Harbor Freight is where its at! I love the prices and the quality of the items. There are VERY few things I wont get from Harbor Freight. GREAT PLACE!!!

I always receive excellent customer service, but today was above and beyond! Im disabled and its difficult for me to get into a store, get what I need, and get back to the car. Today I was working on a wood project, and found that I had the wrong blades for my saw. I called and spoke with Scott about a door pickup, and was informed that it would be no problem!I called when I was out front, took my money, went back in, brought back my change, receipt, and blades! All that for a $5 purchase! Just imagine how theyll treat you if you spend a lot!

I love coming in and buying things I need. I have never had issues with HF before. Just bought a shopvac. I ALWAYS use a coupon. Only this time they yold me iy wouldnt work on what I was putchasing. Upon closer looking at the very fine print its is not eligible on the brands listed. One huge problem I have is that 99% of the brands they have listed are the brands they sell. I have never had a coupon turned down in here before. I guess i will think teive of shopping here when i can get discounts and coupons from other places for better brands cheaper then here.

Cashier was extremely rude when I asked about a military discount. She then refused to take another Veterans discount code at first stating Ive already used one when I clearly didnt. From the moment I walked up to the counter with my Trump mask on she became rude. Then today when trying to return the item due to it not working, she again was rude. Saying I owed more money. Mind you I was trading for the same exact item. She then says I owe it because i dont have a discount code. The same discount code that is on my computer system that shows where I bought it a few days ago. The same discount code she originally wanted to refuse me. Im not sure what her problem was with me, if its that I had a Trump mask on or what BUTTT... You dont treat your customers that way no matter who they are voting for. I have loved ones who are voting for Biden and we still get along just fine. We dont treat one another with disrespect. So why should an employee at a shop i used to frequent (never again due to the rudeness).

Prices are rising but it is the only tool store left any more

Harbor freight is the best! Anyone who needs anything they have it. They also have new lines of professional quality tools meant to rival snap on, mac, etc. Ive always had good luck out of their products. This location is new, and staff has been helpful and friendly the handful of times I have been. If your a tool guy like me, take a list, or youll over spend ! Its like a man candy store

I have always had good experiences with anything purchased at Harbor Freight. The only time Ive had a problem was just this morning. I had a bad garden hose but with their 90 day return policy was able to take it back for a refund without any issues. All I needed was a copy of my receipt.

This place is a great alternative to the big brand stores theyve got a lot of great equipment that you need for construction or hardware they also provide a little bit that would help with car repair and things of that nature prices are awesome service is very very friendly I would highly recommend this place and I will definitely make future visits for tools or accessories that I need for my tools

Well I tell you how my experience was it wasnt too good I asked for management he wouldnt get one so I had to talk to whoever he was Im a senior citizen and he wasnt too cooperated with me so I left I dont know if Ill be back or not and I have bought just about every tool in there as of every wrench sockets ratchet you name it I have bought it from Harbor Freight Im giving this rating a 1

The staff was attentive and helpful. The prices were a little high but definitely a huge selection of pretty much any tool you might need.

Always have what I am seeking. Had very professional counter guy as he had a couple in front of me that reaked and he held it together even as he had to work for fresh air. Big ups to him.

You can find tools for everything, plus I know the quality is very good. Some of the tools are used to fix military helicopters.

Helpful to find what i needed, when they didnt have something i needed the referred me somewhere else for help!

Top shelf,they donated all the millions of nitrile gloves and thousands of masks to first responders and hospitals. cudos to you!!!!

We wanted a new air compressor and did our research and decided for what we needed, a harbor freight oiless model 1.5 hp 175 psi with 26 gal tank was perfect and price right. We decided on the Hopkinsville store since it had such high ratings. We can see why!The employees who answered our questions were helpful and courteous despite my wanting a complete explanation between oil and oil free compressors.Also I appreciated the young man who said you’re going to want the quick change adapter to make life easier, and he was so right. They made sure I had the length of hose and other accessories. Quick checkout and fast service loading. Did it immediately, no waiting, 3 helpful customer service staff all waiting on us. Thank you Harbor Freight in Hopkinsville, Kentucky. Worth the drive.
