A fantastic little nursery with most of the fun indoor and outdoor plants you could want! An especially nice selection of air plants at fairly good prices. Not a huge bonsai collection, but the terrariums are so nice! Staff are so friendly and it seems dogs are welcome too. Recommend if you are in the area!

We went to Weston Nurseries for some ideas on grasses and arborvitaes for a new garden. We figured the supply may be low this time of year but we found what we were looking for and the product was in great shape and very high quality. We even got a nice discount for being returning customers. We did not go for the seasonal offerings but the items they had were so healthy, big and beautiful that some of them came home with us as well. The staff is always friendly, professional and helpful. This visit was no different. It is always nice to deal with folks that seem to like what they are doing and not just putting in their time. We will be back.

Wholesale seems to be dropping the ball on their contractors. Hard to get service anymore. No call backs, No service, No sales, No assistance no matter how many times you call. Just please dont promise a call back if you never will. Just let us know you are booked a month out and we can check back with you. Not I will call you right back in 15 minutes every time I call and then Never get a call back. This is three weeks now I have been waiting and calling.

Beautiful nursery with everything your heart desires: vegetable seeds, garden tools, every variety of soil and grass seed, indoor and outdoor plants, and lots of decorative pots and accessories. The staff is well informed and very helpful. Definitely worth the trip.

Legendary 100-year old garden center with an unmatched selection of indoor and outdoor plants that is clearly a local destination. Well worth the hour drive to get here. Despite visiting on a busy Saturday in May, the staff were attentive and provided great advise specific to the needs of my yard.

AVOID!!! We placed an order over a month ago on a Monday and were told it’d be in that Friday. After weeks of waiting and multiple calls to Marsha who says she keeps sending messages to Christi to call us back... nothing! Extremely unprofessional and unorganized place. They actually told me after 3 weeks of waiting and no response, they “are very busy and understaffed”. No problem! I’ll find a place not too busy to take my business too.

I came to this nursery today and a few time before in a span of 20 years, and every time it,s similar reaction. Wow, do the overprice things. Basically, if you have money to burn, it,s a good place to visit, otherwise I would consider going somewhere else. They have full rights to sell everything at least 2-3 x as expensive as any other nursery, but I would consider going somewhere else, specially with limited budget for plants.

The staff was very helpful with finding the Abelia we were looking for and the plant looks healthy. Plus they give a 1 year warranty.

Went there based on their website. Their plant availability page showed several plants in stock. Got there and they did not have a single one. I ended up finding alternatives but you would’ve thought that they would have offered some token discount for the inconvenience but I just got a “sorry about that” response. Seriously, what good is an elaborate website when you don’t stay on top of it.

I purchased several specimen trees for my garden, yellow magnolia, Tri colored beach tree, and several other trees. I will order some more for Autumn planting.

There is a florist she doesnt have a clue of when a flower needs a bigger pot. 2 of my flowers died after listening her advises and I had to go back and either buy another...

Update 5/12/19I was extremely impressed by the way Nancy, the manager, responded to my experience. I revisited the nursery and she personally escorted me around to pick out 18 shrubs to fill my landscape. She was incredibly knowledgeable and made superb recommendations for what I was looking for. Im changing my 2 star review to 5 stars because I truly believe they value their customers and want to help them make the right landscaping decisions.They have a great selection all nicely laid out, however the customer service I received made me feeling like my business wasn’t valued.I came to the nursery on a Wednesday around noon, so it wasn’t busy at all. I came all prepared- had my yard measured out on grid paper, pictures of each spot and a list of shrubs I was interested in purchasing. I walked around the whole place for about 1/2 hour before I asked a woman to help me lay out my yard. Mind you, I had my baby with me (I was wearing him) so it’s impossible to actually load up any plants. I asked if I can purchase today and pick up on Friday... She was nice, but she tried convincing me I should just walk around some more and just buy a few I like, lay them out in my yard and come back to buy more.Here I am, ready to buy a 15-20 flowering bushes and she tells me she needs to eat. I wasn’t even referred to someone else, which would’ve been the appropriate thing to do. I would’ve understood. I get hangrey too. Anyway, I’m deeply disappointed that I didn’t get the plants because anyone with an infant knows that you have very little time to do anything.

What a cool place! I work right across the street at Woodview at Legacy Farms Apartments and I love that our residents who want a little green for their apartment or to beautify their balcony or patio can just pop over to Weston Nurseries to find something great! Keep up the great work over there!

A beautiful greenhouse! Was helped by Aiden to find house plants that best suited our home. An incredibly spirited and intelligent young man. Very refreshing, will be shopping here again.

Went in to buy a planter so I can plant something in spring. Wasnt sure what I was looking for, but the staff helped me find what I need, answered all my questions, and helped me find a good deal. Great experience, Ill definitely be back.

Lee,was our sales person. She was the most helpful sales person Ive ever met. No rush, took the time to present options, explained each options down and upside. Explained details on planting upon my final selections. Spent way more than I anticipated and was glad to do so. Overall it was a delightful experience.

Really great garden place :) the staff are all nice and there’s a lot of variety to their plants and seeds. Yelp gave this place mediocre reviews but it really seems like none of them are warranted.

I prefer the Chelmsford location of Weston Nurseries to Hopkinton location. Their selection is better, customer service is helpful, patient and is knowledgeable about their plants. I will only shop at their Chemsford location from now on. I think the difference is, Hopkinton hires mostly young teenages who are not experienced with plants and arent good with customer service. As someone who has worked in customer service and gardens frequently, while still learning, I expect that staff be willing to assist. Yesterday, and other visits in the past were similar. Many of the employees working outside, helping customers are not easily found. I felt rushed and wasnt impressed with service or quality of plants. I drove to their Chelmsford location and it was the complete opposite experience. Their staff is easily found, courteous and knowledgeable, willing to assist you with questions and making the experience pleasant. I have given up on all the rest. Whatever they are doing in Chelmsford, it works!

I have bought several plants here in the last year, and they are always healthy and lovely. I purchased these lithops here yesterday and they started blooming today!! Thank you for repotting the two on the left -- they are perfect!

Weston Nurseries is one of the best landscape places that I have ever visited. Their selection of plants can be beat. One of my favorite times of the year for buying plants is the fall because they always have huge sale during this time of the year. You can pick up quite a bit of landscaping at a very reasonable price. They call it their annual pallet sale.

Amazing experience

This is a local favorite nursery so is highly reviewed among locals but price wise you will get a better deal at home depot or lowes. They have weekly classes on various gardening activities ranging from lawn care to fire pit maintenance and building. They have recently added a hot dog stand outside for a quick snack. Also provides mulch.

Incredibly knowledgeable staff, excellent plants. Youll pay more than at the big box stores but you cant compete with the quality of the plants, education of the staff and - most importantly - their plants are not infested with bugs!

Loved this place until they couldnt deal with a certain kind of customer. Though my situation was with one specific person, this person is a representative of your company. By certain kind of customer I am referring to one who would like to deliver quality plants to their own customers, for what they are spending. May be alittle picky, rightfully. Having a client spend $1000s to update their landscape, they are expecting a quality good looking plant. Apparently customer service isnt their top priority because they would rather not work with someone who has an eye for a nice looking plant or is expecting to get what the pay for without the hassle. You may get away with giving away wilted and destroyed looking plants to most, but not in this case. The majority of your customers who are careless with the work they leave their own customers may be ok with your services, but this is not ok for us. Well take our buisness elsewhere, to a place that takes pride in their customer service and their products. I also suggest you find the roots in which your establishment began, maybe there youll find the care you once had for your products and the customers you sell to.

Just bought 14 perennials for a front bed. With a MA Horticultural Society 10% discount still spent over $200. Prices are high, but selection is very good.

They had the tree that I wanted and a member of staff helped us find it and gave us planting tips. Happily the tree just fitted into the car!

Weston nursery is well stocked, well run, and fairly priced. They have higher prices than big-box stores which may be a result of the following: providing GOOD free landscaping advice, more people on the floor who are knowledgable and professional, as well as high quality plants. Last year, my husband I bought 10 arborvitae trees. We spent $20 more per tree at Weston than we would have at a big-box store which was a chunk of change. It was worth it because the trees are lookin good - they made it through a rough winter with lots of road and sidewalk salt. If you do your own yard work (grass removal, digging holes, soil amending, watering) you know how time consuming it can be; purchasing healthy plants that thrive saves time and money in the long(er) run.
