Just called and asked a simple question about delivery of firewood, was greeted by quite possible the most unpleasant woman Ive ever talked to. If you run a business, you should be even the least bit engaged when it comes to customer service. I wish I could give them 0 stars. Nice work deflecting customers. What a joke.

This is the second year that Ive purchased firewood from Evergreen. Last year was uneventful - good wood that burned well.This year not so much. Ive had a fireplace for 10 years, and this is the first year that the wood Ive bought doesnt burn well. I called and spoke to the manager(?) in charge of the firewood and his response was, weve sold over 500 cords of wood and youre the first complaint...not completely true because my neighbor complained about the same issue with them. Horrible customer experience, but its apparent they dont care because they have 500+ happy customers.

Best place to get a Christmas tree. It has been our family tradition to go here every year.
