Jason and the entire team where very easy to work with. I thought I had an idea of what I wanted for my Van wrap but after listening to him talk about options and what knowledge he has from doing this every day I just left it up to him to steer me in the right direction. They were great! My car is old and cheap and nothing fancy, so I was worried I might get a cold shoulder. But they had great energy and did really nice work. We love our new van decals from Wrap City Graphics! They were able to provide an estimate based off of a rough mockup I had made, and they were quick to respond. The design process was great and Jason helped make my vision fit the vans and was exactly what we were looking for. As the Fleet Scheduler for Rainbow Tree Companies I have been working personally with Wrap City for many years. Jason, Kimberly and their crew have always been on top of getting our vehicles scheduled and wrapped on a time crunch. Theyve even so much as come to us for an install when we didnt have the time to drop off a vehicle. I have had some very odd request for them over the years that they have never had a problem fulfilling. Every time Ive had one of these odd requests they ask all the right questions and explain all of our options to ensure that we are getting what we need. I bought my own graphic decal online because there wasn’t any near by shops that do the graphic I need done on my car. I called this shop because it had pretty good reviews. I called in and I spoke with Jason who was really friendly and patient. I gave him all the information about what I have bought and he gave me an estimate and called told me I can bring my car in and he can see what he can do. One hour later he called me and was being very professional and informative on why I can’t get my car done due to the graphic I have bought. He was so kind about it and it made me feel better that he cared enough to not do it because it can ruin my car. I would recommend him if you go to this store.On the other hand front desk lady really rude and unfriendly. I came back to get my car and she was being a extremely rude about it. First she was telling me what I should and should not do with my money. Second she told me I have wasted an hour of her time. First of I drove 45 min back and forth for the shop so my time was wasted too. Her one hour was not wasted as it is her job. Third YOU DO NOT TELL A COSTUMER THEY WASTED YOUR TIME. It’s very unprofessional and bad for the business.

I am VERY happy to have found Wrap City Graphics for my current boat restoration project. My goal was to get as close to the original factory graphics as possible, which are no longer available from the manufacturer, for my 2003 Yamaha SR-230 jet boat. Kimberly (Owner) and Jillian (Graphic Artist) did a fantastic job recreating new vinyl from digital sketches and photographs. The installers were meticulous and the end product is really impressive! We reached out to Wrap City to help us apply some anti-bird-strike dots, and they came through in a big way. Kris came out to the house to give an accurate quote, and even applied samples so we could compare. We were comfortable hiring them because wed seen their work on public buildings around town, and even though our job was smaller they treated us with the same professionalism and care as a big client. Best of all, the bird strike film they created for us worked like a charm! Its attractive and doesnt get in the way of our view, but from the outside really keeps the birds from hitting the windows. FANTASTIC!!! I wanted to change the chrome(silver details) on my Jeep Cherokee to black and was recommended to come to wrap city graphics. My vehicle looks amazing and they even ended up doing a part of the vehicle they didn’t think they’d be able to get wrapped. But I am blown away at their customer service more than anything! I was out of town when I left my vehicle to be wrapped and unfortunately my vehicle happened to get involved in a hit and run while it was parked at their shop.... not their fault by any means! They found camera footage, reported the accident to the police, had the investigation done, tracked down the hit and run driver, ALL BEFORE THEY EVEN CALLED ME TO TELL ME! They handled everything and made this the most painless accident I’ve ever been apart of!I am beyond impressed! Thank you so so much wrap city graphics!

Wrap City has been by far the most reliable, flexible, and easy to work with wrap vendor weve used in the Twin Cities. They provide expert advice on artwork and suggest helpful changes to many of the concepts we submit, all at price thats lower than other shops who just print and apply whatevers been submitted without thinking about the quality of the finished product. Additionally, their work has been flawless so far. From full vehicle wraps to smaller logo jobs, weve yet to have anything other than a 100% positive experience with Wrap City.

Great experience. I called up asking for a simple project 12:30 on a Friday. They bid it over the phone and helped with the font. They asked when I needed it and I was able to pick it up that day between 2 & 3 when they closed. My project met the $35 minimum fee but I was happy to pay it.

I had an idea for an anniversary gift I thought my wife would love: to have a picture of our dogs enlarged and wrapped onto her luggage. Nobody would have suitcases like that. So I called Wrap City, figuring if they could wrap a truck, they ought to be able to wrap a suitcase. It turned out great. They also were able to put my wifes monogram on one side of the case - so it looked truly custom-made. I scored serious points for that gift. Not only did Wrap City do it incredibly quickly, but for way less than I ever imagined. Now I just have to figure out what else I could do as a wrap, to top that last gift. The staff at Wrap City were incredibly nice and they really made it easy to work with them, even though I had never done anything like this before. I cant recommend them highly enough and I look forward to the next idea I get that will allow me to work with them again.

Im an avid hobbyist with motorcycles and have had several things done through Wrap City in the past. Recently I called with and asked if it would be possible to do work on a new bike I have and they said to just bring it in. Upon driving it all the way to their location, I was told they were busy and would have to get to it another day. They took pictures of it and got my contact information. I was told I would receive a call in a day or two. It’s now two weeks past and I have not been contacted at all.I fully understand that smaller jobs for hobbyist like me don’t reap as much profit in as a majority of the rest of their work, which are large businesses. However if you’re going to advertise ‘just for fun’ on your website, please live up to your own words and don’t waste my time.
