This team knows what theyre doing and they will not let you down!!! The installation took no time at all even the template process with Eric took no time at all ! definitely would recommend them hands down!!!!! 5 stars all the way

We could not be more thrilled with our quartz waterfall countertop. They kept our expectations realistic in regards to turnaround time, but it ended up being installed within two weeks of ordering. Once on-site, the crew did a great job making it look seamless. Also, we requested glass inserts on the top where a sink mount would be, and they executed our idea perfectly!

I was amazed how timely the installation was. I believe there were 7 days between my stopping in to the showroom, choosing my granite design and the finished product. Gus and everyone I dealt with at Galaxy were more than accommodating. The installers were courteous and the cleanup impeccable.I couldnt be more pleased! Looks beautiful!

The staff here was friendly and helpful. The location did have one small issue that all granite outlets seem to have, in that the slabs that were in the back are hard to see.

Great experience with Galaxy - who was the local contractor for an IKEA kitchen installation. A very smooth transition and a professional team - from the Office Sales Rep, to the Template Engineer, and through to the Installation Team.

I found the people at Galaxy very helpful and professional.We had a problem with Ikea and their transmission of payment and work order, which Galaxy took in stride.They turned up on time, went straight to work using the most up to date laser system, and delivered an excellent product in a mum from time.These people know what they are doing, and they do it well.

The team from Galaxy granite did a great job with our countertop installation. They were very responsive and helpful when we had a short notice change to our order. The countertops were delivered within a week of template measurements.

Very happy with the overall timeline for measuring appointment and the manufacturing of the quartz’s countertops which was earlier than the estimate by a few days and installation.All of my interactions with this company’s employees were very professional and knowledgeable. The installers were extremely neat and careful considering some on-site modifications were needed (grinding and polishing of the quartz countertops) used drop cloths and boot covers, courteous.

The installation crew didnt arrive exactly on time, however customer service was very helpful with that issue.The most important thing: the countertop looks beautiful and the installation crew did a great job!

Disappointed, I wanted to give them a 5. The people are very friendly, delivery and installation was very fast. The stone was beautiful. Unfortunately the installation fell short. The quartz isn’t centered on my farm sink and the hole for the faucet is off centered enough it is noticeable. If they took a few more minutes they could of done a great job. As it is the I’m reminded every time I use the sink they fell short and I have to live with it.

Excellent service. Galaxy was the countertop contractor for our Ikea kitchen. The templating technician arrived on time and completed his work efficiently The installers arrived with our quartz countertops two weeks later, exactly when promised, and the installation was completed in just a couple of hours. Great job!
