I cannot say enough about this store. I have been going since it opened, as a quaint, shop once a month. I enjoyed the feel of solitude and peaceful shopping. The atmosphere brings you to a calm mindset of reading into each piece and how it may or may not fit into your home. Once a month I would treasure my time looking through the repurposed items with as much excitement as the holidays. Enjoying and respecting the beautiful touch and hard work she contributed to each piece. Now we are lucky enough to have it as a full time store. Open weekly in a serene location, in the downtown, with much of the same atmosphere. The pieces I purchase are used again and again. They are showcased in my home and treasured as a family heirloom.Definitely worth the time to go in and explore. There are hidden gems everywhere, so take your time. She mindfully places each piece in a way that it is like reading a story while you shop.Love it!
I had the most amazing experience taking a class with Amy. I left the studio with a gorgeous family jelly cabinet transformed by Miss Mustard Seed milk paint. The education and assistance I received was so very personal and very special. I left with a reclaimed old piece of furniture looking very vintage.... totally chic and right on pointe with its chippy and rustic techniques using Linen and Lucketts colors. I also left with a new forged friendship and plans to continue my painting journey with Sage and Twine. Thank You is just too hollow for words to convey my appreciation!
Classes, wonderful shop, wonderful people.
