I heard Ms. Mary not only being rude to customers, but the staff. I was in the store today at noon, so that you can cross reference time and workers. The young man was polite to Ms. Mary and the family with several children brushed it off. I put my money back in my pocket and am going somewhere else.

BOGO 1/2 off sale but most items are excluded. Also most items are less expensive from online companies. Good location and they have military discount on Tuesdays.

Beware the smell of feet be strong here. Im not sure if the jump place is worse but the stench of soiled socks is enough to torture your senses in either locale. No one offered to help us. The bogo was the only good part of the experience.

My daughter and I had an extremely uncomfortable experience in this store. The store manager, Merry, told my daughter that she should be wearing a mask. She proceeded to tell us about the rising COVID cases in the county and then said she’s requiring it in her store. No problem! I told my daughter to get her mask, as I didn’t even realize she wasn’t wearing.She just had, had it on. We went to check out and there was a lady with her daughter, about the same age as mine, with no mask on. She did not tell her she required masks, she just told her about the rising numbers. She didn’t tell her to have her daughter put on a mask. This lady was Caucasian. Merry was also being extremely rude to her employees in front of customers. They just so happened to be African American. I will not support this store as long as Merry is the store manger! Shop online or at the Clarksville Store!

Very clean and fairly clear aisles. Employees were friendly and busy. Enjoyed looking but prices took me back; even with Buy one, Get one 50% off. Good for families.

Decent enough shoes however some selections are still over 3 year old shoes with the new to the shelf price. While there are deals and sales to be had one must look. Sales personnel is helpful and enjoyable to work with. Some size limitations but it is back to school so limitations are expected.

Lady checking us out, wish I could remember her name, checked us out about a week ago. We ordered shoes because they had the ones I wanted unavailable. The lady that checked us out was very rude and only gave us nasty looks.We came back to get the ordered shoes and low and behold, the shoes were a completely different size. We confronted her and she blamed the computer and didn’t even apologize. We decided to just leave and say screw it to the woman. Don’t go there.

I just left this store and Leslie was extremely rude to me and I heard her being rude to other customers, some who had little kids with them. Went in to get a good pair of running/walking shoes. The person working there was super sweet and helpful. She fixed a problem I always have with shoes and was very informative on the different types. :)

The rudest people I’ve ever met. Extremely hateful and disrespectful. Treat their employees like complete trash. Management is terrible. I saw them being careless and messy. I was embarrassed for their behavior honestly. Definitely lost my business! Very awkward and uncomfortable. I know they have the bogo, but it’s worth the drive to go to a different location.

If there was any con artist behaviors related about this store believe it. I went to this store to get shoes, but decided to change my mind. I took the shoes back and the clerk thought I was dumb. She came up with these numbers that didnt make no damn sense about my purchase. I didnt want to make a sense and ruin my reputation, so I agreed to an exchange. They totally rip me off and refused to give me my money back.I will not shop here again ever. I hope this store be shut down for their fraudulent activities and rude, unprofessionalism, non-compliance customer service and unwelcoming unprofessional staff. Just absolutely horrible, no dignity or respect for paying customers. Only one young staff there was nice and polite. Rest of them stood there watching me exchange my shoes and gossiping about the whole ordeal. Rack room needs to get new staff that possesses good communication and employability skills. As a soon to be graduate law student, I wouldnt be surprised if cases starts following in about this store.

This is a family shoe store with a wide variety of mens, womens, and kids shoes. The store is neat, clean, and well organized and located in a new shopping center. The store is running a great sale of buy one pair get 50% off a second pair. They are also able to ship to your home for no extra charge. They carry many of the top brands such as Nike, Adidas, Converse, Vans, and more.

The manager is very rude to her employees in front of customers made me and my wife go to another store Im a business owner and I will not do business with any other business that would treat there employees like that . I went to show carnevale very nice staff . I had put put one star .. and the manager is very rude to new employees at this rack room shoes . Complaining because there new . And havent quite caught on to store polices. So last not incriminadate people for trying to work . Especially in public . Lady at the counter couldn’t even put her cell phone down for a minute to check us out. Was too busy talking about painting her house. Couldn’t take a second to tell me what my total was or tell us thanks. Will never shop there again.

An employee told me I looked too serious ever since I came in, and I should smile more. Thats something douchey, cat-calling guys say to women on the street. Mind your own business. Their selection sucked. Dont go here.
