Really bad service. Someone came over and decided they couldnt lift off a piece of hanging trellis By our hot tub so just left. Never called that they were at our house despite that I had asked them to please call. Then they requested that I send photos as tech said hot tub was encased in concrete (not true). Sent photos and they never responded until I asked about a month later. Sent a rude email “they don’t move that stuff”. For reference, it’s a trellis hanging on hooks. Super easy to lift and move, which I could have easily done if they had only asked or called. Huh... I’m perplexed. I guess they don’t need the business.

Very unprofessional employees. Last time I was there the Manager accused me of doing something one of his employees did. He was rude and aggressive towards me, even after I told him what he heard was his employee. My family has been a customer at Peterson Pool for 34 years. Greg and his team installed our pool and their service standards are missed. Needless to say, we will no longer be shopping at Peterson Pool going forward.

The staff at Peterson pools in Hopkins really went out of their way to help us with all of our needs. They took the time to explain the chemicals and how they worked.We will definitely be going back for all of our pool needs and highly recommend them!

SUPER HELPFUL EVERY TIME! They know it all, never turn us and all of our questions away. Test our water whenever we bring it in. Nathan is so nice and patient.... he has tons of knowledge! Would refer anyone to them.

This place is so nice and friendly to deal with. Very knowledgeable staff.I have spent hours in the past trying to keep my pool clean from leaves and sand. I went in and brought the prowler 910 pool vacuum and I was hesitant because of the price but it has freed up so much of my time. The pool looks perfect when it is done. IT WAS WORTH EVERY PENNY! I would highly recommend this business and this vacuum.

We recently bought a spa from Peterson Pools and Spas and had a fantastic experience! Our sales rep showed us all the bells and whistles and helped us get in the right tub for our needs and wants. Never felt pressured to buy which was nice and one of the reasons we bought that day. Within a week we had our tub delivered and set up ready for use the next day!! We go in almost daily if not more :) Thank you Peterson Pools!!!

These guys are great. We buy all of our pool stuff from them and they do all of our pool work. The staff provides great customer service, and they work really hard, especially the guys that service the pools. Theyve helped us out more than once when we needed some repair work done urgently. They seem genuinely happy to help customers.

Run dont walk away from these people. They have a nice storefront and you get sucked in thinking they will be good people to deal with. Greg Peterson will say anything to get your business and then will turn on you. Get an ironclad warranty because once it is out you are screwed and they wont help you at all. Everything becomes the customers fault!

We had Joe as our salesperson in Elk River and he was great!!! He was very knowledgeable about the product and provided great customer service. He even came out to our house to make sure all the chemicals were correct in our spa:) I would highly recommend them:)

I do not recommend Peterson Pool. They installed our pool 4 years ago and we are STILL having problems with equipment, literally to this day! Their electriction Kelly dropped our job when it wasn’t completed and lied about non payment. Our experience as a whole was nothing but one headache after another and excuse after excuse. Jeremy double charged myself AND my concrete guy, who wrecked my liner, DURING the warranty period. Strait up stole money & double charged. Do NOT trust this company. Highly recommend Premier Pool in Chanhassen as an amazing alternative! They will have our pool problems resolved within the week. What took them 2 weeks to troubleshoot took Petersen 4 years with NO solution, only excuses. Steer clear!!!

Absolutely FABULOUS staff. Needed a temperature sensor for my 2000 Hayward pool heater so we can swim this Memorial Day weekend. Looked like I would have to order it, but Peterson had one in stock. Friendly folks who actually care. Cant praise them enough. My wife loves me again.

I recently had a new pool liner installed by Peterson Pools. I must say the experience was professional and pleasant. Their team had weather challenges and without fail communicated with me the status and timing of the next step in the process.I am extremely satisfied with the end product. Very professional and no hassles.Id also like to shout out a great compliment to CWS water company. They filled the pool and their people are great to work with.I couldnt be happier.

I just noticed the owner post a response, couldnt be Greg Peterson because he isnt bright enough to type. Good luck doing business with these people, you will need it. Honesty and integrity are not what this company was built on.Look closely at the 5 star reviews, 2 are from Peterson family members. Looks like Greg is paying family members to up his ratings. I got an idea, treat people fairly and you wont have to manufacture higher ratings.I just noticed that Peterson responded to my review below. They seem to be wondering why I would be disgruntled after 3 years. I will explain the situation and you can judge yourself. Jeremy Peterson (nephew) came out to my house and reviewed our backyard and said a hot tub would work well in this one location and he recommended this one type of hot tub which we bought for $7,000. There were continuous issues and when things were under the warranty they would fix them. As soon as warranty was over, it was all of my responsibility. Finally Greg Peterson (owner), the service manager and the tech came to my house to figure out the problem. After 15 minutes discussing options, Greg went into a tirade on how he hates when customers blame their issues on his company. This is your issue not mine he said. I disagree, when your nephew who represents your company says that the hot tub will work in a location then its your issue.I now have a great hot tub with a great company (Valley) backing me. I wont waste any more time on this but I wanted people to realize what a stand up guy Greg is. By the way, if you met him you would know that he didnt type that response. Dont you find it interesting that they use the phrase this was 3 years ago so does that mean it was okay to treat customers unfairly 3 years ago.Good luck public and remember there are lots of good alternatives to pool and hot tub companies.

I had my swimming pool put in by Peterson Pools about 9 years ago and they are wonderful to work with. Their prices are excellent compared to other facilities and they are Honest, a very important attribute.

We recently had a 10 year old pool liner replaced by Peterson Pools. They were very responsive and easy to work with. From the day we contacted them for a quote to the actual installation was less than a month. Initially we worked with Greg, the owner who is very friendly and has a wealth of information on color choices and thickness of vinyl. Tom measured the pool and Cliff installed the vinyl. They returned phone calls, set good expectations and showed up when they said they would. The price was also very competitive. We are excited to start using the pool this summer!

Peterson Pools is a responsive, detail-oriented, high quality company, and very easy to work with. Our pool needed a new liner this spring, and we had extremely attentive communication and follow through during the entire process. The crew, Jose and Ryan, were excellent and worked very hard and great at communicating (our 3 kids loved them too). I was a little worried keeping my water running as the pool kept filling up, and both guys offered their cell phone numbers for me to call them 24-7 with any questions while the job was going on. I was 110% pleased and would recommend Peterson to all friends and family. Special thanks to the owner Greg Peterson for personally meeting with me and following up with a phone call to ensure I was satisfied. I dont always get this kind of customer service in this electronic age, so it was really refreshing. Thank you Peterson Pools!

We have had great experience with PP&S. They have helped us fix, and maintain, any issues that we have encountered with our pool. They are always friendly and helpful.

The are not open 9 AM today is Friday the say open 9 AM and I dont know what time are open I hast to go and look for other place

Jason at the Minnetonka store made me a custom filter for my Endless Pool. He did a great job.

They closed my in ground pool last year. Then returned this year to open it and told me my pool was closed wrong last year. Then after coming 4 different times to get the pool open and the water correct, Im still left with green water and the manager told me its typical. Waste of time and money using these guys
