Affordable Granite and Cabinetry installed our entire wrap around kitchen back in 2012. They did a FANTASTIC job from start to finish. I was very pleased by how easy the process was to pick out our granite counter tops all the way through to the installation. Affordable Granite made it super easy and I can simply say WOW! Their designer we had was awesome. He came out and reviewed the placements of the granite, helped us determine the type and style of stone we wanted. Then he went looking and he had found what they thought we wanted! And yes! they sure did! Affordable Granite has connections! They found what we were looking for and it was perfect. When they came out for measuring, it was amazing. They laser measured our entire kitchen and knew exactly where everything needed to go and how to cut it. I was very impressed. When they installed our granite, it fit like a glove. Now, for perspective, our kitchen has a wraparound counter on all 4 sides (see pics). They really know how to make the granite gain flow. every cut was perfect. Id bet they werent even 1/16 off anywhere in our kitchen. Level! Square! cuts were perfect! The seams are extremely hard to find! We are very pleased with their work. No mistakes anywhere.Now, were doing our man cave and 3rd bath. We started looking at different places (Not Affordable Granite) for a few months. We looked at places that were closer to home. We couldnt get anyone that was very interested in selling us something we may like. They were just there to sell and sell fast. I had left voice mails at other companies and most of them didnt call me back. I was disappointed with the toil at other places. I told my wife that we should go back to Affordable Granite and Cabinetry. I called and talked to Carol and headed over there. This time, we decided to do Quartz. Within 1 hour, they had what we were looking for and Dean (the owner) was super easy to work with and helpful. Ive recommended Affordable Granite to my friends throughout the years and theyve all been happy. Our counters are amazing and we will continue to use Affordable Granite! Please note, that we only had Affordable do our counter tops. The cabinets were all there already.

Affordable Granite replaced two of our bathroom countertops with granite. We had some expensive quotes from contractors so decided to try this company. We were very fortunate to work with Jesse. He was one of the best salesman I have ever worked with. He was professional and did everything he could to get our countertops installed on time. He answered all of our questions and is a wealth of knowledge. We are very happy with our new granite countertops!!!

We are very happy with our granite counters! The staff at Affordable Granite took great care to take great measurements and were malicious about every fine detail when installing the granite in our home. As a result, everything came out perfect and the stone (which we found on their showroom floor) itself is gorgeous. Affordable Granite really does know their business and it shows. The final result would make you happy that you hired a real professional with great staff that are obviously really good at what they do!

We used Affordable to do our Kitchen in Plymouth and they dis a great job. My son and his wife then used them for their house in Maple Grove with the same results. We recently bought a cabin up north and used Affordable again for our kitchen. We add a huge island/peninsula as well that is the focal point of the open floor plan. They do a great job from the showroom to the measurement as well as the install.

Unbelievably awesome experience from start to finish. They did a great job walking me through the color selection and what would look best with my kitchen. Jesse was awesome on the install details and the built up edge that we did on our kitchen island is a show stopper. Do not go here. The Experience here has been and still is miserable. Specifically, the management has poor communication, produces desperate miserable lies when the project goes wrong and they can’t seem to fix their voicemail system. FYI -if your message goes to Bob, no one will ever hear it, because he does not work there.I had a great deal of quartz installed. They damaged many of the walls. The representative told me to get it fixed and send them the bill. Long story short, I have email evidence of them indicating to get this fixed, then then Ryan Hansen, The install manager said the representative never told me this despite sending the email to him. They try to work around their lies by avoiding email evidence. Make sure anything they tell you is in writing.1 They were late to all appointments2 They were misleading and lied regarding several circumstances in desperate measures to save face3 The incorrect quartz was installed4 They are arguing about fixing all the damage they caused despite telling me to hire someone to fix it. After telling me to fix the damage, they said they could have had their contractor come and do it for a cheaper cost. They are unbelievable. I can’t believe this type of establishment can stay in business.This is a miserable company with high prices. Quotes were cheaper at zaxx cabinets and Minnesota tile. These places were also much more professional. I wish I had went with them but chose affordable granite because they were close.I would not recommend this establishment to anyone.I hope the leadership of this company will get a handle on its professional relationships.After a one year total remodel I can honestly say my worst experience was with this company. Remodels are challenging for those of you who have taken on this type of endeavor. Affordable granite will make your experience much more difficult. Affordable granite, you should be ashamed of yourself.

We first bought from them in 2007 for some remodeling we did at our old house. When we went to sell the house we noticed a crack in the sink and needed to replace it. Luckily we found Affordable Granite and Cabinetry and we followed up with then for a new one. They were so helpful and accommodating as we were on a very tight deadline. The new sink and install was very reasonable priced. The repair man was very accommodating with dates and times.So when we needed a new top for our new house, we naturally went back and looked at Affordable Granite and Cabinetry. We found our new counter top in the remnant section. We are very happy with the outcome and the staff from the Salesperson to installers. They were all very professional and friendly and not pushy at all.We shopped around at other stores and not one could match the price or professionalism of Affordable Granite and Cabinetry.

The finished product from AGC is beautiful (pic below), the journey to get to said finished product was not so great and highly recommend if you are a homeowner to do your research and push back if something doesnt feel right or hire a gc to manage on your behalf.The timeline of events of our install is as follows:5/18: Selected a remnant piece of quartz from the Hopkins warehouse with Kristen (who is great and was patient and communicated well with me through the whole process) for our 68 efficiency kitchen counter top.5/30: First measurement was done for installation and CAD6/4: Receive final CAD drawings from the installers measure with a recommendation to have a seam... on a 68 remnant. Same day I asked for a little more clarification on why we would need a seam in such a small piece, especially since we were able to get the existing countertop out of the unit with no issue. The question was escalated to installation manager for remeasure.6/13: After following up several times, I finally hear from the installation manager to schedule a remeasure.6/28: The installation manager comes to remeasure and is there less than 10 minutes before making the decision a seam is not required.7/2: Countertop installed without incident! Even though they were over an hour late, the install crew was extremely professional and fast and cleaned up well afterward.So to summarize, beautiful finished product but it took almost 2 months from start to finish because I questioned the need for a seam on such a small slab of quartz.

A must visit place to shop for (and buy) countertops. Super responsive and helpful staff who then let you shop. Very reasonable prices at the highest quality. They did our kitchen and we are thrilled to have them working on our bathroom.

We were very happy with our finished product! The remnant selection was good and I found several matching pieces for our small bathroom. Everyone was professional, courteous, and efficient - from the service through the install.

We picked out a piece of granite, paid a sizable deposit and then lost our contractor. The project was put on hold. After a year+, I called and explained the problem and was assured that since wed paid a deposit, our granite would still be there when we were ready to resume the project. Another year+ went by and when we went to have the granite installed, our granite was nowhere to be found. Bob wasnt very pleasant and wanted to know who at Affordable Granite made that promise that they would hold it indefinitely. Of course we did not have a name. Initially Bob only offered credit on another piece of granite. We didnt really want to deal with them, until they finally offered a refund on the deposit. We would have taken it, but ultimately, we found a piece of remnant granite that we liked and it looks great installed.Be forewarned that, the viewing area at Affordable Granite is TERRIBLE- dimly lit with a large red neon sign overhead. As a result, our floor doesnt really match the granite but with a rug looks fine. Also they didnt offer a sample size piece of the granite so we could match it to other materials at other locations in better light. Since it was a remnant, they probably tossed all the scraps from the previous project. Seems like they could have made a sample to help people decorate around the granite. You had to give a days notice to even see the granite once it was selected. Also we added to the project to maximize use of the remnant. Every step of the way Bob told us there was no more room, he was very negative. There was plenty of room.

With all the stress of moving into a new home, the last thing we needed was to have our kitchen torn up when we replaced the countertops. However, everyone at Affordable Granite made the experience fast, easy, and fun! Kristin was knowledgeable and helpful. We felt confident in choosing the stone that was right for us. She carefully walked us through the process so that we knew what to expect. She was readily available to answer any questions.Kevin and Cody installed our countertops. They arrived promptly and expertly installed the countertops. We were impressed that the seams were nearly invisible.Overall, it was a positive experience. Our experience in selecting Affordable Granite and Cabinetry to design, build and install our new granite kitchen counters was totally satisfactory, from beginning to end. We worked with Kristen, who competently and courteously took us through the process of selecting our stone, reviewing our initial design and sending it along to their design staff, and getting us started. Communication was excellent at all times, with calls or emails promptly responded to, and our questions clearly answered. Jesse came out to make measurements and set up the install; he was amazing to watch, as were his final design drawings. Ben and his crew came in on schedule and did a professional job of installing large and complex pieces. Im a museum design/builder by trade, and pretty particular to detail. They passed and excelled in the install, with flying colors. This is a company that I would gladly do business with again. (Ill add that I became aware that several employees have been with AG&C for several years, which I consider another benchmark of a well-run company.)

Weve used affordable granite and cabinetry for two kitchens now and they do a great job. There only thing they dont do is demo but their seams are the best weve seen from multiple granite shops. We had to use another company for our last remodel and nothing but issues. We love the purchasing, communication, installation and competitive pricing from them. Great company and 2nd wonderful experience.

Dean has quite the team at Affordable Granite. We purchased our kitchen counters for both our house and condo from Affordable. Both times their salesman came out and did a great job answering all our questions as they measured. The installers got the job done right the first time, both times. We had one small spot on our most recent counter that was not as shiny as the rest, and they came out within one week and fixed it right away. Shout out to both Brians, Tim, and Doug. Many of the guys have years of experience in the industry and with the company. Thank you for the great service!

She helped my wife and I find a piece of granite for our bathroom vanity that looks great, and that we were able to get cut and installed quickly to meet a project deadline. Installation was done poorly. Damaged new cabinets when they were installing the countertop. Countertop wasnt installed or cut square. Had them come out after install and was polite ly told it wasnt there problem. I guess the customer isnt Wright when money is needed due to present world problem.

We had 60 sq. ft. of quartz countertop installed in our kitchen. They had a nice selection and pricing was competitive. The sales staff (Kristin and Bob) were knowledgeable and helpful. The turnaround time was exactly what they had estimated. The staff who did the in-home measurements (Jesse) and installation (Kevin and Ryan) were punctual, professional, careful, and proficient. Our designer was great - the cabinets and granite are great - what we have anyway. THE OWNER IS NOT PAYING HIS BILLS AND THIS IS CAUSING OUR CABINETS TO SIT ON THE LOADING DOCK OF THE CABINET MAKER. Our designer has attempted multiple times to get information for us, but the owner DEAN SOLTIS, is not responding to her. Phone calls to DEANS cell phone are met with a full voice mail box. FIX THIS!

I was referred by a contractor. I have been shopping for quality cabinets for more than two months. I was surprised that the quote I received was almost double what I expected considering that these cabinet boxes are particle board and only 1/2 inch particle board at that. Anyone who knows quality craftsmanship knows that particle board cabinets are substandard and far less expensive than the $11,000 they quoted me. I would do some serious research if your looking for quality cabinetry.

Great showroom with great staff! We worked with Dean several years ago to upgrade our countertops. Dean helped us find the perfect slab at a great price. Now in a new home ready to upgrade again and will only give our business and trust to Dean and his team.

They tried to explain it to me but you could not cut a L shape piece of countertop. So the seams look really bad where to countertops meet.

I would recommend; these folks were great. I did a very low cost remodel and everything looks super. The granite price was on par with laminate. I installed it on super cheap homedepot stock cabinets which actually look ok underneath the granite. Turn around seemed a little slow (around 2.5 weeks after measure) but Ive never purchased granite before so I have nothing to compare that to. These folks will get my business again.If you have a small project they sell super cheap leftovers. Worth checking out.

The whole process went much quicker then we expected. 5 star service! After everything was installed, we needed a faucet hole expanded from 1 3/8 to 1 1/2 . I called and Brian was out in less then 2 hours to fix it. Incredible service! We looked at several companies prior to purchasing the countertops. We learned that most of the stone selection comes from 2 distributers in the state that all fabricators have access to and prices really are comparable.

Welcome to the used car sales lot of the granite industry. I was greeted by a friendly salesman and went through the quotation process; no qualms here. I arrived later in the week to make the purchase (with my checkbook, because they will up-charge you for using a credit card) but was told the salesman had made a mistake with an applied discount. After waiting for over 45 minutes while the manager was giving the sales pitch to an older couple, he quickly told me he would not honor the quotation his salesman had prepared even though I had a quote in hand. I felt belittled and disrespected because of my relatively younger age, and immediately took my business elsewhere. And guess what? Home Depot is significantly more affordable for equivalent quality product, faster delivery/installation, cheaper sink cutout charge, and will treat you with more respect. I am hoping to spread the word about my poor experience and hopefully this can prevent others from going through a similar experience.

Terrible customer service. I ordered a small top for a table 42inches round, they made it 45 inches, I picked it up so had to bring it back and the lady at the front said you should of measured it before you picked it up REALLY!!! The guys in the backed asked me whos fault it was. My sales person was a joke, never called back, took days for him to call and do anything because he is soo busy, asked for a discount but his manager was out working because they were soooo busy, Manager never called me, its now been months, was promised a gift card, have not gotten it yet after several emails. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Can you image what would happen if you were doing a whole kitchen.

As first timers for updating our homes surfaces, we evaluated several fabricators before we happened to come into Affordable Granite on a Saturday afternoon. Thats when we met our awesome sales person, Terry Noll. Terry put us right at ease, he was friendly and easy to talk to about everything granite, among other things. The more we talked, the more comfortable I became about making a decision on which fabricator to use. He directed us to a warehouse where we immediately found our perfect granite for our bar and kitchen. We have had our Snowfall granite in the kitchen and Saturnia Gold Leathered granite in the bar area for two months now, and we couldnt be happier. I must say it looks absolutely fantastic! The installation went great, everything was done meticulously and to our satisfaction. Soon after that, we returned to Affordable Granite to look for remnants for our bathroom vanities. Finding the perfect piece was easy with so many slabs to choose from. Terry helped us to finalize our selection of Taj Mahal Quartzite and we proceeded with four new vanity counters and sinks from Affordable Granite. Again the installation went flawlessly and the result is absolutely beautiful! If price is your only concern, this is your place. However, if service and communication matter, go somewhere else!First, we were working with a contractor, Affordable Granite says they give preference to contractors because of the opportunity for repeat business (makes sense!). They told us it could be up to 8 weeks between setting up our measure and getting it installed, but since we were working with a contractor that wasnt likely.We set up our measure for the first open date, and they wouldnt let us set up install at the same time. When youre ready to have them measure, youre ready for install, so making us wait was dumb. The measure crew was great, very professional, they told us we should be getting the official quote later that day or the next day at the latest. Guess when we got it? 4 days later! Each day we waited is another day we have no kitchen! Upon signing the paperwork I received no confirmation from our sales rep, no follow up to schedule install, nothing! We couldnt get a hold of him for another 4 days, so now its 8 wasted days! After everything, they told us it would be another 3-4 weeks before they could install, putting us right at the 8 week mark, so that stuff about contractors went out the window!To be fair, this was our sales rep Bob who screwed it up. Things felt off from the moment he started helping us, but we never expected this.Eventually I was able to move the install date up after talking to a supervisor who didnt seem surprised at our predicament. They gave us a 1 hour window for when they would be there to install, but ended up being an hour late for that too. They didnt call us until after the window to tell us they would be another 40 minutes before they would arrive.This all boils down to awful communication, from our sales rep to the installers, they just assume nobody is in a hurry for new kitchen counter tops I guess. If I could do it all over again Id pay a little more to use a different company, and our contractor will never use them again, the only reason he did in the first place was our budget.

Ive been working with affordable granite since the beginning of April (its now June) and I feel Im ready to write a concise review.I stopped in affordable granite after seeing one of their trucks around town, seeing good reviews online, and its on my way home from work. My first impression was very good. They have a large showroom with a lot of helpful sales people. I informed them I was looking to get granite countertops in my kitchen and guest bathroom. I was greeted by Bob and shown around their warehouse. They have a very impressive selection and I was able to walk around by myself to check out slabs and colors I liked. I thanked them for their time and went home to think about it. I ended up calling them back a few days later telling them I was interested in an estimate and would like someone out to measure. I was informed up front that this was their busy season (spring) and total order to completion time could be 5-8 weeks. No problem, since I wasnt in a rush. Jesse came out to measure a couple weeks later and was very informative and professional. I was then sent a draw up to approve 4-5 days later. Once I received the quote I noticed that a competitor had put out a coupon in the mail lowering the price per sq ft by $10. I reached out to ask if affordable would match this price for the granite I wanted and they obliged. I was very impressed and happy with this.After approving and adjusting the price, it came time to schedule the install. This was my main hassle with the process, as each department at affordable seems to be siloed. I can understand why this was set up, but for the customer it makes the process of getting an answer on something extremely difficult. I ended up having to leave a lot of voicemails because the sales guy could answer one question about the install, and he install guys couldnt answer a different question. There was. A lull in the process where I didnt get my job scheduled for 1-2 weeks. Once I did receive a call, the install was scheduled roughly 3 weeks out. The install went well, Ben and Ben do great work. The younger Ben had a good eye to notice that I could have an issue installing my faucet as the support rail for my sink blocked the hole. He ended up boring the hole out more on site and helped me ensure the faucet would fit. That was something I really appreciated as it could have been a hassle to have them come back.The whole job took roughly 4 hours with no major issues. Unfortunately, once my wife came home she noticed the overhang of a piece of granite didnt match the others. It was a small imperfection that only we would care about, but for the price you pay the job better be close to perfect. I promptly called affordable and talked to their install scheduler who came out later that week to assess the mistake. At first he simply wanted to shift the piece, which I told him I didnt want as it would change the overhang of the rest of he counter. He told me they would cut a new piece and have it re installed. This couldnt be done for a couple of weeks, but I was okay with that.Overall I was very happy with the quality of workmanship and overall cost of affordable granite. They definitely went above and beyond to make me happy and never told me no. However, I do think they need some work on responding faster to their clients.

Just wanted to give a very appreciative Thank You to all the A-Team that assisted me through my wonderful experience at Affordable Granite & Cabinetry, from Liz who helped me pick out the Most Beautiful granite Mascarello for my kitchen countertops, to my Daino Realle Marble for my master bathroom. I will not hold it against Liz that she could not pronounce that marbles name. Jesse got the perfect measurements for both rooms, and Ben and Edgor did an outstanding install, in fact a piece was cracked during the fabrication, and Ben had a new piece cut for my backsplash, and he was able to install it the very next day. Both rooms beam with pride as they look so awesome, I know I could not of gotten such a beautiful outcome, and wonderful caring customer service had I selected any other granite or stone company. Thank you all for making my new home beautiful.

I bought granite countertops about 6 years ago. First, I spoke with Dean, the owner, who was a lot of fun and great. When I went back, I dealt with his daughter, who in my opinion seemed a bit rigid and cold. She charged for everything; sink cuts, any special curves in the edging, etc. It was a big job and she would not budge on price. The price was running up but she said they had a special on a North Light undermount sinks, where they would include it for free. Great, I thought.The workmen who came were great. They were clean, accurate, and did a good job. About a year later the undermount sink started falling down, and they came and fixed it the best they could because it was bent. A few months later the sink started falling again and I called, said I would pay for a new one plus installation. At first the guy, Tim, was great and said they would see what they could do. Affordable Granite then told me that the sink was no longer made, that there is nothing they could do. I asked if I could pay them to cut open a new hole so I could put in a drop-in Kohler or something. They stopped returning my calls. Tim and the installers were all nice guys who I think were told by upper management not to worry about it, but they left my countertops basically worthless. I have something rigged now that sort of works, but have decided since I need new counters that it is probably time for all new cabinets and counters. Affordable Granite wont have my business on my kitchen remodel because they didnt take care of my sink problem--a problem caused by the defective North Light sink they sold me. Because they didnt try to help means they are not on my list to provide new cabinets and counters. The service after the sale means a lot to me, and this is where they failed.

Do not use this company! Poor workmanship! Poor service! AWFUL EXPERIENCE with this company.
