Good place whsts there to say it the abc store but the staff was so sweet and helpful

Very friendly service and they had exactly what I was looking for

They are restocking today but they were pleasant and very helpful in finding things as they set up the new displays.

So the lovely staff at the Hope Mills ABC store just refused service to me because I did not have a mask on! I informed them that I had a disability which did not allow me to wear a mask even though I dont have to tell them that they said that I did not put one on I could not be served! So since the American disabilities act is supposed to protect me why is it exactly that I was just embarrassed and refused service unless I put a mask on? Id be wrong if I contacted an attorney and immediately filed suit for violation of my civil rights under the American disabilities act wouldnt i?! ABC needs to inform their employees better. They need to inform them exactly exactly what executive order 147 is and retrain all of their employees because I am protected under both the American disabilities act as well as executive order 147.

Absolutely my favorite store to purchase alcohol. Staff is great always helpful friendly and quick with getting you checked out .Never have to wait long on lines they keep it moving quickly. Clean neat stores always well stocked too.

Wish they had a better selection. I really like Oak City amaretto and Broadslab legacy appleshine, but they dont carry either of these local brands. I asked if they could order some for their store and they said no. Sad and unfortunate not to support local.

This is where I get the concoctions for my drinks. With me having my bartending certificate and me being nervous working in front of people. I make my drinks at home and when my associates comes over, they are amazed. But Ill only go to the one in Hope Mills thats b/c I know where everything is😁

You either get a great super nice person helping you or a complete attitude. Be prepared for them to enforce everyone in your party showing ID... even if its your grandma.

The ABC store is the place to go for all your fine liquor and spirits since you literally cannot get them from anywhere else in the state of NC. It might seem a little odd to those out of state, or those used to getting their liquor from places like a Walmart.Not every location is going to have the same selection but will, at the very least, have something you like or might want to try. The prices are fair and reasonable, and the staff is friendly as well as helpful. The parking on the other hand is atrocious. At least the alcohol helps to make up for that.

Selection is a little limited compared to other stores, but the staff is friendly and helpful, and the building is nice. Not the easiest to get in and out of parking lot -wise.

Good variety, prices are fixed by the state so theres no competition, so the public is sort of stuck with 3 options, buy or dont drink, or go out of state for your liquors. The staff is always friendly and the store is always clean.

Denied because they ASSUMED I was intoxicated!!! And then tracked me from the store to my car!!! Meanwhile the guy who was clearly drinking and smelled like an entire barroom was serviced.

We went and everyone had on mask and was social distance...

I visit this place, probably too frequently. Great staff who always greet you when you come in. You can special order products if they dont have them on the shelf. Be careful leaving the parking lot, its a challenge to get out onto Hope Mills Rd.

This place is always packed and just crazy! The parking lot is AWFUL and needs to be bigger! On the flip side, the staff are nice and they always keep the lines moving! In a pinch, this is your place.

If your going to this particular store be sure everyone that enters store even if they are not purchasing anything has an ID with them otherwise you wont be able to purchase anything. Although if the manager knows you you dont require an ID. Stopped by to make a purchase and the person that drove forgot their ID at home he offered to leave store so i could make a putchase they clerk said she would not do it because he entered without ID and said the only way ri get what i wa ted he woyld have to bring an ID for me to make my purchase. However another guy came in while my friend went home to get an ID and the same clerk asked him for his ID he didnt have one but because themanager of the store knew him he was able to make a purchase without an ID. Doesnt make sense to me at all. I think that defeat the purpose of the law which is posted o the front door she so apply told me i was breaking!!

F on customer service at hope mills store; They are never very nice here, but I was stared down by some female employees sitting on boxes in the back area while I shopped. The girl who is supposed to check out walks right in front of me (inches away) and will not make eye contact, does not say hello, will not make eye contact or speak to me at all during the transaction. I get that you dont need any education or intelligence to do this, but your only job in customer service is to scan a barcode and be nice to the customers. Its sad that the people at the Hope Mills ABC can only handle one of the two.

This was a Thanksgiving run it was extremely busy but the atmosphere was happy and the employees seem to be very helpful and in a good mood
