Called them 15 minutes after they opened to see if they would simply fix a leak in one of my JD Gator tires. The man asked his nearby coworkers if the technician was in yet, in which they replied “he literally just walked into the back”. The man not knowing I could hear his coworkers then lies to me and tells me that his technician would call me when he got to work, as if the technician was not already there when I knew he was. If the technician needed time to settle in, just tell me that, do not lie to me within the first 15 seconds of the phone call. On top of that, I never received the call back, lol. It does not appear these individuals are willing to help their customers unless they can make a decent buck out of you.

Good equipment. Bad service. Had a bagger attachment installed on my mower. Original Eric was one week. Moved to a week and a half on delivery. At a week and a half went to two to three weeks, if they got to it. Talked to the store manager about getting it back. Then it was being worked. Two hours later I got it back. I discovered that the deck was not aligned, but I did that.

Down to earth people. A pleasure doing business with. Highly recommend for your John Deere and Stuhl needs.

A friend referred me to this location due to the many issues I was having with my lawnmower. I contacted Southeast Lawn Equip to inquire if they worked on lawnmowers and if they were swamped with orders. The representative that answered the phone informed me that they 1. Do work on lawnmowers 2. They aren’t behind since (at the time) it wasn’t peak season yet but I needed to get the mower to them ASAP. I quickly stopped what I was doing and loaded up the mower.Upon my arrival I entered the location and the guy sitting at the desk (doing nothing) didn’t acknowledge my presence. I stood there briefly then finally said hey, I called earlier about my lawn mower. The individual inquired if I had the red mower on the back of the white truck (so you did see me) I replied yes. He then informed me that they are in peak season and don’t have the time to work on mowers that aren’t John Deer.Needless to say, I left very frustrated at the lack of customer service .

These guys at John Deer were very helpful. I took my friend up there to pick up her late husbands riding mower and they were full of condolences.

I want to thank Dillan and the rest the team at Southeast Farm Equipment for the fast and very efficient service I received today. I spent two days trying to get my tractor tire to reset the bead on my tractor rim. (?). Frustrating!!! I take it to the SFE and Dillan does it in less than a minute. You saved my bacon Dillan. Thank you.

I buy blades and filters here for my mower all the time so, I decided to take my equipment here to have it fixed. I was extremely happy with the price and they run better than they did when they were new. ♥️ I would definitely recommend. Great people work here, always friendly and kind and excellent at what they do.

Dropped mower to get deck belt replaced. Seems ok.

I went there to buy my 2nd JD lawn tractor from them. I looked around outside for a while then I went inside looked around, one of the guys at the counter on his cell. He asked if I needed help, I told him I wanted to buy one of the mowers outside, he held up 1 finger. Then went outside again. I went back inside once more. The 2 guys that was sitting at the counter on their cell phones the first time were still on them the last time I went in. This went on for about 20 to 30 minutes. I left and probably wont go back. Sorry!

Great customer service! Jimmy Taylor helped me and my family get the right parts for our tractor. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. I will be coming back for all my future tractor needs.

Two words, Never Again, Slow, expensive, and now the mower does not run, Fresh Gas and i cant keep the thing running. BEWARE this place waited two weeks to tell me what it would cost $494.29 before they even began to begin servicing. I as a retired veteran WILL NEVER DARKEN this establishments door step again, NOR WILL I RECOMMEND THIS business.

Took a front lawn mower tire in for a tube and was advised a couple days. After 3 days I call and was told he tripped over it and would get it done. Day 4 I call and was told it was ready. $35 for a tube installed. Their response, well labor is $75.00 an hour. Wondered why it was dead in there, wont happen again.

Great service, came and picked up our mower, serviced and returned.
