Feste has been great. I take my car, my daughters car and my Ford Transit camper van there. Currently, they are working on a solution to a battery problem with the Transit that often occurs with these vans. They are reasonably priced and always keep me advised as to what issues come up.

I had a flat tire. There was clearly a nail in the tire and I asked for it to be fixed. They gave me a good quote and had the repair done quickly. Then it turned out there were two holes. They still only charged me for the repair of one, saying that was my original quote I cant believe they didnt charge me for the second one!!! SUCH good service and really fair. Everyone was also super friendly and helpful! I will always go to them in the future!

Dale Feste Automotive is a great mechanic team! We just picked up our vehicle and the work was above expectation, as they took care of both large repairs and small details in a speedy manner. They were very thorough, communicative, and fairly priced - it’s no wonder they’ve won several AAA Awards. We’ve found a new mechanic team for all of our vehicles!

I think I found my favorite Hopkins auto repair shop!Since moving to Hopkins, Dale has by far been my best auto shop experience! People working there are not only clear and honest about their work, but they also care about accommodating my needs. My (2010 Kia Forte’s) struts broke and they were able to replace them for me for cheaper than any other place in Hopkins could. And in the two days it took them to fix my car, they gave me a loaner, which I really appreciate.On top of the great price they charged me, they gave me a 3 years warranty on their work alongside and a lifetime on the replacements, which proves how much they believe in their work. It goes without saying, their staff are very experienced and respectful. And while the quality of their work seems to be excellent, I will be editing this review if I experience any issues with anything they have worked on, but I doubt I will. An overall fantastic experience!Edit (May 31): the replaced parts had a manufacturing issue, and Dale was more than happy to replace them for me under warranty on my oil change check up. Goes to show how much they care. That’s an exemplar’s work right there. Thank you folks!

The folks at Dale Feste are always on your side. Unlike many garages, you never need to doubt that they are giving you the best possible experience. The friendly staff in the front office work very hard to make sure you have a good experience, and the talented mechanics are always willing to walk you through the work that was done. Ive never had an interaction in which they werent fully transparent, extremely helpful, and entirely satisfactory. I come here before anywhere else, period.

This place is fantastic. It’s the good ole small town shop that you’re looking for. My car died in Hopkins and I live in St Paul and had to have it towed to Dale Feste. Jard was immediately kind and friendly and treated me like we were family. He has been very patient with us as we had to leave our car there after deciding to not have them fix our vehicle but junk it as it’s old. He has worked with us and been communicative the whole time even though he’s really not making money off of us. They’ve been patient, helpful, and treated us like we’re their top customer! I told my husband I seriously want to take our other vehicles here even though it’s a solid 40 minute drive. I don’t believe you’ll be disappointed in their promise for trustworthy, quality service.

Very reputable business with friendly people, it is obvious they know their trade and care about providing you with good service and an honest dialogue about your vehicle. I would recommend anyone looking for excellent, friendly and fair service to give them a try.

Continued to visit this shop based on location and knowledgeable staff, until the final time we brought our car in and were told no work would be done without first providing a quote, but upon getting a quote and comparing it with another shop that quoted us less than HALF the amount, Festes charged us $130 for a check out fee when we told them we were bringing the car elsewhere. This seemed like a very high price when most quotes are free and we werent advised of the possible check out charges ahead of time, so unfortunately, we will not return.

It is easy to overlook the plain looking place for those which put a lot of money into their looks, and charge you for that.walked in, on my way for a haircut to see if I could get my tires rotated, and Tony said he could get it done within the hour and did! They are friendly, and charges are fair.I will start using Dale Feste Auto for my car maintenance warranty work and more!

Ive been going here since I moved to the area (early 2008?) and have always had professional, courteous service. They are honest and wont do a service that does not need to be done. They keep all of my 2 cars service records on file, make recommendations based on mileage (and anything they see during a visual inspection) and always follow my wishes 100%. If I have a question, they are thorough and not at all condescending (which, as a female, is quite refreshing). And after every visit I receive an Inspection Form showing all systems as good, fair or poor condition: everything from tread depth, battery charge, lighting, exhaust, check for leaks - you name it. So I always have a running tab on what may or may not be needed in the upcoming future. These guys will continue to get my business as long as they continue the quality service that I now experience.

Staff is always friendly and the service is great. I find them trustworthy as well.
