Pettit Machinery in Hope, AR puts the customer first, a very impressive dealership. I could not ask for a better sales person than Justin; very knowledgeable, courteous, trusted and respectful of the customer. He is my go to person for buying equipment. The Parts Department is outstanding. Hydraulic lines made in minutes, parts not in stock are only a few days away. The service department under Harland is the BEST John Deere service department. They take the time to do repairs correctly, while always taking care of the customer. The 200 hour service on my 1025 R could not have been done better. Im a customer for life.

I had to pick up a tractor that was going to Colorado for delivery and nobody here a clue what was going on(even though I called 2 hours before arriving to make sure it was ready). Sat there for a hour before the buyer in Colorado finally straightened these people out. Very rude and unhelpful. Im glad I dont have to deal with these people every day. Its unfortunate that I even had to mark one star.

The worst place to buy something, I bought a 9600 combine and when I came to pick it up I had to pay $1,100 just to load it and it only took 1 hour and 15mins, never ever again will I buy something at this place 😡😡😡😡

Came out to fix an air conditioner on a skidder ..two days and $1900.00 later we still had no A/C ..all we go was a promise they would come back out which was never fulfilled ....I then reluctantly chose them to fix a deck belt problem on my mower ...$531.90 later they had replaced parts that werent needed...not one to do an online review ...but a shade tree mechanic could do better for less ALOT less....labor on the mower was $300 ..its almost funny

No parts in stock, always have to order parts, then you might get them in 2 weeks, and thats if the parts man knows what part to even order, even if you have the part in hand, and they are waaaayyyyy too expensive!
