the best that weve dealt with anywhere on the road or intown. Tony, Terry and Mike have always went out of their way to help us. They make sure if they cant, they will find someone that can even though we didnt own a Freightliner. They have treated us so well and been so friendly, professional and knowledgeable, which is something you dont get a lot out of a parts department. When we call or walk in they know who we are its awesome that they can remember their customers it makes it a more personable experience. We kept telling them they would be the reason we would buy a freightliner for our next truck. Well we went in there to start trying to find a new used truck to add to the fleet and got introduced to Jack Reagan. Now Jack is awesome, best sale person weve dealt with and very knowledgeable about all the different Semi!!!. He actually took the time to make sure that he was finding us the perfect truck and not pushing the first available one on us. Jack had patients and went out of his way to make sure everything was set up and ready every time we went up there to look at a truck or do the paperwork. He also went out of his way to make sure we were very happy when we walked away. One of the 1st sales people weve meant that actually cared about the customer and not his commission or what his gain was out of the situation. He spent quite a bit of time with us over that last couple weeks and he was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly but once again made us feel like we were at home and part of they family. Jack did end up helping us find the perfect truck and man is she a beauty, she was the perfect addition to add to our fleet. Jack has made our experience there a fantastic one, he will defiantly be the guy we continue to go to in the future and build a friendship with. We will always appreciate everything he has done for us through this process. Mike Albertson is also very knowledgeable and talked to us about other things and helped us out with some knowledge on one of our other trucks, he is also one of the sales guys up there. He has a vast amount of knowledge about a lot of mechanical things as well different engines and systems on the trucks that will help us in the future. Also cant forget out Rhonda Edwards she was our finance lady and she was super nice, organized, and professional as well and also provided information for us in the future and had everything set up and organized for us, and provided copies of everything to go home. If you need a Freightliner Dealership for Parts, Sales or Service this is Hands Down the best place around. Their whole staff there is knowledgeable and care about what they are doing and dont act like oh its just a job .. No!! each one of these employees take pride in everything they do and treat each customer with the same respect. They also sell parts for more than Freightliners we have 2 Peterbilt 587s a one has the ISX15 and thats why we started going there if they didnt have it, they would always help us find somewhere or tell us who did. Absolutely Incredible staff that H&H has, they will always be our first stop when were in need of something.

I purchased a 2015 Coronado Glider from H&H Freightliner in March of 2018.  The truck had approximately 375,000 miles on it and they sold me a Freightliner warranty with the truck.  The sales staff was knowledgeable and gave me more for my trade than I thought it was worth.  I felt the entire sales process was fair both in price and actions.  I have been extremely satisfied with the truck and it has given me reliable service.  I have dealt with the service department at H&H on multiple occasions both for routine service and other repairs.  On all occasions, they have been fast, friendly, accurate on estimates and timelines.  If they tell you your truck will be done on a certain date and time, it is done then.  I have both scheduled appointments and have just dropped the truck off.  If you need a place to wait, they have a great driver’s lounge with comfortable chairs, shower, and laundry (all free for you!).  I wouldn’t take my truck anywhere else, and if I buy another truck, this is my first and only stop if I was in the market for a Freightliner or Western Star.

Great spot. Air dryer bracket broke. Got here at 5 am. Started a 10 & went to sleep. At 8:30, I woke up. They had a bracket, air dryer & governor. Nice! Let me install it in the parking lot & finish my 10. I drove past Carolina Freightliner in Rocky Mount to come here because of the online reviews. I made a great choice. Superb part selection.

Just replaced my EGR due coolant leak($2500) in Doggett Freightliner, AR & 2000mi after got check engine light ...went to fix a problem to H&H, been told at first its EGR but then its wire hurness $3000 and 3 days down time. Amazing establishment with very attentive staff... You walk in to a clean establishment where you are greeted by a receptionist with a very positive attitude! There truly are angels amount is. I pulled into this dealership shortly before they were going to close up for the night.I had some problems with my trailer airlines and electrical line. A very kind man from the service desk took care of me and my trailer problems and did it quickly and with a smile.I cant tell you how great full I am for the fast and friendly service. Went in for a dot inspection, found backup light not working, 1600 dollars later my light works again, make you want to become a company driver again. Between rates and prices for service, makes it hard to make a decent living as a owner operator. Anyone want to get into owning I have a truck for sale.

My freightliner was leaking coolant from the water pump today I pull in around 1600 and Adam Richards in the service department was amazing came out looked saw it was leaking very understanding and was able to get me in right there to fix it. Very professional Everyone one in there treats you with kindness and professionalism. Really great facility. Bryan and Adam at service department went above and beyond helping me with my repairs. Really empressed by their professionalism. Mike at parts is a great guy too, very friendly and helpful too.EXTREMELY comfortable chairs in the drivers lounge where you can make them to lay practically horizontaland and take a nap. I tried to do 1/2 a star but I guess its not designed that way. Initially, I took my truck in for issues with the turbo and was told there was nothing wrong with it and was charged a diagnostic fee. I continued to have the same issue so I went to another shop for a 2nd opinion and was told it WAS the turbo and V pod. I went back to H&H and explained the results of the 2nd opinion and gave them a copy of the invoice stating what the other company had found. H&H stood on there word and said it was not the turbo and V pod. I reluctantly, left my truck. This was day 1 of my 2nd trip there. My truck sat for 4days waiting for the hose and a “specialist” to come in. When the part finally came in and my truck was considered “repaired” that was a $1400 job. I had my truck for 2 days and experienced the same issue. I went back to H&H they did another diagnostic and to my surprise I was told it was in fact the turbo🤨 I left my truck Wed evening so it would be 1st for Thursday but my truck sat yet another day. When I called, I was told they were waiting for the night specialist to come in and break it down. I went IN Fri morning and was told they were just getting ready to begin looking at my truck when I was under the impression all of this was being done Thursday night. Now, Im being told the manifold is cracked and the part has to be ordered so now it looks like Tues. I am frustrated beyond words!! My truck has been with them almost a week, they have given me an estimate of over $5,000 for repairs, they have done 2 diagnostics, replaced some pipes and hoses to the tune of $1400 meanwhile Im STILL waiting. I want to believe they are working on it but I haven’t seen or heard any progress from them. Why do I have to be angry and irrate in order to get people to do what they are supposed to do, and it may not solve anything! I feel completely disregarded and I feel like Im paying top dollar for substandard service. It’s Sunday and I STILL don’t have my truck, Im waiting..... So that means Ill be out of work AGAIN at least until Thursday. Very disappointed.

Very poor customer service. They lack communication with the driver and prefer to communicate via email with the company so they get 3rd hand information. My truck was down for 6 days because of this and after 4 days they finally decided to call me and still somehow had to call me again on day 5 to ask the same question and get the same answer. So apparently there is a horrible lack of communication going on here. Hopefully i will not have to bring my truck here again. Once that problem was solved the repair was done quickly.

Great customer service, they got me right in and out quickly. They set my gauges from which another shop didn’t know how. Additionally they show me how to set it next time if I use someone on the road, if I couldn’t get there. I shop at there parts store and they were just as friendly and helpful. Good service in this day and time is hard to come by, so I am a customer for life at H&H now. Great job, keep it rolling my new friends.

Quick summary the tech at night didn’t do what he said he was going to do then over charged for the service i talked to a manager an he fixed my truck up no charge with speedy service . In for no regen problem. They told me that it would take 1 hour diagnostic first and then they would call me and let me know the status. If they are still not able to find the problem they will let me know. They never did so I assumed that that was it. They billed my warranty company 2 hours diagnostic time. And billed me another 2 hours for clearing the computer after installing the part. What kind of computer would need 2 hours to delete the previous stored codes? It took almost like the same time to replace the bad DEF pump.

Outstanding lifesavers. We pulled in with our Newmar RV on a Freightliner chassis on a cloudy day with a broken windshield wiper arm. Turns out the wiper arms are not FL so they couldn’t even order the part. BUT One of the techs took it apart, cleaned it up, fashioned a temporary fix and made sure it worked. AND he showed me how to replace it when I got the part down the road. Great service and an education. I’m super appreciative.

Came in 1st at 8AM for loss of power DEF issue. They fixed it around 4pm and said I failed DOT inspection due to brakes on one axle was low. I mistakenly asked them to fix it now it’s after 10pm and I’m the LAST person to leave after paying $100 for DOT inspection and over $500 to replace brakes one ONE axle.I learned I could have got DOT for $60 and brakes replaced for $300 at truck Stop down the street and would have been able to make in home in time to see my children. Now I’m driving nights with no time to spare. They have no care for your time here the mechanics talk about life to each other when they should be busy fixing drivers trucks. Smh. If they hired a black mechanic things would have moved faster. The only white guy that cared about me was the one that taking my money smh

I must say, Im appalled at the low level of customer service at this location. Never heard staff laugh and boast about having a poor rating and a high level of complaints before. They think its funny. The communication skills are very low. They charged me for work done, that when I questioned them, they hadnt even done the work. They are highly over-priced due to taking advantage of being the only freightliner around. 50 miles down the road, I had to fix their repairs. This is also one of those fix one thing and break another places. Many of their techs are young and appear to be frezh out of vocational school. Their troubleshooting skills rely on reading the manual. Even if you know the problem, they will tell you, youre wrong. Then they hold your truck hostage behind their 7000 volt fence. I would never trust my truck in the hands of these incompetent fools again.

Horrible! Service dept has poor attitudes. Came in for an oil leak, a PM, and a steering wheel adjustment. Got in at 7 when they opened at 4:30 still not finished. The oil leak was fixed before lunch because they started the PM took over 3 hrs for that. Then suddenly they find loose components. I will never be back here.

Took my 2018 Freightliner Cascadia (3383 miles) into H&H on Saturday January 6 at 12:30PM for Electrical issues, bunk heater not working, and passenger seat air leak, all of which should have been covered under warranty. I was informed that they would not get my truck in until Monday which i was ok with. Told by the gentleman behind the counter that they would check the truck Monday and let me know what’s going on with it on Tuesday. Tuesday rolled by and no call. I called them Tuesday night and asked about the status of my truck and was informed that they have not brought my truck in that they are short handed at the time and they would get it in first thing Wednesday.Wednesday night rolled around and still no call from them. I had to call them once again and ask the status of my truck. Was informed they ordered parts for the truck and they would be in Thirdlsday morning. I would be able to pick up my truck Thursday night.Thursday night i called once again to check the status on my truck and was informed the parts they ordered were wrong and would need to reorder a new part which was only an hour and a half away. The truck would be ready by Friday morning.Friday morning i called once again and was told by Nikki that the truck was not ready and probably wouldn’t be ready until Tuesday.This truck doesn’t make money when it’s sitting and when i finally got tired of waiting, i went to pick up my truck.I was charged because they couldn’t duplicate the problems, one of which is a common Freightliner issue of intermittent cruise control, and the other common issue is bunk heater missing fuses when made in Mexico.When i did pick my truck up, my truck was dirty, ransacked, Dean left his jacket and grease in my truck. I will never be back again and plan to file a complaint with Freightliner direct.By the way, yes i was charged like $200 for this.

Worst shop ever!! The staff in service dept have very poor attitudes. The worst attitudes I have ever encountered in my life.The one exception is the evening service manager he is a gem amongst some common rocks. Hes is truly too good for this place.They left my windows open, took me two days to get rid of the flies. Took almost 8 days to replace a wire. What a shame this place is! I am going to purchase a 2018 Westernstar in two months, you can bet it wont be purchased here.

I brought my 2014 Cascadia to them on a Tuesday afternoon when I was on my home time. I was having an overhead done (valve adustment, and a transmission PM service. Also I had a coolant leak that was affecting the waterpump and a couple of less important issues. Both my fuel gauge and opti-idle were acting odd. They were busy but they got me signed in pretty quick.I was told it would be ready on Saturday, I ended up not getting it until Monday which was a bit inconvenient.When I picked it up the leak was fixed and the truck was definitely running smoother but about a mile down the road I saw a long crack in the windshield that wasnt there when I dropped it off. I took it back and they fixed it. All seemed fine. Out on the road I realize that the truck is losing air pressure really fast when the truck is not running. I suppose an air-break was in order. I investigated to find pinholes in the passenger cab airbag. PINHOLES! I managed to patch those holes but Im still losing a significant amount of air. I will have to get it checked and my fuel gauge is still acting up as is the opti-idle.I dont know what to think...but what I know is that I most likely will not return for ANYTHING.

My truck has been in the shop for over a week and because of them Ive lost out on 2 opportunities to pull UPS loads for the holiday. First, I was told the truck will be ready the Friday of that week I brought it in. When I called Friday to pick it up, I was then told it wont be until Wednesday of the following week before I can get it. I asked by what time? By 1 pm. Call them 12:30 to let them know I am on my way to get my truck and now they say it will be 2pm before I can get it. I think these folks are in no hurry to fix my truck because I live here in town and they are taking advantage of that. What they seem to forget is that I am a Independent Contractor and the more I wait for them to fix my truck the more money Im losing sitting around.Heres another reason why I am dissatisfied with H&H every time they repair my truck and I started down the road something minor is either wrong with the truck or missing due their fault.
