Excellent place!!! Staff is super helpful, unit is really nice, clean, well lit, and dry! I love this company! They have carts to help with loading/ unloading and a box truck to help you move out. And did I say how helpful, thorough, and quick the staff... David, was?! Its a win win! Great place!

This place was wonderful. My first experience of using a storage unit and they were great. I only had a short stay in town but the process for moving in and out was easy and short. There were multiple times when I was going to my unit that I saw a worker walking through to make sure all was locked safely. Great experience and well kept inside! If you need a place of storage, this is the place!

This place is fully automated. It has a gate to get in and a gate to get out, both of which need a key pad access. You also have to have keypad access to enter the building. There are floats available to load your items up on. They have a nice size elevator that fit our king size mattress and it with no problem. I love the climate control aspect. The locks dont seem to get stuck and work easy. I am extremely happy with our experience.

I was a bit hesitant because of the location but found it is kept clean with friendly, informative and helpful staff. Things were a bit uncertain as I was looking to purchase a house when the pandemic occurred, so I needed extra space suddenly and this facility came up first under “climate controlled storage unit”. They have competitive pricing and I felt safe going in and out as the building is locked with each customer having their own code to get in both gates and the building itself. I now understand why they have limited space. Very little traffic and other customers are quiet and friendly. My service dog and I have been a few times during the move and I was never hassled and he received great treatment. I highly recommend this facility.

Well I was stuck knowing that probably needing a storage unit interim of finding a house so i started the search moving from an hour n half away good ole google and not heard of cube smart decided why not so i called and customer service Sabrina was more than helpful and very pleasant to talk to! She said the store manager would be contacting me and as promised he did .David super helpful great customer service and he laughed at my jokes..seriously though he explained everything answered all my questions and I was extremely happy ! So the day before came went to check out the size boy glad i did was way tooo small so again more than helpful David solved the problem and got me a bigger size easy peesy! Welll moving day came and loading the truck we realized that the size i thought bigger was not enough ohhh so wrong..so i called and knowing i could do smart rental check in still had to get them during office hours needed another bigger size unit..and that is where Davids counter part comes in Marlon he said no problem i can fix this easy peesy just as well he made it simple and made me feel at eaae stayed on the phone with me walked me through the online steps and TA DA ..coming an hour an half away after office hrs i had my courtesy bag in the perfect size unit extremely clean place as well .If needed in the future id definitely rent again These 2 guys are awesome and make the stressful process of moving into a storage unit quite simple ...Thanks to them both ..5 gold 🌟stars guys 😁

I’ve had an horrible experience. I went to the storage and was told I would be paying one price. By the time I brought my items back with my moving truck the price was completely different (within hours). There wasn’t much I could do so I still moved my stuff in and paid that amount for months .... always on time. I moved my stuff out on my due date for payment. I went back to remove the trash from the unit and let Dave know that I was out of the storage. (this was during the grace period) He told me that I owed 39 dollars . I didn’t understand that at all, but I told him I wasn’t working due to this pandemic and I would pay when I got the chance. While moving the stuff out my boyfriend dropped his keys in the elevator . They were able to retrieve them but Dave told me that he wouldn’t give them to him until I paid the money ! Smh. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody !Update: I went to go pay the 39 dollars and pick up the keys (two weeks later)and Dave (in a real snappy way might I add) told me that he don’t have the keys anymore. I was told that they would replace the keys so I was be sure to update if it actually gets replaced.I’m aware that they were offering discounts for reviews so be mindful .

Shanequa Watson is very courtoues, respectful and very knowledge. Getting everything set up with her after a day like I had previously made life a lot easier.

I wasn’t given a correct quote on how much my storage would be every month. I moved all of my stuff out on my due date and when back to get the trash out within my grace period and I still owe money . I lost my keys there and they are being held hostage until I pay 39! Smh very inconsiderate especially during these hard times (Cocid-19) I wouldn’t recommend this storage to anybody
