I dont know why they have such bad reviews. I was just traveling down the highway (Ohio to NC trip), and decided to pick up a milkshake here. Staff were so kind, store is incredibly clean, and ice cream was amazing. What more can you ask for? Thank you!

Good coffee .. except they often make the error of putting granulated sugar in iced drinks .. the recipe calls for liquid sugar for cold beverages I love coffee but hate getting a mouthful of undissolved sugar lol work on that and youre golden !!

Did not have any Waffle Cones in stock, Service could have been better. You can tell by the area that you are in when it comes to Services

We love this place and their Charming staff (Thank You Leutricia) are just Great! We ordered 2 quarts of their Pistachio Almond ice cream (hand pack) and they had us laughing all the way to pick-up! So Wonderful an experience...Thank You!

This particular Baskin-Robins feels a little lax-i-daz-ical. Not sure if it is the lack of supplies or training of staff. They never have waffle cones(my preference) are always out of certain ice creams(we have a family of 5). They have away about them that says what do you want, here you go, not my problem now.

During COVID 19 you are not allowed to access the inside of baskin Robbins in Hopewell, VA and you must go through the drive thru. The drive thru has no flavors listed or toppings. I ask the worker at the window about the flavors he responds, “we have 24 flavors.” But doesn’t proceed with telling me what they are soooo, needlesss to say I did not purchase anything due to lack of customer service provided.

I really like the ice cream here!!The lady that help me was very nice, I was indecisive about the flavor but she offered me samples so I can feel happy with my choice. I think this is the kind of customer service we need, I wish I remember her name.The place was very clean and I was pleased with the service, and the icecream.I highly recommend this place, and I myself will coming back!

I was not impressed with this Baskin Robbins. We arrived around 9:10 pm, 50 minutes before they close. I ordered a warm cookie ice cream sandwich, but was told the ovens were off, so it wouldnt be warm. No apology, just a thats-the-way-it-is attitude. Since warm ice cream sandwiches are prominent on the menu, they should be available during business hours, in this customers opinion. I ended up with a hot fudge sundae, which was tasty enough -- definitely more satisfying than the customer service.

Theres always something going on here. The staff is rude and they try shutting down early, half of the ice cream is put away an hour before closing. Obviously they dont own the place so who cares?!?! I gave them the benefit of the doubt, but 4 times is sufficient to say...it was not just one employee or one incident. Wont ever go back!

If you go inside they are helpful but if use the drive thru may god be with you! Staff is okay, cakes are excellent. They won’t let you know which ice cream flavor they have for the day.

I have been a patron of this location for over a year only because it is the nearest store. I have received the worst customer service here by most employees, including manager. They are often out of the tall spoons and the ice cream that I order to go with a Sunday. And I’ve noticed many time that they have closed early or shut down the drive-thru. Aw-Ful! 🤦🏽‍♀️Lazy! Ugh.

I walked in the door and waited at the counter for service and a rude teenage boy looked up and stood there playing with a pack of gum, no greeting or acknowledgment. He was aware I was was there because there were no other customers in the store. After a few minutes of waiting, I just walked out. Worst service ever! Giving a 1 star rating was extremely generous.

Lazy store, over the years I cant count how many times Ive gone there and asked for ice cream on a waffle cone to be told theyre sold out. No matter the time of day this is a common response. The reason theyre sold out is bc thats the cone that they actually have to make. Theyre always quick to offer sugar cones though, the ones that come premade in a box. Thanks but no thanks.

This particular Baskin Robbins is the worst! I have gone 4 times this week between 5-7 pm to get either cookies, Icecream in a waffle cone and they’re always out. If you make your own waffle cones why would you be out every single day especially if you close at 10pm.

I love it very friendly people who make sure you feel very comfortable while enjoying your drink of coffee or just eating a donut.

Horrible place! No matter what day I go there they are always out of waffle cones, and bananas (smoothies) then when I ask for what I want, they lady ALWAYS has an attitude!

Ordered a warm cookie sundae that was missing a cookie and they were in no way even remotely warm. Cookies were hard as rocks and tasted old.

How does a company specializing in 31 flavors not have strawberry, and peach in the summer?!!! Or even 31 flavors?

So i sent my deaf mom to get ice cream and it was for me my brother and my dad. she showed the cashier a text from me that said what everyone wanted, it said 2 scoops of chocolate ice cream in a cup, a mint chocolate milk shake, and a cup with 1 scoop of rocky road and 1 scoop of wild n reckless. she gave her a mint milkshake and 1 scoop of chocolate ice cream. wow.. all im saying is if you dont understand please make sure.
