Its a good place to just stop by and go in and just look around never know what hidden jem they have that day on the shelves. Plus they have the baby chicks and ducks and even at time bunnies in the back! Thats my favorite part of the experience.

Went in for hooks for my peg board and couldnt find the right ones so I went to look for a employee and the only two I found were checking people out so I spent 30 mins wondering around with no help and didnt find what I needed...

Got a couple of strawberry plants and looked at some guineas. Prices were average. Got checked out quickly and cashier was friendly.

Atwoods is a fine place for general hardware and automotive basics and country lifestyle merchandise.

This is one of the smaller Atwood stores, but its well stocked, and as usual the service is good mostly teenagers at cashier Call my but they know the system and do a good job!While the inventory is not as large as other stores comment the things they do him and Tori they generally have in stock. And, the hours are convenient

Went after 3 items the showed to have in inventory on their internet site. ! Left empty handed because they werent in inventory.

Atwoods is awesome! The employees are friendly and helpful. The store itself has a lot of cool items, and better yet; Atwoods offers free popcorn to snack on while shopping!

5 stars with reservations. Was told they had a certain kayak in stock at Nash Store. That is a 1 hour drive for me. They didnt have it and didnt seem to concerned about my wasted time. Redeeming factor and reason for 5 star rating was the store in HOPE had it waiting on me when I got there. In fact I walked right by it without seeing it. They put it right by front registers. They went to extra trouble to assure me the kayak I wanted was indeed there. Comments of let me be sure, climbing a ladder, and getting it down from shelf, assured me they did what was necessary to identify the proper kayak. Thanks Hope store for your efforts at accuracy!Hope was another 30 minutes from the Nash location.I know mistakes are made but the names of assorted kayaks are not that difficult to discern if you take the time to lay eyes on them. Therefore as a customer I would have to chalk up the mistake made about the kayak being in stock to carelessness.On a positive note employees were always friendly and helpful regardless of what store you were in.Hats off to employees of Atwoods of Hope, Arkansas. YEAH!

As always they had everything I needed but was saddened by the fact very few people were wearing masks nor were they asked to. At Wal-Mart you are offered a mask if you dont have one.

The refused to let me return a chainsaw. I had the chainsaw for 2-3 days still had the original box and the receipt. The manager refused to speak to me wouldnt make eye contact and was mumbling under her breath. I spend several hundred dollars a month there this is the only item I ever tried to return and they treated me horrible. I will never return they lost my business over $160 chain saw.

Atwood is great and I shop there often. However, watch the prices. Many times what they have marked on the shelf rings up at a higher price. This was the case on this trip. I tried to buy some fruit trees and after several trips inside, outside and back and fourth, I just gave up. Maybe Ill plant some next year

I normally dont have issues at Atwoods except when buying animal food. Occasionally over the years we get a bad bag of something. It happened tonight when I bought some nutriena all flock, 2 bags, one was moldy. I cant put that mess in my car opened to take it back so I am just out that amount. Other than that, they had what I needed and was a decent trip. Will go back. (The photo is not of todays visit)

I was stopped upon entry with my sons diaper bag and told I could not bring that in. Is this store policy for any bags or ? I knew exactly what I wanted but was going to browse a little but will not return to this location. I hope the one in Nash, TX is friendlier. Walmart has no problem with it, or any other store, restaurant, or amusement park, zoos, or fairs that I have carried said bag to.Update:I was contacted by the store manager two days later and was told that the situation was handled improperly by her employees. She offered an apology and went above and beyond what she needed to do .

I usually just buy deer feed and canning stuff here. They do have other items available though. Fair priced, but not always stocked up on seasonal items. You get some sales associates that are helpful and some are rude.

I was traveling through and wanted to try the new strawberry lemonade. It was around 7:45 a.m. I ordered a medium drink that was $3.22 not aware that large drinks before 10 a.m. are $0.99. A business with good customer service would have made me aware of this promotion before my purchase. Being that I had paid with my card through the outside terminal, I asked them to refund me so that I could get the $0.99 drink. He did not tell me that he could not refund me until the car hop came outside with my order. She then told me that they did not refund me after I asked her about the transaction first! She informed me that they could not refund my card because there was nobody in sonic who could actually refund me and that I could come back later that day. I informed her that I was not from the area and that I was traveling through and I would not be able to come back. She stated there was nothing that she could do because there was no manager on site and none of the employees were trained to do refunds. This was the WORST customer service I have ever received from sonic and I will not be visiting again!
