It used to have better stuff but take it with a grain of salt as of right now there is a shortage on truckers to deliver stuff I will say the chick with glasses and lightskin is a real downer she didnt help much when asked and doesnt like to be ask questions

Nice clean store. Nice selection of items. We were looking for fidget toys, pop it boards and squeeze balls and were not disappointed. Friendly cashier greeted us when we entered and thanked us when we left.😃

Great Staff! Clean, fun store with many fun items to look at an buy. Always carry the latest trends in gadgets, toys and clothing for a decent price, with most $5 or less. Some items are above $5, so be sure when you check-out. Definitely geared to the younger crowd, but lots of stuff for older folks like me who are into the latest pop culture. I like the collectables, like Squishmallows and Minecraft and Yugi Oh. Highly Recommend.

Its well lit and clean. The music is geared towards a very young crowd so if high energy pop music annoys you, you might want to wear some earbuds in. The layout is easy to navigate. Most items are around standard retail for the cheaper version of items. They do get closeout style buys that can be real deals and theres always fun new things like shirts, car magnets, and lots of snacks. Pretty much the only store in Hoptown that carries more than just Pockey and wasabi peas in the Asian snack section.If you are a deal hunter, visit often. The best deals sell out fast.

Great people they know there Jos well

Had a couple of problems and they took care of us right away. My girlfriend ended up upgrading and hasnt put the phone down since leaving the store. She is so happy. It is an hour trip for us to the Sprint store. So we dont want to go unless we have to. The treated us very well. Only store we go to. Very pleased with the service and the people.

Interesting store to be sure, everything was 5 dollars or less. Interesting things to buy. Got some activity books for my teens. Worth the few minutes it takes to walk through it and evaluate and find something.

The place had what i wanted a change of name had alot to do with it.

The store owner is rude when you call in for an issue. They push off the issue to a lower manager that cant do anything about it. They have lost a customer for the rest of the time the store is there.

I wasnt at Five Below, I was at the Strip Mall shopping at Other Stores there. Five Below has been 2 yrs back. Hobby Lobby, Catos and Maurice stores are having clearance Sales.

I was going to give this place 5 Stars BUT their products fall apart and also they gave us a hard time when we had to bring stuff back and it sucked that we had to even do so ... bcuz we really enjoyed those products. But anyways, THEY NEED TO WORK ON THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS!!!!

My son does my shopping at this store but he has had no issues with rudeness. Usually has some variation of what Im looking for. All in all pretty good place to shop.

The store has a nice assortment of items, especially workout items. I purchased some paper clips, but definitely would return for other items in the future.

I just stood in ck out at least 20min. The line was back into the store. One ck out open the light was on a second register but the girl was not checking out, she was visiting with a male person behind the counter. He finally left and Then she announced she had to count her drawer before she opened. I am not young and I am handicapped, Im in pain by now. So I left my basket of purchases where I had stood for the entire time and I left. I will not be back!!
