Ive been going here for years, and as usual service is outstanding. Everyone was so helpful and nice. I trust there advice and knowledge on the products they sale and dont. Even though I might not like having to go elsewhere for ammo I can respect and appreciate there reasoning for doing things the way that they are, because you dont have to worry about making a firearm purchase from them and cant get ammo needed for your purchase. Guys stay as you are, stay safe, and see you soon because I will be back.

Bought around 15-20 firearms from these guys over the years. Probably could use a better building but staff is semi-friendly and helpful.

Ive been a loyal customer to Liberty Firearms over the last several years. Each and every time a visit the shop always very friendly knowledgeable great customer service. Each of the gentleman working in there are wealth of knowledge on all types of firearms as well as local gun laws. The prices are incredibly reasonable. So if you ever get a chance and opportunity presents itself dont hesitate visit one of the best gun shops in the area. A+ job and tell them Evans sent you.

Ive bought a pistol from here in the past and was very pleased with the purchase. About a month ago had a terrible experience. I went to the store specifically to purchase a Ruger LCP2 for a daily CCW. They didnt have one and told me they wouldnt be able to get one..but if I found one to buy it and have it sent to the store. I did so and it promptly got there. No issue with that. The issue is when I tried to buy ammo for it. I was told that they didnt have any. I was like, There are 3 boxes right there with a price tag on it. I was then told that, Ammo is for customers who buy a firearm from us only. Didnt even care to listen when I explained that I had tried to and was told by THEM that THEY couldnt get it. Overall the guy was just rude about the whole ammo situation. So, if you want to get a gun transferred here then by all means do. Just dont expect to get any ammo, even if its behind the counter with a price tag.Thank you for your reply. I didnt see any firearms there in a .380 caliber. So holding on to ammo doesnt make sense but maybe I overlooked something. Its just a sad situation when a civilian can get a firearm that a gun shop cant. I guess the profit margin wasnt there for you. Ill consider coming in when this ammo/gun shortage is over but for now Ill stick with Town & Police. Regards.

The first time I went to these people was awesome great price and customer service a little over a year ago... however when I called this time to get pricing and service no one answered after 5 calls than they took the phone off the hook, after another 20 mins I finally got someone to answer and precided to tell him that I was looking for a gun or equivalent in which he replied go fish in a rude and nonchalant manner. Now im here at New American Arms and very satisfied, I will never step foot back in that location and will refer anyone who listens to come here (NAA) instead.

I first visited Liberty in February 2019 and bought a pistol. Since dealing with Alec and Rocky, I have bought another two pistols and one rifle. They have the best prices, and no business can beat them. They undercut them everytime. If there is a discount besides what their website offers, they will pass it on to the customer. They have competitive ammo prices, and a full line of holsters and magazines. Alec, Rocky, and Ford are extremely knowledgeable about all of their inventory to include manufactures prior history and quality. I will continue to buy firearms and accessories from them, and I recommend this business for all firearm needs.

I was done completely wrong on a gun pawn. DO NOT PAWN A GUN THERE. If you gun is brand new and have 2500$ price tag they will insult you with a 300$ pawn at best. Don’t waste your time. They hover over your pawn and hope you forget, not to mention they will not call you for a reminder. Trash and just as dirty on the inside as the outside. BTW the rifle was a HK sl8-6 not a sig. Do better homework! If I said it was a 2500$ gun obviously it cant be a sig Spartan if the price brand new is 1200$ at best smh.

Went there with the intent of making an expensive purchase, but never made it inside. They force you to stand outside for a lengthy period of time for the honor of helping them stay in business. Tried helping local businesses, but ended up buying online via SportsMansGuide.com for less money, and will have it transferred elsewhere for a $20 fee.

I was happy to meet the staff at a gun show in Chantilly yesterday. Although my intentions were to only look around, the respect and professionalism they have made me happy they got my business. Great shop with awesome employees. Awesome prices on many items and very helpful. An odd looking shop, but truly a diamond in the rough. While the store might not look like Bass Pro or Green Top, I would go back in a minute for ammo, guns or gun accessories. Great locally owned shop that more people should really check out. They probably cant fit more than 6 people at the gun counter since the shop is so small, but its well worth it. They do a lot of gun shows around VA and prices are competitive with any one else, you wont be disappointed. Thanks for everything guys, hope to do business again.

I first encountered the staff at a gun show I believe I purchased that day as well great experience that day that was years ago found out they had a store in hopewell va this week visited very dissatisfied the only staff member who even acknowledged me was the guy in the front tall stocky guy went to the gun counter no one spoke at all lingered around for about 25 minutes got no assistance while employees held whole convos with ppl who wasnt looking at merchandise at al just shop talking I ended up leaving and still the only ony to say anything was the same employee who spoke when I walked in sad part is I was really looking forward to doing business with them again because my first experience was pleasant

This pawn store employee (younger guy) lied and gave incorrect information about the balance/policy of my pawn. They stated if I paid more money on a pawn in January I wouldnt be charged additional monies. When I came to pay my balance off i ended up being charged an extra month of interest. They were banking on me not knowing anything about finance, principal, interest, etc. as they tried to justify the charge. I corrected them and pointed the error out and after looking dumb for 5 minutes the owner Alec offered $5 off. How about you just charge me what I owe you. Nothing more, nothing less. Extremely bad customer service.

Recently saw this shop at a table in the Fredericksburg Gun Show 3/9/13. They were still offering 9mm XDm magazines for their normal price of $29 when other places were gouging for $50, and those didnt even come in the retail packaging.Their guns werent marked up either: I bought a NIB Saiga-12 for $650, with a 10 round mag for $40. I went into the show without any intention of buying anything, but I practically felt obligated to give these guys my business because they werent inflating their prices over the mass hysteria.Much respect for sticking to their guns (pun fully intended) and not taking advantage of the consumer. I cant recommend them enough.

Bought a Zastava AK from them recently in the middle of this whole AK scare due to Ukraine. It was below msrp. Ive seen the same one I bought at other places like Town Police and they are charging $200+ more for it than I paid at Liberty. The guys at Liberty are great, honest, informative, and very respectful. Everything there is the right price and there is no gouging on anything whether mags, ammo, or weapons. I strongly recommend Liberty Firearms to anyone within a 50 mile radius of it. Its a far better price than anything you will find at Town, CSA, Bass Pro, Dances, etc. Heck, they sell TulAmmo and other types cheaper than WalMart does.

This place is a mess......... only giving 2 stars because your pro gun.... but dang the tiny parking lot is pot hole city, pawn shop and stuff is everywhere, overcrowded, ceiling is leaking everywhere(buckets collecting water??????)... this place needs some major tlc.

Extremely rude and not knowledgable staff. Cant believe this place stays open with such rude and not friendly staff.
