Not organized at all. People honking when you pull up because some guy says one thing while another says park here. Then the tech with a pad went to check in another car that came after us. So I got out and went over and stood next to the tech as he was checking in a customer and was never even acknowledged or spoken to after several mnutes Someone else gets our business for a simple tire rotation.

The operating hours need to be updated. I had an emergency and had to be towed to the Walmart tire center. I chose them based on their hours. They were closed to my surprise. I had to stay an extra day in town. The service was fine and they got my issue handled in a timely manner, but dont count on them if you are in need of an emergency.

Packed and nobody helped us. When they finally did they sent us inside and nobody was working the desk. It would of been 100 bucks just to fix our valve stem cores but it cost four dollars to do it yourself. Do not recommend.

Made a appointment at 9am to get new tires that I ordered from Wal-Mart put on. Its 11:45 And they still not done. The guy working on my car is standing around talking. I will no longer bring my car here. Horrible service. Only good thing I would say is the guy at the desk was very helpful and nice

Told me would be hour, came back in bour and half and still hadnt started. Finally got tires and then checkout process took almost an hour. Very unorganized.

Was very unhappy with customer service had about 2 hour plus wait. After the wait then they proceed to notify me and say that there is a stud that is broke and that they can not touch a wheel with a broken stud very disappointed

Waited for over an hour for an oil change, watched a woman stand and eat beside my car instead of working on it. Instead of helping the man running in between my car and another trying to complete the oil changes. She continued to sit and eat. Keep in mind I showed up right at 8 am ( her shift just started) and she ate the whole time I was there for over an hour. Will not bring my vehicle back to this place.

Very busy... long wait for an oil change even when I had an appointment!

Wait time was quoted as 3-4 hours, but the actual time to get two new tires was only about an hour and a half or so. Other than that, it was great service. They had all my vehicle information already as I had tires replaced at other Walmarts, so there wasnt any hassle filling out any forms. With the volume they do, they have new tires that havent been sitting on a rack for years. Personally, I think this is the best reason to get your tires at Walmart, as opposed to other retailers.

They were very efficient this morning. Got 4 new tires out on my Granddaughters car. Only took about 1 1/2 hours from the time I dropped it off and there was 1 car in front of me. They did GOOD 👍

Do not recommend having any work done on a vehicle at Walmart!!Assisted with an oil change on a family members car. Last oil change was done at walmart, it took a third person at an attempt to remove oil drain plug. Had to use a breaker bar to remove drain plug. Torque specs for the plug shouldnt exceed 25 lbs. of torque. Removing the lug nuts from the tire was easier than removing the drain plug. Walmart charges $50 for that specific oil change but has ignorant employees. A fifteen minute oil change in the driveway took an hour, due to the drain plug being over tightened.

Service was absolutely horrible. Saw technicians standing around out in the bay areas on their phones. There was absolutely no sense of urgency at all. Waited over two hours for an oil change and tire rotation. Cashier was very rude as well. The manager was not friendly at all and seemed like he didn’t want to be there. I do not recommend this place at all. I

Got told that it would be a 2 hour wait for a standard oil change and if I was sure I wanted to wait. After the oil change, the very next day my car was pouring out oil because they forgot to either tighten or put the oil cap back on. Now I have oil all over my garage. Thank you.

I would like to apologize about the slow wait times and the mess ups that go on about this Wal-Mart, the oil changes usually take 30-45 minutes per vehicle for mornings we usually 1 tech working on 2 cars at once and 1 tech working on 1 car at a time before more techs come in and techs come in at different tires, walmart automotive does appointments for tires and batteries Monday through Friday the times are 8am, 10am, 12pm, 2pm and 4pm oil changes are first come first serve everyday tire and battery services on weekends are first come first serve. On tire changes 1 tire take 25 minutes to change, 2 tires take 45 minutes to change, 3 tires take 1 hour to change and 4 tires take 1 hour and 20 minutes to change and the reason the times are like this because techs are making sure they are getting the work done correctly without any problems.We are here and always happy to help and if there are any problems we are happy to assist you with it please be patient with us and we do apologize for any and all inconvenience and with any reactions we give you as the customer We apologize. We appreciate your business and always happy to help.Thank you for choosing us for your services

Absolutely terrible. Dropped off car at 1030am to get tires mounted. They said it would be 2 to 3 hours. Called back at 230pm. They said 1 car was still in front of us it would be another 2 to 3 hours! Never going there again.

The emo girl that worked behind the counter was rude as if she hated her job and found helping someone to be tedious. Ended up having to take the new tires I bought to someone else to have them put on because I was missing a lug nut. They find reasons not to touch your vehicle. Oh and I waited an hour for them to call me back there and tell me that they wouldnt put the new tires on. Lol

All i saw was very professional work!!! Thank You !!!

Worse experience ever. Waited two hours to be told they couldnt get lug nuts loose to change my tires. I watched what must have been a new guy working on it, that had absolutely not one clue as to what he was doing. The lug bits were barely on there hand tightened, the lazy sob just didnt want to do anything.

Came in on a road hazard that was a valve stem they had to replace that they had done wrong. I called early enough and they said do t worry about making a appointment just come on in. WE WAITED THREE HOURS. I will never buy tires here again. Sams club yes. This place no. Not to mention the tweakers in the waiting area. If you have any sense avoid this place.

Even though the wait is a little long, its well worth it!!! Just get your shopping done while you wait.

The lady in the tire place is always so rude. Shes there to ask questions but the past 3 times Ive seen her shes got an attitude

Well i was jusk kicked out for having my shih tzu with me by some lying associates. Instead of just saying it was store policy. I guess ill renew my prime account.

I had an appointment this morning at 8am for a set of new tires. Got there at 7:50 and didnt leave till 11am !!! The phone use & disregard of the customers was unacceptable! The department manger Casey has no people skills what so ever! As my car was being removed from the bay area I went up to the counter to pay & was rudely told your ticket is not ready I hadnt even spoke yet .... I will not go back I wish I could give NO STARS AT ALL ...

You will wait for hours even if your are first in line at 7:00am for a basic oil change. Come on people!! It should take no longer than 30minutes tops..

Best place to get some tires for a good price

Went in yesterday to get an oil change. Was there for 2 1/2 hours. Today I went to have two tires put on and it took them 3 hours!!! Wth

Takes a long time to get a oli change never less then a hour

We sit here for 5 hours they do to much talking instead of work and they are very very slow

Extremely slow service. Need more bays. Waited 2 hours on one carry in tire. Another person I know, 3 days prior, waited 4 plus hours on a 4 tire change.

Waited 3 hours for a tire rotation. Everyone else in the waiting area seems to have the same problem.

Worst service ever and rude employees we travel 6000 miles a month and these folks act like they cant and wont help you. Sam Walton is rolling in his grave. This aint the Wal Mart way.

My mom went and it took them 4hrs to even look at it. My friend went and the same thing happened. Now, my boyfriend is there and they havent even looked at it while he was the first one there.
