The Water Well has solved our water problems at Milkweed. I’m sure the city water system does a fine job at cleaning our water and making it usable, but we have always been concerned about fluoride and chlorine for our drinking water. We had tried pretty much every water purification method from distillation to buying bottles of “purified” water, so when The Water Well finally opened its doors, we jumped at the chance to use their water, which uses reverse osmosis filtration and a technique for adjusting the water’s alkalinity. This water tastes great (because it has no taste) and it feels right. It also makes the best tea! Their service is also flawless. We have a monthly contract that provides more than we can use, and it’s delivered in beautiful glass bottles that are exchanged each month, so there’s no waste!
