One of the few that actually help their customers and care. If I have to go to one this will always be the location I visit.

Great place, a little overstocked but excellent service and products

Chris the manager was not friendly, very rude and did not feel welcoming. He escalated his voice and talks over customers. I sent my mom in to pay in full and she was given bad advice and turned away. I try to shop local but in this case it was not a good idea. Save your time and spend your money in a store that will take the time to listen and doesn’t mind actually making a sale.

I give them a negative 1 star. -1This business will harass you so much youd want to call the police on them. They send an email 3 days before your payment. Then they call 1 day before your payment is due. On the day of your payment, they will call you all day long until you get there (12x total). If you miss your payment date, they charge you $10.00 and if you didnt pay the late fee. They will keep calling you until you do. It is ridiculous. Over $10.00 like they cant add it to the next payment. I have purchased many items from the one in Colonial Heights and I NEVER had to deal with this much harassment from them.The service is a 4 out of 10. They are unprofessional and unorganized. You have to remind them the next time you get paid on every payment you make. They dont know how to fix your items if they are damaged. They superglued my daughters dresser drawer insead of ordering a new one. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone. Go to another location. Save yoursel the headache.

When you need something and your finances isnt quite where you want it to be and able to make payments then this is the place

Never deliver items on time, tell you a certain time that that it will be there .. the last several times I have gotten anything they say between this time and that time.. and it’s like 3 to 4 hrs later .. don’t deal with them
